It's hard to put into words how much Ginna Matson Events helped my wife and I in preparing for our big day, but I will try! When friends have gotten engaged after us, we've always ...
been asked for advice in planning and the first thing that immediately comes to mind for us is hire a wedding coordinator! It's one thing to pick out all of the details and things you want on your big day, but it's another thing entirely for it to all come together efficiently and smoothly. Working with Ginna gave us the latter and then some! She met with us multiple times to confirm details as we got closer to the big day, and was willing to hop on a quick call if needed. I think it's really important to be able to focus on your person and what you're celebrating on your big day instead of whether or not a vendor has shown up, brought what you paid for, etc. That peace of mind is priceless, and with Ginna and her team we didn't have to worry about a thing. We felt so taken care of from moment one and we would recommend Ginna Matson Events to anyone!

ints. It was nice to have her only a call or text away when making decisions. I appreciate that she took the time to meet with us at our venue multiple times to work on things like layout, timeline, and final details. With her guidance our wedding day ran smoothly and everything happened without me having to worry about a thing except getting married! This was my second time working with Ginna - my sister hired her a few years prior for her wedding so I guess you could say I’m a repeat customer!

was easy to work with and came up with creative ideas to elevate our wedding all while staying mindful of our budget. Ginna is extremely knowledgeable and well connected in the Louisville wedding market which came with great alternative options to have an over the top day for a fraction of the price. The timeline and details were carefully planned leading up to wedding day. I did not have to think twice during the wedding about the perfectly planned order of events that she created with the timeline. I would recommend her to any couple time and time again.

tely acted to ensure that nothing derailed our wedding vision. On the day of the wedding Taylor kept everything moving like clockwork from vendor setup to teardown and we were blissfully unaware of all of it and able to just focus on enjoying our wedding. I can't even imagine what our wedding day would have been like without their team to ensure it was all perfect.

rganized and makes sure all details are taken care of! Our florist did not have enough greenery and flowers for all our tables. After our ceremony/ during cocktail hour, Ginna worked her magic! She took apart the floral arrangements from our arbor and used them to decorate the naked tables! I am so thankful that we used Hummingbird Page!

She was a star on the wedding day - she went above and beyond to troubleshoot and make sure all the details went smoothly. She is also very talented at being calm, cool and collected and provides great advice about how to relax and enjoy your wedding day. Can't recommend Ginna enough!
We worked briefly with another member of the Hummingbird Page Co. staff that was not nearly as impressive and a bit disappointing, so make sure you book Ginna who is a total star!

everyone that I worked with was AMAZING. Everyone was professional, kind, helpful, fun, and so many other things!! It’s because of my amazing team that I was able to fully be present during my entire wedding and fully enjoy every second. about 6 weeks to plan and Ginna was the best decision. She did a complete contactless set up of ample decor and it looked fabulous! She has very modern decor, and when you hire her, you get access to it all. She creates a vision board for you and gives you incredible suggestions and referrals from experience. She also is very conscientious of budget which I really appreciated. She also supplied all of my flowers last minute, as I couldn't find affordable flowers that fulfilled what I was looking for. Ginna nailed my floral dreams and I was more than thrilled with how everything turned out. Because we had a very small Covid-friendly wedding, we did not need day of coordination. Hire Hummingbird Page Event Co. and you won't be disappointed! I have also had a couple friends use her services and were more than satisfied.
Amazing!! Took on my wedding on super short notice and everything was perfect!! The day could not have gone smoother! Totally worth it! My day was stress free!

ompt in our communications, offered helpful suggestions based on her experience and expertise and spoke up for me in situations when I didn’t feel as comfortable with being so direct about my needs and wants. Ginna and her team rocked the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner and entire wedding day so all we had to do was enjoy our wedding day to the fullest. When we arrived to the wedding site my jaw dropped at how beautifully Ginna brought my vision to life and was far better than I had imagined. I could have never imagined that having a coordinator would be as essential as it was and I will forever recommend Hummingbird Page to get the job done!

glad I realized it in time to hire Ginna at Hummingbird Page! Ginna is so professional, cool, calm, and collected -- she makes even stressful situations feel like no big deal because you will have total faith that she has it 100% under control. My family and I did not have to lift a finger on the wedding day thanks to Ginna and her team. It was hands down some of the best money we spent on the wedding day...when you're spending so much money on everything else, it would really be a mistake not to hire professionals like Ginna at Hummingbird Page to make sure everything goes smoothly on your big day!
Hiring Hummingbird Page Event Co. was the best decision we made during wedding planning and I can't recommend Ginna and her team enough!

tely on a pretty short timeline. Our venue was pretty bare bones and it required us to build all parts of the event from the group up. We had a few ideas about the decor and the overall vibe we wanted but it was Ginna's knowledge of wedding logistics and vision that made our wedding day the fun, meaningful, well-executed celebration we were dreaming of having.
Being able to sit back and enjoy the day without worrying if the caterer showed up or if we were running behind schedule was such a relief. She also had great vendor suggestions, incorporated and built on our ideas, and helped us think through what would work with our timeline, budget, and event space.
I felt really at ease with Ginna and she added a sense of calm and control throughout the wedding planning process that I so desperately needed. I totally trusted her to make our day great and we were thrilled with how our day turned out.

have Ginna apart of our special day. Ginna was always easy to talk to and was so prepared. She was always there for us throughout the whole wedding planning process, making sure we were prepared for each step of the way. Even when our caters mixed up the date, she handled it with such grace that we didn't even notice. I really appreciate all that she did for the wedding, and she did an outstanding job.
