Rooms are very clear and decorated with strong/fun wall paper. Water pressure in the shower was awesome. Room AC/heat unit worked exceptionally well and easy to control. Location of the hotel is great—lots within easy walk. The restaurant i...
n the hotel was surprisingly good…breakfast (only à la carte) and dinner both surprisingly tasty. Service throughout was excellent. Lost and Found department was amazing—very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

My fiancée and I loved the graduate in Palo Alto. The rooms are super comfy and the location is convenient. The staff are also super friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay first class. We’ll definitely be back at the graduate t...

We always enjoy staying at this hotel—the rooms are very clean and the Palo Alto location is excellent. We also really appreciate the warm Spanish-style decoration, which is tasteful and creates a very welcoming atmosphere. It’s a comfortable p...
lace for us whenever we are in town.
During this trip, our first room was a bit noisy on the first night. After we mentioned it, Aylin, Naomi, and Bethany were very helpful and kindly arranged for us to move to a quieter room with a nice view.
We really appreciated their assitance, and overall had a very pleasant stay.
We truly feel that the staff here genuinely care about their customers.
We’ll be happy to come back again next time.

There’s a lot to like at this hotel. The location is excellent, the breakfast is tasty, and the staff are very nice.
However, the daily $25 destination fee is hard to justify. I’m generally skeptical of add-ons because they obscure the true pr...
ice. I accept them when they come with meaningful amenities. That’s not the case at the Graduate.
Most notably, there’s no gym. And the hotel doesn’t solve that gap by partnering with a nearby fitness center—guests are left to fend for themselves. A few other basics are also missing: no lotion in the room, no proper glasses (just paper cups), and no plastic bag for wet clothes.
Individually, these aren’t dealbreakers. But together alongside the added fee, they create a mismatch between the elevated experience you’re paying for and what you’re actually getting.

This was our last hotel during our trip from San Diego to San Francisco. We had high hopes for this one but we’re disappointed. Let’s start from the town EVERYWHERE it is 2 hour limit for street parking so you are forced into $60 dollar a day V...
alet. Luckily we arrived after 5pm so we left it overnight. Now the hotel itself looks nice but at the $500+ a night i expected everything to be seamless. Elevator has button numbers drawn on with marker. We ordered room service and it was clearly not made on site or fresh. They get it from a store, room service menu is limited to say the least. They couldn’t even be bothered put in on a tray, everything was brought in a brown paper bag, like come on seriously. Be aware that the hotel is located on a busy street so you hear everything and we were constantly woken up by honking cars and yelling drunks. Lastly around 1:30am we were hit with a magnitude 5 earthquake and decided to wrap up our trip 2 days early, changed our flight and left. Weirdly our best experience with hilton was with the cheapest hotel we booked in the danish town called The Hadsten Solvang from the hilton tapestry collection. HUGE room, two bathrooms, two TVs, the town and food were amazing. I expected this kind of experience and more from a hotel for $500 bucks a night.
