Haley and her team are amazing! I have thin hair that doesn't always hold a curl, but both for my trial and on my wedding day my hair looked so full and held a curl until the next ...
day. I don't know much about makeup, so I told Lauren to do what she thought looked best based on my eye color. She held up eyeshadow palettes for me to choose the colors I liked best that she though would look good together and my eyes looked fantantasic! All of my girls in my party, my sisters, and my mom had both their hair and makeup done ahead of schedule and they all looked stunning. I would highly recommend Glo Hair and Makeup Co!
Haley did a beautiful job on myself and all of my ladies! Everybody's hair looked gorgeous and they lasted all day. Haley was especially accommodating when I had a couple of cancel...
lations. She ended up doing 8 ladies all by herself and finished early. I was so pleased with her!
So happy with both the hair and make up service I got for my wedding! The team was efficient and got everyone in my bridal party done on time. They made me look beautiful while sti...
ll looking like myself. The products lasted through the evening even though it was a very hot day. Do yourself a favor and book Glo!
I booked Haley/Glo for on location hair for my wedding day, and they did such an amazing job for me and my girls!! Before discovering Glo, I had already booked with a different mak...
e up company but I wish I would have had Glo do our make up also! Haley was so fun and personable and made me feel and look so beautiful for my big day. My hair is SO thin but Haley was able to work her magic and make my normally-tiny bun look so full. After our hair trial I thought my hair was missing something so I looked for decorative hair clips and emailed her asking which one would be better for my style and she guided me to the most beautiful one! Haley was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Honestly so perfect to work with! You won't regret booking them!! Thanks again Haley!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Having Glo at my home on the morning of our wedding felt like having your best friends getting you ready for your wedding.
I found Haley...
and her team after I had my first beauty team cancel on me. Haley is easy to communicate and get in touch with. We had a big group of women. Haley assured me from the beginning it would not be a problem and made sure to get enough staff to my house on the day of the wedding.
I went out to Marine City for a trial for both my mom and I. That’s when we met Haley and her team mate and make up artist, Lauren. Both of these girls were so warm hearted and immensely talented. I had a certain way I wanted my hair and a hair piece. Haley did a great job with my hair! My mom didn’t want her make up over the top and Lauren did her make up perfectly. They blew my expectations out of the water!!!
We had some changes in the number of people who needed services a couple weeks before the wedding and Haley and her team were flexible with us. There was a last minute change to Haley’s team and she handled it so seamlessly that we didn’t even notice. We had 7 girls that needed hair done and 8 girls that needed make up done. We were done exactly on time. Everyone looked stunning and were so happy with there looks. One my girls had a sty and Lauren covered it up so well that you would NEVER know it was there!!
I CANNOT recommend this company enough and I have told all my friends about them! I have even had brides reach out to find out who we used for our wedding after seeing pictures of the bridal party because Glo did THAT good of a job. These women are professional, kind, and incredibly talented! If you do one thing on your wedding day, hire these girls!! You’ll be happy you did!!
I booked Haley for hair and had an amazing experience. We did a hair trial just days before the wedding due to covid. It was not perfect but I told her my ideas of what to change, ...
and she new exactly what I needed. The wedding day my hair was perfect. I had a Hollywood curl style; my hair held for about 6 hours the curls got loser towards the end but expected due to outdoor wedding and august extreme heat/humidity. I had a total of 10 woman for hair, 7 bridesmaids and 2 mothers of the bridal party. Everyone was able to get there hair done in 4 hours with makeup from another company. Some of the bridesmaids were not happy with their style and Haley’s team was able to adjust it within the time frame. My mom has a short hairstyle and wanted something very different she was able to get beautiful short curls and looked amazing. Everyone was so pleased with their hair and we were complimented all evening. Hayley was always very responsive and professional. I won’t be getting married again but I will be using haley and her team in the future. Thank you again Haley.
Glo Hair & Makeup Co. was everything and more I was looking for for my glam squad on my wedding day. A very personal trial run was done where they took every detail I gave them abo...
ut my ideal look and brought it to life. They were very responsive, flexible, and dependable. The day of went extremely smoothly and it was a joy to have them be apart of it all that morning. They my myself and my bridal party look the best we ever have. Thank you so much!
When I was planning my wedding, trying to find someone to do hair and makeup was the hardest part. It was the only thing I stressed out about because you want it to be the best bec...
ause it is your big day, but you are also asking bridesmaids to pay for it! So it can't be super expensive. I also wanted someone to come back and do a second updo look for after my ceremony. So many companies were charging double travel time, and so much extra money for being a bride. When I got a hold of Haley, she instantly put my mind at ease. She said she could drive to the airbnb where we got ready, and only charged a small amount for the travel. She said she could stick around for my ceremony so that she wouldn't have to charge me twice. Her prices were reasonable and her work is outstanding. She gave me an airbrush as well which is a must on your wedding day. Haley was adaptable, accomodating and calm. She was easy to talk to and made my wedding morning a breeze.
Haley did an amazing job on my hair for my wedding! It was exactly what I envisioned for my wedding day and it stayed in place all night!! I highly recommend her and her team.
Absolutely wonderful! I was a bridesmaid in my best friends wedding & somehow Haley managed to tame my hair on a hot humid day. (I have very curly, thick hair that loves to get fri...
zzy and fluffy as it dries. )Keep in mind I can barely tame my own hair on a good day. Long story short I will continue to recommend Glo to all future brides and you would be making a huge mistake if you didn't at least consider them!
