I was floored by the services I received with GlamSquad!!! Not only was it incredibly easy (I had a terrible time trying to find services on my own, let alone trying to find people...
who could come to my home), but it was affordable, professional, and INCREDIBLY well done. My hair and makeup was the talk of the town for my wedding. My hair stylist Salvador was prompt, exceptionally nice, and incredibly talented. And my makeup artist Savannah was bubbly, personable, and made me look better than I’ve ever looked before. I will absolutely be using this service again.
I only booked a bridal hair and makeup trial, but I found it very concerning that booking through the app actually gave the hairdresser the wrong location, so she ended up being la...
te. Apparently it’s a recurring issue that it gives directions to an incorrect location if you use the directions feature in the app. I can’t imagine how stressed out I would be if that happened on my actual wedding day. Trial itself was fine, the inspo I had for my hair updo ended up totally different and the artists didn’t ask too much of what I actually wanted. But if you want something simple and are ok with the risk that your stylist might go to the wrong location, then they are still fine to book with. Otherwise I would recommend elsewhere.
Best decision I’ve made was to use glamsquad. They felt like the only reasonably priced makeup and hair vendor in NYC and they did an EXCEPTIONAL job. Hire Madalina (makeup) and Ab...
by (hair). They did such an amazing job. I had 6 women there doing all my friends hair and makeup and it went so smooth and perfect.
DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR FOR YOUR WEDDING. I was LIED to that they had a hair dresser booked for me at noon. I've learned that that person was never contacted for that date. At 1:...
00 pm they told me that person wasn't coming. Then they told me they found someone who would be there at 1:45. She came at 2:20. (I had told them I needed to be finished at 2:30. Photos began at 3 pm). The hairdresser who finally came ignored the photo I showed her of a simple blow out, and gave me a hair do that while pretty looked nothing like me or the style I had shown her. There was NO time to redo anything as I was already late for photos. Glamsquad didn't charge me for her, but it hardly made up for the stress I felt or that my wedding photos don't reflect the simple blow out I wanted. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR WEDDING. Its not worth the stress. (PS The make up artist was lovely and on time. This one star review is not a reflection of the artist's skills but the scheduler's totally f-up. PS I am a minister who performs many weddings, and I will be letting "my" brides know to avoid this vendor as well.
Keaira and Michael A. were a terrific hair and makeup team for my wedding day. They were receptive to our understated styles and created a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Keaira used ...
clean and quality products and ensured my makeup lasted for a long hot sweaty summer night. Micheal was creative with curly and wavy styles for my wedding party with mostly short hair. He also incorporated a large floral hairpiece into my hair, no easy task! I appreciate their commitment to quality service and professionalism. It was also just fun to hang out with them!
Omg I had an amazing experience. As an African American woman with red tinted skin most people make me look old, but the lady I used through Glamsquad was phenomenal. She was timel...
y, professional and my make up lasted even through swimming and sweat. I would absolutely use them again!
My partner and I were having our marriage ceremony in Central Park on 28th December 2024.

rch online. I was looking for someone to do my hair who would be able to come to my hotel, and I came across Glamsquad.
Firstly Glamsquad were the most affordable option I found and their price included gratuities so I didn’t have to worry about anything on the day.
They booked in a video call with me to get an idea of what I was looking for and to see what my hair is like. They were really friendly and I also sent them some images of the style I was looking for.
They communicated throughout and responded to any questions I had promptly.
My stylist on the day was Priscilla and she was fantastic! She arrived at my hotel on time, was super friendly and did my hair exactly as I had requested. As I didn’t book a trial session in, I was worried as to how everything would turn out, but she did an amazing job and I was really happy. Everyone commented on how nice my hair looked.
I would highly recommend Glamsquad and Priscilla to anyone looking to get their hair styled in NYC!
I got bridal hair and makeup as well as a few bridal party hair and makeup done through Glamsquad. I loved both of the stylists who came (Angelik and Kristin) and got exactly what ...
I wanted for the big day. Both of them were professional, friendly, and really listened to what I wanted and were happy to take feedback. I would give both of them 5 stars. My one complaint was the process of actually booking them through Glamsquad. I originally reached out via The Knot and we eventually transitioned to communicating via email. I felt like I was talking to someone new every time I sent a message and they frequently made errors on things like counts for bridal party hair and addresses for the trial. I felt like I had to repeat myself over and over again because they asked questions that had already been answered in the same email thread a few messages up. This was stressful and made it more challenging to keep track of things because I was constantly needing to correct them.
Glamsquad really came through for me and my (many) female bridesmaids on the day of the wedding. I knew I wanted everyone to have the opportunity to get hair and makeup done, but ...
I didn’t want to have people committing to arriving several hours before the day started. Glamsquad was able to provide me with multiple artists, who worked both effectively and efficiently to glam up all my girls in a timely manner. We never ran behind schedule, despite all girls having different hair types and makeup preferences. They were all extremely professional and I would recommend this service to anyone who is looking to glam a larger group!
I used Glamsquad artists as my rehearsal dinner hair and makeup team and felt I looked flawless all night. I also had my mom and maid of honor get glammed for the rehearsal dinner, which made everything much more special. My mom originally was only booked for makeup this evening, but then decided to add a quick blowout which was accommodated by GlamSquad without any issues. I was so thankful they were there with me to kick off my wedding weekend!
Our hair and makeup artist, Renee, was not only extremely talented, creating beautiful styles for my bride with almost no tools, but really sweet and fun. She was an angel who adde...
d the right amount of magic to our destination wedding in New York.
GlamSquad did a great job matching us on short notice, and were very patient with our international banking issues (since we travelled from Japan for our wedding), although they do seem to have ended up charging us twice. I’m confident that we will be able to work it out.
Overall, it was a very good experience.
Glamsquad was amazing for my wedding!! Couldn’t ask for anything more. Did a wedding trial and then hair and makeup for me and a few others for my wedding. Can’t say enough good th...

made sure my up do was absolutely secure for my wedding. Glamsquad’s payment team was super patient and courteous while waiting for my replacement card to arrive. 200/100 will book with them again and have referred them to friends! Just sad I totally forgot to take pics of my up do to show y’all. It was gorgeous! Exactly what I wanted and better! Presila made sure the hair accessories were super secure. They did not budge throughout the ENTIRE day!
I had high hopes for this company and choosing to use them for one of my bridal events. In theory this seemed like a great option for someone to come to the hotel and have hair and...
makeup done at the same time. Reasons I would not use this service again is mostly because you never know what type of artist you will get. Although I paid a premium for a hair stylist that did bridal hair, I felt like my artist was completely inexperienced and it was like she had no idea how to do a basic half up half down hair style. I was so frustrated 1/2 way through I had to tell her to stop and I would do my hair myself. I cannot tell you how bad my hair looked if I would let her continue. her excuse was Oh I cant see how it looks from front because your chair is too high?? Like what...why would you not say something sooner
My makeup artist was better, 7/10. They say lashes are included by her only options were very short small stubby ones. Thank god I brought my own
They also said they would be done within 1.5 hrs which was not the case! I was very late and stressed as I needed to be ready for pre reception photos
So all in all while this review highly dependent on the artists they place with you, I DO NOT recommend gambling with this for a wedding.
They were nice and professional, no issues there

what worked best with the schedule, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
The hair and makeup team she arranged were OUTSTANDING —punctual, talented, and they perfectly captured my vision. I received so many compliments, and I felt truly beautiful on my special day.
I highly recommend Glamsquad, especially if you’re looking for a reliable and professional service. Lindsey and her company team made my wedding day unforgettable! Thank you!!!

ted. Glamsquad sent clear information in advance. The day of the wedding was so fun! Katrina did such an amazing job with my hair and all of the bridal party hair. She modified styles with ease and gave me the prettiest bridal updo. Monkia really listened to what bridal makeup I liked and she gave me a stunning bridal look! Jocelyn did a superb job getting all of the bridal party makeup done. Everyone was so professional, kind and relaxed. It was just the best setup ever to be able to get ready all together at home with ease. I would highly recommend Glamsquad to anyone to make their big day easy and more fun! Also well priced compared to other retailers I looked at.
Very professional and accommodating
Loved my hair and makeup for my rehearsal dinner.
Excellent creative work performed by true professionals.

se I have used them many times before and I love their work but if you are new to Glamsquad then I would suggest doing the trial. My hair and makeup came out beautiful thanks to Emine and Christine! <3
Our glam squad was on time and wonderful!
Amazing team! Very professional, arrived on time, checked with me every step of the way to make sure I liked what they were doing. Everyone said I looked great!

uad team members promptly came to my home and did a wonderful job with hair and make up for all of my bridal party!
Yevgene was a shinning star from the Glamsquad team! With three other Glamsquad member coming and going for shorter stints of the day, Yevgene was with us the entire day (10:30am-2:00pm)! Yevgene executed flawless make up for the MOTB, MOTG, and two of my bridesmaids, while doing my (the bride) makeup last. Yevgene took the time to not only look at my inspo photos but talk through the process of accomplishing a particular look of naturals + a bit of glam while remaining like myself for my wedding day look. As someone that has below minimal knowledge of makeup and is always hesitant on wearing “a lot” of makeup, Yevgene truly make me feel comfortable and beautiful on my wedding day and created a look that myself, my now husband, and all of my guests appreciated as a look that simples “enhanced my features”. I would highly recommend Yegene for any and all of my good friends looking for a talented and kind makeup artists!
The artists were on time, professional and so lovely to work with! They really listened to what each person wanted and everyone looked stunning!
I decided at the last minute (2 days before the wedding) that I wanted a professional makeup artist and the team at Glamsquad worked with me to make it happen. On the day, the make...
up artist was professional, on-time and really knew her craft. I don’t wear a lot of makeup and wanted a natural glam look and she delivered! I would 100 percent recommend this service to anyone who needs bridal makeup done!
Glamsquad was so swift in planning everything for my special day!
For smaller budgets, Glamsquad is a great option! The quality and service from the stylists was incredible. I would say for mid to larger size groups (6 or more people getting serv...
ices), working with Glamsquad customer service were cumbersome and at times stressful. While everything went well day of, it didn't seem like the team organizing my request was aware of all the details.
I had a private ceremony and Glamsquad was so helpful in making me feel so beautiful on my special day! Clear communication, easy planning, no trial (destination ceremony) and hair...
and makeup turned out just as envisioned. I recommend them for anyone doing small ceremonies. I had reached out to so many different hair and makeup artists that were not accommodating to my needs (bridal hair, 1 wedding guest hair, flower girl hair, and bridal makeup and guest makeup). Glamsquad didn't even bat an eye with the small needs I had and was so great to work with! Will use again in the future. Thank you so much!!!!
Glamsquad really exceeded my expectations with hair and make up for my wedding day for both myself and my bridesmaids. They took their time, paid attention to detail, and were also...

was wonderful and stuck to the timeline in which the wedding party needed to be complete. Highly recommend!
After some difficulty finding an available hair and makeup service for my wedding in Santa Cruz, my venue manager suggested reaching out to Glam Squad. I'm so glad she did, because...
I'm very happy with the artists that I was assigned. I had Amanda D. for my makeup, and Katherine M. for my hair. Both were great at listening and worked with me to make sure everything was in line with my wedding day vision. Both were also early to every appointment I had with them (trial and day of). They both worked really well with my wedding party, since many of them were also getting their hair and makeup done. On the day of, Alexandra M. also was part of my makeup team due to the number of my party that were getting ready. While she didn't work on me, she was super nice and did a fantastic job on my party.
My venue was technically out of their service area, so it cost a little extra than it would have if I was in the service area. For me, it was worth it due to the quality of the service and the reliability. The only down side of the service is that scheduling the trial was a bit difficult for me since I was not local to the area. Since I had to travel for the trial anyway, I wanted to find a location in the service area, and the HQ people that do the bookings and such were not terribly helpful with this. They wouldn't tell me where exactly the service area was, so I had to research hotels and send address after address before finding one that worked. I think that part could have been a lot more streamlined, and that had nothing to do with my artists. Once the trial was set and my artists were assigned, it was smooth sailing!
Great experience! Very happy with how my hair came out!
They did an amazing job with my wedding! Very professional, answered all my questions overall a great seamless experience
Lindsay and Daisy were excellent, communicative flexible and helpful with everything the girls that came were amazing we looked so good for our special day
I worked with glamsquad for my wedding. I had an early ceremony start time (noon) and glamsquad was able to allocate enough hair and makeup artist to get us ready in time! My only ...
comment is that they only booked down hairstyles/blowouts (Which worked out for my family) but if you also want up-do's, make sure you communicate that to your booking assistant. The artists that I worked with were really great, I also did a preview with them which I also reccomend so you are not stressed out the day of your wedding.

oked, and I could not have done it without Glamsquad. Bonnie and Glen did such an amazing job on me and they were done with time to spare. I recommend inspo photos and doing the trial. I know it helped me and the artists get the look I was going for on my big day. Overall I’m very happy with my services.
