We had originally hired her as a day-of coordinator after our first day of coordinator referred us to her company (we were with Lasting Impressions by Design until they had to close their business during the pandemic). That being said, she was still in touch and a great resource for the 1.5-2 years before our wedding! She was professional, organized, considerate, and had great ideas to help with the ceremony. Her experience in event planning definitely shows, and it was essential for us as a couple needing to reschedule our wedding a year later due to Covid.
On the day of our wedding, she was constantly looking around to make sure things were running smoothly. She helped us keep on time without making us feel rushed in any way whatsoever. She was our problem solver and if anything came up we hardly knew about it because she already had it taken care of. Both us as the couple and our bridal parties/ families got to enjoy the whole wedding day together because she was so quick to run and grab what we needed before anyone else had a chance! From the big things to the small things, she took care of it all.
If you want someone that’s easy to talk to, utterly professional, efficient, organized, and takes care of everything like she’s part of the family, Grace is who you want to have with you for your wedding.
My only regret is that we didn’t opt to have her plan the whole thing from the very beginning!

Apparently there was a mishap with some rentals and I didn't even know about them until days after the wedding. Her and her team made sure that my husband and I enjoyed our night to the fullest! a 'day of coordinator' just to manage the big day- I could arrange my venue, caterer, florist, etc. With Grace I got so much more and it made planning the wedding so much easier. Grace provided recommendations and answered my many questions with such ease. I was able to handoff my contracts with my vendors that I booked myself to Grace about 6 weeks before the big day, was able to introduce her to them (if she didn't already know them), and she took over communication with them. Grace came to our walk through, provided insight on day of coordination and provided recommendations and developed our timeline. Our meetings were very professional and she always provided me with updated timelines of the wedding day. She was in constant communication with my vendors which eliminated a lot of stress especially the weeks leading up to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she had the sweetest assistant that was so helpful to me as a bride! I really wasn’t expecting that kind of service. Her assistant was near my side, helping with my dress, shoes, phone, and made sure I had something to eat and drink as the reception started.
