Ginseng Mobile Bar

had so many options with different recipes and I was super impressed. They always responded within a day of communicating and they have showed us kindness and excitement for our futures not only with the wedding but even with our personal lives. I would 100% recommend them to anyone for an event!

dded so much charm and fun to the evening, and the bartenders were professional, personable, and kept the energy high all night. Guests are still talking about how much they loved the unique cocktails and the overall vibe the bar brought to the party. It was such a memorable part of our celebration, and we couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for a special touch at their event.

arning more about her business. From start to finish, everything was taken care of. Our guests were raving about the drinks and custom bar signage that included our cat! It was such a special surprise that just added to an already amazing day. I cannot thank them enough for everything!

uct. The passion for her job is evident in everything she does. I cannot recommend her and her team enough! If you want fun cocktails and amazing customer service you should book her for your event/wedding you will not be disappointed! Much love<3

and wanted everything to be on point and perfect. THEY EXCEEDED EVERY EXPECTATION. Out of all (25) vendors we ended up hiring for our wedding, Ginseng was the most punctual, communicative and professional to work with. But more than that it was an absolute blast working with them. They were flexible with me (it’s hard to travel for wedding meetings), they communicated at every turn with not only the things they needed, but every ridiculous little question I asked. They have amazing options to make sure your bar is perfect, and they take care of all of their part themselves. They decorate their bar, they make your menus, they even have an add on non alcoholic option which was fantastic. I would have done every single add on they offered and more because I knew without a doubt they were going to do everything right by me. Financially, I kept opening our budget more and more to do more with them because I decided they deserved it more than anyone else did. But it was not necessary and they had many affordable options. I thought at the beginning they were going to be one of our expensive vendors but they ended up being one of the most affordable and reasonably priced vendors we had, and well worth every single penny. Our cocktail tasting was so much fun and it was easy to ask for any changes or have my own ideas (which was important for me since this is my trade too) but it wasn’t even needed because they make some YUMMY drinks. They were the first vendor I was certain about, paid in full and could breathe easy knowing it was done, and the parts that weren’t done yet would be! Wedding day came and my guests LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM from the bartender that showed up to the drinks they made and the adorable camper bar that was so classy and unique. They handled my guest count with ease and efficiency and every drink still looked beautiful. And let me tell you my friends can DRINK. The only thing I would add on is that you need to buy more alcohol than you think because when they’re serving it, people that don’t typically drink, WILL. (: even my grandma was sipping cocktails! I learned that weddings are hard and who you choose as your hired team make or break it. If you’re anywhere near the East TN area, this is an absolute no brainer. They will not disappoint you, it’ll be the one part of your wedding that goes off without a hitch, stress free. Tara and her team at Ginseng are next level and the best wedding decision I made!!

ose to name our specialty drinks after our dogs and Tara was able to add their photos to our drink menus for the venue. It was such a special touch and walking up to the bar and seeing our fur babies was so special. Tara and Ginseng Staff, thank you for your hand in making our day wonderful❤️

create from scratch or the well known ones taste amazing. She also has all the bar infrastructure you might need. She is easy to talk to and provides all the support you need and is able to accommodate requests. We hired them for our rehearsal dinner and wedding day at Nantahala Weddings. Overall, we had an amazing experience with them and would recommend with my eyes closed. I would also recommend including their cocktail creation in your menu as opposed to well known ones. Your special day is well taken care of by these guys. All the guests also had amazing feedback of their service.

ty cocktail service made my night so much more enjoyable. The camper being outside the reception wasn't a bother at all, it created its own little social hang out place of its own for guests away from the dance floor. Staff was super fun and friendly. Thank you so much for making our night a blast!

g and see/taste their magic in a cup themselves!! The mobile bar add the chic level of Boho decor and vibe that many couples are trying to achieve. Additionally, every bartender they send our way is just charming and uber friendly and sweet to everyone. This group of bartenders will take care of you and your guests in every regard. High recommend!

ly recommend to anyone in East TN area!

e also chose to hire her for our own special day. From start to finish, Tara displayed the utmost professionalism and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. We highly recommend Tara at Ginseng Mobile for any wedding or event. She truly is the absolute best!"

ly the bartending service were all exceptional. All of the guests at our wedding enjoyed the mobile bar set up and drinks. The ability to serve several mocktails was great for our guests as well. Would 100% book again!

and easy. (Everything a bride wants when already dealing with so much!!!) Our guests didn’t stop talking about how delicious our drinks were. I seriously think it was everyone’s favorite part of our wedding night! I would recommend Ginseng to everyone I know. 🥰

the venue. Ginseng has great decor to use to decorate your bar and. Made the bar experience at our wedding. An absolutely wonderful addition! Tara was awesome to get to work with and even came up with a signature drink for our wedding, despite our venue having a beer and wine only restriction. The drink that she came up with was delicious and my guests are still asking for the recipe!! Unfortunately, my venue would not let me book the gorgeous trailer ginseng offers but had other furniture type pieces to choose from to fit my aesthetic! Jen saying was awesome and connecting me with a bar to order our alcohol through and made the entire process seamless! Book ginseng for your wedding or event. I absolutely know you won’t regret it!!

Tara is organized and creative, making the entire process of working with Ginseng seamless and fun. Hire Ginseng--I promise you won't be disappointed.

event, hire them today! The long version: we chose Tennessee as our wedding destination because my wife has deep familial ties to the area. However, we live in the New York metro area, and having the right bar service was a big concern for us. Fortunately our wedding planner recommended Tara and Ginseng and we couldn't have been happier with the results. First off, Tara and her team are all bartenders and mixologists, not just servers, so they have the ability to make cocktails to order and make them correctly, which is huge. I can't stress this enough: if your guests know their way around a bar, you're going to want actual bartenders serving them. Plus, Ginseng has the connections to source high quality ingredients and mixers for a reasonable price, which just improves the overall quality of the cocktails and the evening. Second, Tara went out of her way to fit us into her schedule when we were in the area visiting vendors and demoed 5 signature drink recipes for us to try. She then worked with us to refine the drinks we liked best until we had two unique, accessible signature drinks. The amount of guests who have asked us for the recipe for them after the wedding is a testament to Ginseng's quality, consistency and mixology skill. Third, we had a multi-day event and Tara worked with us to build a drink menu that stayed in our budget while also making sure that no one would go thirsty. And, after we finalized the amounts, purchasing the alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks just took a phone call. Finally, Tara and the whole Ginseng team are legitimately nice, kind people who want your event to be a success. We received several compliments during and after our wedding on the quality of the bar staff and the drinks being served. If craft cocktails are important to your event, stop reading and hire Ginseng right now. And, even if they're not, if you go with Ginseng, you're supporting a woman-owned small business in Appalachia. And that's toast-worthy all by itself.

y tailored to us and our guests, and offered a tasting to help us choose the perfect signature drink. Our guests have not stopped talking about how great it was! 10/10 would recommend.

m picking up the alcohol to making your very own signature drinks to serve! And I just loved the adorable custom drink menus with my dogs on them! 10/10 would recommend!!

a notch for sure! It was a very intimate wedding in a fairly small reception room and it was so nice to have the bar parked right outside where we could go and gather for a cocktail. You MUST try the Tara Special (Blackberry Mule)! It was absolutely delicious! My son said Michael's Long Island Tea was the best he had ever had. Tara and Michael were so friendly and just very welcoming and we had so much fun with them! I highly recommend Ginseng Mobile Bar for that unique touch for any event!

y questions I had, Haley responded right away which just took some stress off of planning a wedding. I would highly recommend using Ginseng Mobile Bar.

e booking process. She helped me decide what alcohol was best for my occasion and how much would be needed (she was spot on because there was only 3 bottles of wine leftover). They picked up the alcohol for us, and took care of everything from ice and cups, to the drink menu and napkins! During the event, Tara along with her co-worker, Haley, controlled the line and crowd and made sure everyone was always taken care of, while keeping safety precautions for our guests. They even made sure the bride and groom had our glasses filled with champagne the entire night! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be booking them for future events!
