I had so many questions throughout, and Kendra answered every single one quickly, kindly, and with genuine care. She truly made me feel supported during what can be a very stressful time. Since we were coming in from out of town, we even arranged to meet with the owner beforehand to drop off drinks and goodies for the trolley—it was such a personal and thoughtful touch to be able to connect in that way. The day of the wedding went PERFECTLY. The drivers were amazing—fun, professional, and kept the energy going as we had our cocktail hour rolling through the city. Our playlist was hooked up and playing, and the drinks were kept on ice and constantly stocked. The trolleys themselves were beyond adorable—clean, charming, and a total vibe. They honestly became one of the highlights and talking points of the entire day! Thank you again, Golden State Trolley, for helping make our wedding day even more magical! The day of went off PERFECTLTY! The drivers were so fun and kept the momentum going as we had our cocktail hour through the city! They had our playlists hooked up and playing throughout, the beers and wines over ice and constanlty stocked! The Trolley's themselves were a vibe. Gate Club and as a photo backdrop. Everything was perfect and so easy! The driver was professional, prompt and very friendly. He called to let me know he had arrived and was ready to go. He was also very accommodating to our photo requests. Kendra answered all my questions and emails quickly. My son and new daughter in law were so happy and loved the added touch of San Francisco!

promptly and was very friendly from the moment we met him. Everyone had a great time during the pick up, ride, and drop off. Not often do you get to ride a trolley bus while sipping champagne to your own music, AND, ride the freeway. We brought our own cooler with bottles of champagne and some snacks, but the trolley has its own cooler as well. The only minor brief scare for us was when we were trying to contact him to pick us up at SF City Hall. There may not have been great service but we were able to get ahold of him within 5 min. Another small thing during the ride was my playlist kept shifting between mine and George's - so it could have just been the bluetooth connection. Nonetheless, I HIGHLY recommend this experience if you love a good time and a unique experience for you and your guests!

Our driver George was awesome, very friendly and had a positive attitude the whole time, and he was an excellent driver and very punctual. Kendra was my point person who I arranged the service with and she was always quick to respond. If you have 26 or fewer guests including yourselves as a couple, I highly recommend booking with Golden State Trolley! PS they have another one for wine tasting! :)

They said George was on time, friendly, and played really fun music. They thought the trolley was a really fun and unique way to travel, and made the ride up to the venue very memorable.
