Goshen Crest Farm is a special place. When my husband and I first started looking for a wedding venue, I quickly found this and felt I NEEDED to see this place. When we made up our...
appointment to visit and we finally did a walk through, I fell in love with this place. I loved the seclusion from Louisville, I loved the nature, the beauty, and the homeowners were amazing. We quickly booked this place and began our journey. Lisa was incredible through out the process and continued to keep in touch around deadlines and etc. She also was very nice and understanding and worked with us on a couple issues that came up closer to the wedding day.
On wedding day, they had a fresh pot of coffee for us, the place was spotless, and all was well. We used the house to get ready in, the backyard for the ceremony, and the barn for the reception.
All of our guests loved the venue so much and told us how unique it was. It's a perfect place for all types of weddings and it is so adaptable for what you envision for your big day. You can have any vendors you want, which is a plus! I also love that they only have so many events a year. It feels a little "exclusive" and special to have your wedding here.
I could not have asked for a better place and Lisa and her husband went above and beyond to make our special day sooo special. They are so kind and welcoming. I recommend this location to all couples for a truly amazing wedding experience.
Goshen Crest Farm was the perfect venue for our wedding. We chose to make it a wedding weekend and my bridesmaids stayed at the manor home. The views are so spectacular and the bar...
n is homey and comfortable for a large or small party. Fits every need. Four stars only because you will have to rent your tables and chairs but they are really helpful with recommending vendors in the area for a good price.
What an incredible and gorgeous property for our wedding reception!! The groom's family stayed at the house for weekend and that too was incredible. Lisa and Bailey, who also do w...
edding planning and coordination through Lisa's company Extraordinary Events, were amazing. They were so helpful and accommodating and were on top of every detail. Because of them I didn't have a single worry on my wedding day.
This is the venue every girl dreams about. As soon as my fiance and I stepped onto this beautiful acreage we knew it was the venue for us. Lisa took us on a tour of her amazing pro...
perty and images of our perfect wedding just flew through my mind. I was speechless. Lisa is extremely nice and trustworthy. Everything about Goshen Crest Farms is a dream come true. Please, if you are reading this, reach out to Lisa and tour her gorgeous venue!
Beautiful
I have been performing marriage ceremonies for over 16 years. There is no place in the Louisville area better suited for an elegant and memorable outdoor wedding.
This venue was AMAZING!!!!!!!! Aside from just a beautiful location Lisa LaRocca, the owner and venue manager, went above and beyond her responsibilities to make sure our wedding w...
eekend was spectacular! My bridesmaids and I got ready in the house, I felt at home there, we brought food and champagne. Lisa held some of our items in her house until we were able to pick them up the next day.
We got married in the field next to the indoor arena event space. They made repairs and put a walk through in their fence to make the field more accessible. Lisa made sure that the grass was cut appropriately and that it was in beautiful condition. Fortunately, we had beautiful rain free weather, but if it had rained we wouldn't have had to worry about needing a tent. The indoor arena event space is where we had our reception and could have easily moved the ceremony indoors. The great thing about the indoor arena is you get the barn/farm outdoorsy feel in a large space and you are completely safe from the rain! I found this very comforting. I knew the day was going to play out wonderfully rain or shine.
We hired a valet service, but guests could easily park themselves since the parking area was close to the ceremony / reception area. Bringing vendors in was not an issue, it is recommended that vendors new to the venue do a site visit so they know what to expect at the venue.
All of our guests were very complimentary of our venue and thought it was a beautiful location. I highly recommend this venue for your wedding and / or reception. Be aware that the road to get to the site is narrow with lots of turns, so we had a shuttle service for guests.
If I had my wedding to do all over again I would pick Goshen Crest Farm all over again!!!!!
My name is Ross Gordon. I am a Louisville based photographer and have been in the business for 20 years. I worked with Lisa and shot my first wedding at Goshen Crest Farm this year...
and all I can say is that it was an amazing venue. The photos inside and outside were beautiful. Lisa and her staff are top notch and definitely go the extra mile not only for their clients but for vendors as well. Any bride looking for a unique one of a kind venue should take a very close look at Goshen Crest Farm.
Beautiful spot for a ceremony and reception. Also has a house on the property for the bridal party. it was perfect to have everyone and all events at the same location.
I had my wedding here July 2014 and it was truly magical! We had an outdoor ceremony and indoor barn reception. The views were spectacular! My husband and I love the outdoors and...
this was a perfect venue to connect with nature and celebrate our love. We had access to the farm house during the day which allowed me to get ready, get married, and celebrate in ONE location. I would recommend this wedding venue to any bride-to-be!
