The Glen Oaks team was so wonderful to work with. They made the preparations beforehand easy, and took care of so much for us day-of. I had made a welcome sign and it ended up falling over and breaking before the ceremony. Without even being asked, the Glen Oaks team created and printed a brand new sign for us. It was incredibly thoughtful and above and beyond what we expected. The space was beautiful and everyone loved the food! Highly recommend getting married at Glen Oaks.

Our wedding was this past weekend and we are so happy. I feel like we got the Golden Ticket when having our once in a lifetime party there. It's beautiful, Shannon their events planner was beyond amazing & hardworking, the food was fantastic and every staff person we encountered was so sweet and accommodating. We'd do it with them again in a heartbeat. Add Bella Flora to the combination and prepare to be amazed!

Three gorgeous indoor spaces await to sweep you off your feet. The Royal Oak covered patio is perfect for your cocktail reception, accommodating up to 50. Spencer Court is a is a beautiful ballroom space that can seat up to 90 guests for dinner. For larger parties, the Churchill room can accommodate up to 200 of your loved ones for a seated dinner with a stunning outdoor Veranda. For couples in search of an outdoor venue, the Glen Oaks Country Club also features a beautiful lawn overlooking their manicured golf course, the perfect place to host your ceremony. The full capacity with the entire ballroom is 300 guests.

The food and drinks were delicious, the staff was great, the facilities were pristine and the setting was beautiful. It was also so great to have the event coordinator help so much with planning and execution!
One tip - the sound system didn’t work for our outdoor ceremony, so you couldn’t hear the pastor or singer. I think this was just a fluke, but it wouldn’t hurt to pay your DJ a couple hundred dollars more to also be there for the ceremony. That way you for sure have a professional running all of it!

We couldn't make it to the original Grand Tasting event that they have each year because we were at a wedding. They set up a private tasting for us and our parents (which paid off, we are still getting compliments on our food from guests!)
If I were to have another wedding I wouldn't change a thing about Glen Oaks being our venue!

we decided to go a different route. THANK GOD Glen Oaks had the availability on our wedding date as we had already booked all of our vendors!!! They did a fantastic job with our wedding especially with switching to Glen Oaks a couple months before our reception. The venue is beautiful, the food was excellent (all our guests were raving about the food especially the parmesan risotto :)), and the service from the staff was incredible! We also loved that we were able to great ready there! It made it so convenient for me and my bridesmaids and we had breakfast and lunch there. Honestly one of the best parts about Glen Oaks is working with their event coordinator, Emily. She made wedding planning a million times easier, especially during a pandemic. She was super responsive to everything, easy to get ahold of, organized, and extremely knowledgeable and gave great recommendations and ideas too. We met with Emily multiple times to go over our wedding and she was always on top of everything. She helped make my wedding day stress free! Overall, we were so happy with our wedding and had the best day ever!!! We could not have done this without Glen Oaks and Emily!

. The day before the wedding, the weather changed our plans from having our weddings outdoors, Emily right away hopped on a zoom call with me and walked me through a new set up. She is so understanding and also incredibly helpful the day of. I did not need to worry about a thing. Our guests are also still raving about the food! Such a beautiful, amazing venue to get married at. I can’t recommend it enough!

We had a great time working with Emily as our coordinator. She was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and met our every need while planning a COVID-19 wedding, She was able to meet with us multiple times over zoom to go over every detail of the wedding as well as be there day of to make sure the day ran smoothly. We could not be more thankful to have the Glen Oaks as our venue and the help of their excellent staff! We would highly recommend to anyone looking around the WDM area!

is incredible! We had our ceremony out on the beautiful croquet lawn, the dinner inside, and cocktail hour and dance floor outside on the veranda. Planning a wedding during COVID was stressful, but Emily was excellent to work with during the whole process. We met with her many times to discuss the change of plans each time they arose. I appreciated how knowledgeable and organized she was so I could stress less. Another perk of having your wedding at Glen Oaks is they have their own kitchen, and the food is to die for. All of our guests were raving about how delicious the food was! Our wedding turned out so perfectly, and we have Emily and the other staff at Glen Oaks to thank for that!

Second, the service is incredible. They take such good care of you and your guests - it makes you feel so special!
The food - turns out my groom and I had so much adrenaline running through us that we didn't even eat our dinner! However, we had tons of our guests rave about how delicious everything was! (Steak and Chicken option). I kept hearing for days after "the food was so delicious!"
Lastly, Emily the event coordinator on staff is amazing!!! Did I mention we got married in the pandemic? This didn't make things easy for us, and especially her. She took everything in stride and with grace. In fact, she made us feel so supported and calm. Considering she was likely doing this for several other brides, I applaud her for keeping it all together! We couldn't have had our magical day without her!
If we had to do the day over again - we 100% would absolutely choose this venue over and over again.

We had to postpone and ended up getting married in August and totally switched up the plan - even moving the dance floor outside a few weeks before the date. What Emily and the Glen Oaks staff came up with was better than we could have even dreamed, my husband and I are still talking about it weeks later! Booking Glen Oaks for our reception was an amazing decision and they helped to make our day something truly special.

factor was having our dogs be able to be apart of the ceremony. Glen Oaks checked both of those boxes! The location, building, and grounds were beautiful and provided the perfect backdrop for pictures. The bridal suite was huge, with plenty of space for onsite hair and makeup. Emily, the Director of Events, started in her position just a few months before our wedding. It made us nervous switching to a new person from the one we had already been working with, but Emily made it seamless. She was super responsive to emails and phone calls, patient, and knowledgeable. We planned our wedding long-distance, but she made it effortless. During our rehearsal and wedding day, Emily took charge of every detail and I literally had nothing to stress/worry about. The entire staff of Glen Oaks provided superb service. They even helped us set up the decor that we had brought on our own. Glen Oaks requires that all food and beverage be purchased through the club, which we didn't mind, because it was one less vendor I had to find. Their food was amazing! We had lunch in our bridal suite of assorted wraps and fruit, which was so fresh. During cocktail hour we had passed hors d'oeuvres and my sister and husband couldn't stop eating the pork pot stickers. During dinner, we had four different food stations and our guests couldn't stop talking about how amazing the food was. I can't say enough good things about Glen Oaks and I would recommend this venue to anyone!

guests fly from far away, so we wanted a venue where we could have our ceremony and reception all in one location, and Glen Oaks was perfect for exactly that! The club is breathtaking, the food is delicious, but the amazing staff is really what makes this venue so very special. So many staff members rushed to my aid when I had red wine spilled all over the front of my wedding dress; I will never forget the kindness they showed me and how quickly they moved to avert one major crisis! (Thank you club soda!), but more importantly thank YOU Glen Oaks for making our wedding day nothing short of perfect!

re of it all, allowing us to truly enjoy the day with friends and family. The food and service were great. My only complaint would be that the seating staff made a few errors when setting up chairs/tables, etc., and I know of at least one guest who had to move because she did not have a seat.

She even allowed us to drop off decor, signage and my wedding dress the week of the wedding so we didn't have to worry about it on our wedding day. Even the food is amazing; Our wedding guests can't stop raving about how good the food and cake were. We are so happy that we chose Glen Oaks for our wedding reception. It exceeded our expectations and make our wedding day an absolute dream!

u! She works with vendors and helps ensures all goes smoothly. The entire staff at Glen Oaks is fantastic. Each and every employee went out of their way to make it a perfect day for us. The food (we had cranberry chicken) was amazing! So many guests came up to compliment on how delicious it was (I heard a lot of "that was the best chicken I've ever had"). Our signature drinks were also a hit, the bartenders did a great job. While Glen Oaks is a little bit on the more expensive side, it was so worth it for us! You will have a stress free wedding day! Every detail will be handled for you on the day of and the bride and groom can just enjoy the day!! (PS: I would really look at their cost, as I found it is not nearly as expensive as many assume it is).

ordinator, made all of our dreams come true! She worked tirelessly with my mother, who served as the wedding planner, to make sure every last detail was perfection. She helped us plan a custom dinner menu, dream up a cocktail hour with signature drinks, design the lobby to welcome the guests, layout the ballroom and head table, organize the dance floor, direct traffic/herd the wedding party on the wedding day, and more -- but it's so much more than that. Jamie genuinely cares about the couples she works with and her passion is evident in everything she does. She is fabulously creative and has an amazing eye for detail. She is organized, diligent, and responsible -- exactly the person you want to quarterback your big day. I can't say enough about how wonderful she is and how wonderful GOCC is as an event venue. She went above and beyond for us and we couldn't be more thankful and happy!
