Gold Mine Events

nd I were actually able to relax and enjoy the day after months of planning. Having Yessenia as my same-day coordinator brought a level of calm I didn’t even realize I needed—but I am so grateful I had her. She has an incredible gift and so much patience, and it shows in everything she does. From running our rehearsal, to literally driving me to my first look on a golf cart while coordinating with vendors on the phone, to sending me down the aisle, fixing my makeup, and even making sure our late-night snack was perfectly set up—she took care of it all. I felt completely supported and taken care of every step of the way. There is so much she did behind the scenes that I will forever be grateful for. Yessenia is truly amazing.

as, and I truly cannot imagine pulling off an event of that scale without Yessenia’s incredible organization, attention to detail and thorough communication throughout the process. Not only did she make sure we adhered to the meticulous timeline she put together (with a wedding party of 14 excluding us, no less), she also went above and beyond to bring our visions for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception to life. Weddings can be expensive, but the level of quality and service Yessenia’s team delivered made this one of our most valued, appreciated investments and we are so grateful for her support on our big day.

re in the best hands. She is a seasoned professional who has clearly seen and done it all. Her calm, thoughtful, and collected presence made every moment feel under control and completely stress-free. She handled every detail with ease—including helping my husband coordinate a surprise during our ceremony—which let us fully enjoy the day without a single worry. 10/10!

big day. She is bilingual and speaks Spanish, which was important to me because I wanted my family members to feel comfortable asking questions if they had any. She was very approachable, family members loved having someone with all the answers. She is friendly, you’ll instantly feel comfortable talking to her. I highly recommend her for her professionalism, efficiency, and she’s bilingual!

our wedding day run smoothly behind the scenes while also making sure we were having fun and soaking up every second of it! She was extremely organized, was in contact with all of our vendors months leading up to the wedding, and came with us to all important venue meetings. Yessenia is such a wonderful soul and it is evident that she cares about her clients and what she does. By the end of it, she felt like family and we are so grateful for all that she did to make our wedding day stress-free and the best day ever! I absolutely recommend her and Gold Mine Events services!

d organized throughout the entire process. I am truly convinced she helped make our day so much more enjoyable, stress-free, seamless, and on time. Everything we had planned, was executed perfectly. We had nothing to worry about because of her and I am forever grateful for everything she did. I will forever recommend brides to hire a coordinator, it is truly worth the investment. There was a list of things I would’ve never thought of, that she took care of. Everyone would say, “enjoy it as much as you can, it goes so fast!” But I thankfully did not have that experience where I felt things went way too fast. My husband and I both agree we always felt IN the moment and took everything in, and I can only say it went the way it did thanks to Yessenia. It is true when they say, that something always goes wrong on your wedding day, and unfortunately there were a few things out of our control yet Yessenia stepped in and handled everything perfectly and it didn’t mess with our timeline, expectations or plans whatsoever. She handled everything gracefully and professionally. Cannot say enough good things! As I mentioned, forever grateful for you Yessenia! You are amazing at what you do.

ls we could have early on, which some other planners do. In our initial conversation, we laid out our general vision and let Yessenia know that the bride had a good handle on the vision/ pulling together an aesthetic for our day and we would mostly be needing help with logistics and looking at other vendors for our day. Yessenia was excited to talk to us about our wedding for the almost 2 years that we had contracted with her. She always offered multiple vendor recommendations and let us lead as far as who we preferred to work with. There were a few times during the planning process in which we had to ask advice regarding the contracts we had with other vendors and Yessenia always validated our concerns along with offering genuinely helpful advice. We are both very Type-A organized people and Yessenia handled our sometimes overbearing, detailed-focus selves better than we could have hoped. We started getting into the nitty gritty of timelines about a month out and we always felt reassured that she was on top of everything after a call. Yessenia even offered to help us out by picking up our mini wedding cake on the day-of. On the wedding day, we fully trusted Yessenia to handle things. Even when her assistant for the day was unable to make it, we were not aware until later and Yessenia was able to pull in someone else for extra support. Having her assist with family photos made things run so much smoother since the bride’s family primarily speaks Spanish and the photo team didn’t. She was also taking behind the scenes photos throughout the day which have been so great to look at while we wait on the professional ones. Overall we felt Yessenia was always going above and beyond to support us through the wedding planning process and we are constantly touting how getting a planner was the best decision we made for ourselves and our wedding.

to handle everything ourselves, but as our wedding date approached, the stress became overwhelming. That’s when we decided to reach out to Gold Mine Events. From the moment we contacted them, they jumped right in and got the ball rolling, easing our worries and providing invaluable assistance with every detail. Yessenia was a lifesaver when it came to liaising with vendors and offering insightful advice throughout the planning process. On the day of the event, Michelle excelled as our coordinator. She ensured that we could enjoy our special day without a care, expertly managing the chaos around us. Thanks to their hard work, our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be! If you’re looking for professional and dedicated event planners, I highly recommend Gold Mine Events!

ur special day perfect. They handled everything with such ease, ensuring that every aspect of the event ran smoothly and on time. Their proactive approach and calm demeanor helped us feel at ease, knowing we were in good hands. Whether it was coordinating with vendors or handling last-minute changes, they took care of it all with grace. We can’t thank them enough for their hard work and dedication. If you're looking for wedding planners who go above and beyond, I highly recommend Michelle and Yessenia at Gold Mine Events. They truly made our wedding day unforgettable!

d was against hiring a wedding coordinator but after working with Yessenia he can not recommend her enough!! She is extremely professional and makes you feel like she is part of the family. The day of the wedding my sign did not come in on time. Yessenia was able to get order one and get it on time right before the wedding. The church went 30-40 mins longer than planned and we ended up having more guest then expected but she took care of everything. She truly made the day sooo stress free. If you want a wedding planner who is not only professional but also deeply caring, Yessenia is the one! She truly made this day extremely special for us!

alked to her about the next steps. She was completely on top of everything, making it as stress free as possible for us. Dealing with all of the people involved, from the vendors to family, is a really difficult task and Yessenia handled it so well. Cannot recommend her enough!

king our day perfect. She handled every detail with such grace and professionalism, allowing us to enjoy our special day without any stress. Her creativity and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the wedding, she got my heart when I was so stressed out and she did not let me go without eating and drinking she made sure she saw me eating my food because most of the time we say yes but it just doesn’t happen so I highly recommend Goldmine Events to anyone looking for a top-notch wedding coordinator. Thank you for making our day unforgettable!

on. We still had her for the ceremony and Yessenia was amazing. I couldn’t imagine having our rehearsal and ceremony without Yessenia because she made everything flow perfectly. She took a lot of stress away from me by just being there and reassuring me. If I could do it all over again, I would 100% have GME over and over again for our day of coordinator because they just make everything better.

caregiving , duties which demanded the assistance of a capable & trustworthy partner I'm so happy Yessenia came to my rescue. She stepped in and delivered a remarkable performance. Her calm & genuine excitement for creating a dreamy outcome was impressive and attention to detail was superb. Skillfully, incorporated our vision of a romantic ambiance for our guests with exquisite taste. The tall vases w/floating flowers & candles were arranged in a captivating flow showcasing exceptional professionalism & dedication to high quantity results. I felt during our celebration i had my best friend/sister by me taking care of every detail huge or small. I was attentive to all my guests and especially to my Mom. I highly recommend Yessenia Mina, Gold Mine Events!

ing with us and my vendors leading up to our big day and made sure that for the day of everything was ready to go. HIGHLY recommend her ! It was such a pleasure working with her.

s! From our initial meeting when we were just doing our vendor search, she was very organized and detail oriented on how the process will be, making you comfortable that if you hire her, she would do an amazing job. As a bride, it's hard to trust your vendors, but once I decided to go with Gold Mine events, I knew we were going to be in wonderful hands and Yessenia did not disappoint, she was great! Yessenia planned all the calls with all our vendors to make sure everything we wanted was executed perfectly and the timeline she created for us was perfect! You can tell she genuinely cares about her couples and wants us to be happy. Additionally, at the end of the night, she put all our personal decor away which was a tremendous help so we can truly be in the moment of our wedding and not worry about the tiny details. She made sure the timeline went according to plan and even took some behind the camera photos and videos which were appreciated because they captured very special moments. I will highly recommend Yessenia and Gold Mine Events for your wedding if you want to have a wonderful experience!

calls and created our timeline to ensure everyone was on the same page. On the day of, she was so attentive to me and my needs. I am a bride who is very stern on what she wants, and she was the one who executed that for me. Her team set up my decor and it was exactly as I outlined - they even made it better than I imagined when I asked for them to put their own touch to some of the tables. 10/10. I highly recommend!

ur very first zoom call I knew she was who I would hire. She's so incredibly kind and crazy organized! She asked questions to details I didn't even think of! Yessenia planned all the calls with all our vendors to make sure everything we wanted was executed perfectly! You can tell she genuinely cares about her couples and wants us to be happy. You would be silly not to hire her! She's also incredibly calm! Right before I walked down the aisle a guest arrived late. I shot Yesinia a look of anger and she simply smiled and whispered "I'll take care of it," and she did! She will take care of you. hire! hire! hire! we'll be using her for our next big event!

on the fence about whether we’d hire a coordinator, but after our first call with Yessenia we were absolutely convinced that she would be an invaluable asset to our wedding. She asked us so many helpful questions, handled logistics, confirmed details with vendors, and walked us through our rehearsal. On the day of our wedding, she checked in regularly and got everything set up at our venue. We didn’t have to worry about a thing: she made sure we got to eat, brought us drinks when we were rushing around to do pictures, and anticipated every little detail. When the night wrapped up, she made sure we had all of our personal items packed and accounted for. All of our vendors, wedding party, and guests commented on how sweet and helpful she was throughout the night. We are so grateful we found Gold Mine Events, because Yessenia totally takes the gold.

anything her vibe was always so heart warming. Once again thank you Yessenia extremely happy how everything turned out. XOXO

sier for my husband and I. She was on top of all the organization that went into the wedding and she executed it greatly. Shout out to her assistant Daisy for her help on the day of as well, I am glad they both were able to make our day the way we wanted!!

process, she went above and beyond her duties to ensure that our special day went smoothly. Yessenia, as well as her assistant Michelle, flawlessly handled every situation behind the scenes, sparing us from any potential stress or worries. It was evident that she genuinely cared about making our wedding day perfect. She coordinated contacts with multiple vendors, allowing us to completely enjoy our day without worry about logistics. She was also genuinely just a joy to spend time with, she had a calming presence and we enjoyed getting to know her throughout this process. We cannot express enough how grateful we are for her hard work and dedication, and thanks to Yessenia, our wedding was an absolute dream come true. Even though she does this all the time, she had an incredible way of making our wedding feeling particularly unique and special. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a professional, reliable, and genuinely caring wedding planner who can turn their dreams into reality. Thank you for everything, Yessenia and the Gold Mine team!

eleasing our guest tables for the buffet line to neatly packing and organizing all of our event decor for pickup the next day, our special day would not have been complete without Yessenia. Her warm smile and calm demeanor gave me absolute trust so that I could dance the night away instead of worrying about logistics. Thank you Yessenia!!

her wonderful vendors, and was there for every detail on the day of the wedding. I am pretty sure she is a mind reader too… At one point during the wedding night, I wanted to change shoes from my heels to my comfortable shoes. I stepped out of the ballroom and, without me asking , she brought me my comfortable shoes! I would not have been able to survive the wedding planning process and the wedding day without Yessenia. She was the fun, kind, calm, and friendly face that we needed. She helped with decorations and made the decisions that I did not want to make. Her number one priority was for us (the couple) to have a wonderful and stress-free day. I plan to hire her for all future events & parties that we host. Thank you so much, Yessenia! Can’t wait to work with you again!

r us. She also gives great advice regarding your wedding timeline and is just a blast to be around all day. Hire Gold Mine Events for your wedding - you will NOT regret it!

d beyond, helping me secure a wedding arch (even set it up herself!) and gave important feedback to my vision. She coordinated calls with all my vendors to ensure we were all on the same page. She attended the walk through and ran the show at the rehearsal. There every step of the way. She encompasses everything you want in a coordinator: the sweetest, kindest human, but can bring the heat when something needs to get done, I loved it! All my friends and family commented on how amazing she was. She is organized, quick to solve a problem, and professional. You can she how passionate she is. Yessenia is such a breath of fresh air and booking her was the best decision. I am lucky to have found her.

gestions about things throughout the planning I had not even thought of. She helped our vision of a movie theme wedding come to life. Everything looked more beautiful than I could have imagined from the flowers to decor. We received many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the wedding was and how much fun they had. Yessenia and her staff made sure that everything on our wedding day went seamlessly. We were so happy to be able to enjoy the day. I would highly recommend hiring Gold Mine Events!

nia. I was one of those brides that thought I wouldn’t need any assistance for my wedding … after meeting Yessenia, I knew I needed her! What a kind, sweet soul Yessi is. She went above and beyond for us on our wedding day!! She was always there when it was overwhelming, making sure I was ok. Yessenia is detail-oriented, flexible, organized and personable. She made my wedding day so effortless, I literally did not have to worry about a single thing. By far, Gold Mine Events was the best decision we made for our wedding!

wedding. She made sure everything went so smoothly and that i didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of the wedding. Since I was planning our wedding from Boston, it was assuring to know that I would have some extra assistance on the wedding day, should I need it. And, let me tell you.... I needed it. To start, Yessenia handled the entire rehearsal. She did a fantastic job corralling my (very loud and obnoxious) family and getting everyone to their correct positions. She also walked through the songs with me and listened for the best time for me and my dad to walk down the aisle with the timing of the song, since I wanted to make sure the chorus was played. On the day of the wedding, she was there bright and early, and she took control of all the "things" so that I didn't have to think about them. You know, all the little stuff like place cards, card box, guest book, signs, decorations, literally dozens and dozens of candles.... During my best friend's wedding, after we all got ready, we had to spend two hours setting all that stuff up, which was such a buzz kill. It was SO great not having to deal with any of that and just handing it all to Yessenia with pictures of what I wanted. And the BEST part of it all was that Yessenia and her assistant packed everything up at the end of the night so that we could go to a bar and enjoy the after party!!! I've been to so many weddings where the bride and groom are an hour late to their own after party because they had to deal with all the stuff after the reception ended. No thank you! The other great thing that she dealt with was coordinating all the vendors - their arrival time, where they would unload everything, dealing with their parking, etc. She was on the phone with them weeks before the wedding, which is the MOST stressful time for the bride, so the fact that I didn't have to coordinate any of that was just incredible! And if you're STILL on the fence about hiring her, let me tell you how she literally saved the day when our late night food didn't arrive. We had scheduled $1,000 worth of Portillo's hot dogs and beef sandwiches to show up at 10:30pm for all us drunk folks, and I had spoken to the manager at Portillo's months beforehand and paid for everything up front. Well, the food never came... And Yessenia called the manager over and over again with no response. So she literally got in an Uber and went to Portillo's herself and ordered 100 hot dogs and beef sandwiches and brought it back to the wedding venue. I had ZERO idea that all of this was happening, which is the point of having a day-of coordinator. They deal with all the BS so that you can enjoy your wedding day and not worry about all the little things that go wrong (because trust me, things WILL go wrong). She seriously saved the day. And on top of all of this, she is the sweetest, cutest woman ever and had an amazingly calm vibe that just made me feel so at ease on my wedding day. You will not regret your decision to hire her!

rk with.   I reached out to her and everything appeared to be fine until it was time to discuss the proposed contract.  The proposed contract was very one-sided and contained several items that were not relevant to what we discussed initially.   A major term of the contract was that if you you cancel for ANY REASON (whether her company caused the reason for you to cancel them) you still have to pay.  I initially spoke with her about items like the one mentioned above that are contained in her contract.  She explained that she understood and would get back to me with changes.  This was on October 4, 2019.  On November 20, 2019, she finally responded to me.  It took her over a  month to finally get back to me and I had to send a follow up email to receive a response from her. I should have took that as a sign. She did apologize for the delay . However, her response was very nasty towards me.  She even told me that "the relationship she seek to acquire is one that absolutely trust her expertise."  She wants me to trust her wholeheartedly but she doesn't trust me at all.  Against my better judgment, I wanted to see if she was a stand up person by holding her end of the bargain so I sent her an additional email Nov. 20th detailing what we initially discussed and asked her to add an addendum to contract.  She never responded to my email.  I would have some respect for her if she would have simply said NO to the email and told me upfront that her terrible contract is as is.  If she did that I would not have wasted my time writing this review because I have respect for people who are upfront with me.   GME wasted my time that I could have spent searching for another wedding coordinator. GME is very unprofessional. I would never recommend her or her company to anyone.  Please read the terms of the contract and not sign anything which is what this contract is.  Trash.  BRIDE BEWARE! Response to gme; The clause that you refer to does not have a stipulation that states assuming that you have fulfilled all the responsibilities outlined on the very first page. The contract reads that if you cancel for any reason that you must continue to pay. Contracts will be interpreted on its four corners should a disagreement arise. Meaning the fact that you are now stating assuming that you have fulfilled your end of the contract will not be taken into consideration unless it is STATED/WRITTEN in the contact. I actually have a wedding planner and asked other women that had a wedding planner about your cancellation clause. They did not have a clause that if you cancel for any reason that you still have to make your payments. In fact, when I showed them what you stated in your contract they cringed like I did when I read it. What is standard is a consequential damages clause not a cancellation clause that states if you cancel for any reason you still have to make payments. Asking someone to trust you but you don't trust them is very disingenuous. It is fine to stand by whatever you like but please be upfront and honest about what you require. You only stated what you require when I questioned your terms to your one-sided contract. If you would have been upfront, I would have so much more respect for you as a person and a business. Best of luck. Bride beware.

ocess. She had EVERYTHING we needed for the day (a huge basket filled with things like a toothbrush, granola bars, deodorant, etc), made sure that we were nourished with food/water and had a drink in our hands when necessary. I always like to be on time/ahead of schedule and she made sure of that--without causing us any stress! Greatly appreciated having her connect with our vendors/bridal party/family to make sure everything was going to go as planned on the big day. Thank you so much!

nd I am so happy I hired her! She made my day super easy and stress free! Thank you so much Yessenia!

alking explained what I wanted and expected seemed as she understood everything I was looking for but on our special day it was even greater then I expected as I worried about nothing Yesenia and her assistant were wonderful and A Wonderful event for our family, friends and especially for us. Thank you and I am very great full from our first interaction.

th setting up for the reception and making sure I was calm all through the day. Im used to always being in charge and making sure everything goes smoothly but for one night I got to take a backseat. All my guests couldnt stop talking about what a perfect night it was. If it wasnt for her, I doubt the outcome wouldve been the same. Do yourself a favor and hire Yessenia to have an incredible wedding!

the venue, brought up important details that I had forgotten to ask, and in general was very attentive and organized. She dealt with several issues on the day of my wedding so that I did not have to worry about anything, including sound issues and certain guests that did not RSVP and then just showed up. She found a seat for everyone and was the contact person so that I could just enjoy my day and not be stressed. I could not recommend her more!

ought of. She made every thing I wanted come true. She worked harder than I have seen anyone work on the wedding day. She went above and beyond what she charged me for too! My wedding would not have been the magical celebration I had always dreamed of. I cannot thank her enough!!!! Eternally grateful!!!!!

She is so creative (one of her many talents are her amazing perfect bows!) Not only I am grateful for everything she did, but my entire family and bridal party loved her. I cannot say enough good things. I keep recommending her and Gold Mine Events to everyone. I only wish I could plan another wedding just to have Yessi there again! I will definitely be using her again in the future!!!

e to execute any issues we faced on the day of the wedding. I highly recommend Gold Mine Events to anybody who is planning their wedding or any other party.

ecided to hire a day of coordinator in order to enjoy our wedding day without having to worry about the little details. Having Yessenia from Gold Mine events coordinate our wedding was the best decision ever. Yessenia was there for us the day of the rehearsal, she was always part of our phone call with our vendors helping us make decisions, but most importantly she showed up on the day of the wedding as soon as the venue opened its doors and didn't leave until the last guest left the party. Yessenia had everything under control and was able to give us a stress free wedding.

ime to listen to exactly what we envisioned for the day of and helped execute and bring our dream event to life so seamlessly! She is very professional, detailed and organized. She communicated throughout the entire planning process and on the day of she managed to keep things running smoothly- even throughout a few hiccups that could've sent things running south quickly!
