Sunny at Gold Label. I brought my dress to the cleaners over a month before the wedding, told her the wedding date and she gave me a pick up date for one week before the wedding but promised to call if it’s done early which she assumed it would be. She also charges the full price of the cleaning as you drop it off. I called her the week it was intended to be picked up asking for an update and she asked for the ticket number and would call back once she found it. No call back. I then called her twice more that week and let her know the wedding was coming up and she had promised a date it’d be ready by. Again she asked for the ticket number, promised to call back, but no calls back. I finally decided to tell my fiancé of the issue and after his call, he said he would come and pick it up if even if it wasn’t ready and take it somewhere else. She then mentioned to him it would be ready 3 days after the original promised date, which happened to be 3 days before the wedding. Absolutely unacceptable. After some heated calls she finally agreed to have it done by the original promised date of the Saturday before the wedding.
SUMMARY: Very unprofessional communication, poor customer service, and lack of empathy. Not recommended for brides with a timeline!

For example, she cut out the liner to make the dress lighter and still kept the outer lace to maintain the classy look. She also gave me those trendy, over-the-hand sleeves! nd most importantly an heirloom christening gown, which they have cleaned three times. I went tonight to pick up my gown (which I prepaid for) and the lady told me that I could not have it back, that she could not find it. She kept telling me it was in the store, but that she could not give it to me and I have to make an appointment next week to get it. This was bizarre as this had never happened in the several times we had been there before. I told her I would wait for her to look, she refused. She then told three other customers they could not have their items either. I got pretty upset and told her that she either found my garment and returned it now or I would consider it theft and call the police. She continued to refuse to even attempt to find it. I called to police. They came, she still refused to return the gown. At this point I told the police I didn't even want a refund I just wanted the gown. The officer was shocked that she would not even try to find it. He gave her until Monday (It's Friday) to find and return the gown or he would file a report.
Seriously, something has happened in the last couple years and the service has gone WAY down. They do amazing work, but if they refuse to give you back a garment you prepaid for cleaning for that is a HUGE PROBLEM.

Sunny gave me a wonderful first impression, and I could tell she truly cared about my vision for how my dress would fit and that the final product would be perfect. My dress ended up needing a lot of alterations, including loosening the waist, tightening the neckline and bodice, and creating an intricate bustle. Sunny was easily able to fine tune these details and even get me in for an extra fitting the week prior to my wedding. I took it to another place and they told me petroleum solvent was outlawed in Colorado. When I finally got to Gold Label I made an appointment to get a quote. I took it in and talked to Sunny. She was extremely knowledgeable and said she has never heard of petroleum solvent being outlawed and that was the best way to dry clean my dress due to the lace and beading. The pricing was very reasonable and cheaper than all of the other places I recieved quotes from. I had an extremely tight turn around and needed the dress to be cleaned in 7 days to make it to my alterations appointment. Sunny was able to get it turned around in time and it looked amazing.
