desserts we’ve ever had, period! What we loved most was that nothing felt like your typical, basic wedding dessert. Everything was incredibly delicious, unique, and thoughtfully made. We also loved being able to choose desserts that actually represented us as a couple and reflected our personal tastes, which made the experience feel even more special. Beyond the amazing desserts, the entire experience was wonderful. They were incredibly easy to communicate with, responsive, and such a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. Everything felt easy and stress-free, which is exactly what you want when planning a wedding. The bride and groom dessert box was also such a thoughtful and special touch that we really appreciated on our wedding day! If you’re looking for desserts that go beyond the traditional wedding options and that your guests will genuinely enjoy and remember, we cannot recommend Gingerly Baked enough. They are absolutely worth it, and we would choose them again in a heartbeat!

On the wedding day, everything arrived exactly as promised, and I never had to think about it, which is the best thing you can say about a vendor when you have a hundred other things to worry about. What really set them apart was the range of vegan options. I was genuinely amazed by how many there were, and none of them felt like an afterthought. The taste was unbelievable, and I received a lot of compliments from guests, including ones who don't usually go for vegan desserts. I'd recommend Gingerly Baked without hesitation to anyone planning a wedding.

We decided on a marble cake with ganache and a red velvet cake, I gave her an example pic of cake and when cake arrived on day of I was shocked it far exceeded my expectations. My inspo had a few flowers on top with lights and the cake whole front was of magnolias with lights intertwined and a beautiful gold. The marble cake was amazing it went so fast. I wish Amanda had time to do birthday cakes because I would be loyal customer.

h they loved the desserts. I’m gluten-free, so having desserts that I could actually enjoy was really important to me, and everything tasted SO delicious. You genuinely would never know they were gluten-free. Everything was beautiful, tasted amazing, and was exactly what I hoped for. They made such a special part of our wedding day completely perfect, and I already know I’ll be using Gingerly Baked for every event we have in the future. I truly could not recommend them more!

At the end of the evening on the wedding day, my husband and I went over to the sweets table and were so happy to see most plates and displays were mostly eaten! We had so many complements the day after! We could not be happier.

And I am a well-traveled, well-eaten, kind of person. Both my husband and I have a huge sweet tooth and this was absolutely perfect. Since I am not the biggest fan of cake, having an assortment of mini desserts was the perfect addition to our special day. We even had guests taking desserts before the dinner came out! We couldn't keep the people off them - they are just that good! Only complaint is that I wish we had ordered more :) 100/10 - I will absolutely be ordering from them again on any special occasion I can find an excuse for.

tasting and when they gave me the wrong items (apparently the changes I made in the portal did not stick), they gave me another tasting box with the correct order. When I made (many) changes to my dessert + cake order for my wedding, they captured all the changes flawlessly. We went with the berry chantilly for our wedding cake (a very 2026-coded vintage heart shaped cake) and it was DELICIOUS. Not too sweet, not too almondy, with perfect even layers throughout. And the actual desserts...my goodness. I am a dessert FIEND and was honestly more upset that I didn't eat of them more on the wedding day haha. We did a mix of cheesecakes, sea salt chocolate chip cookies (THE BEST), brownies, berry chantilly and red velvet cupcakes and fruit tarts. This team truly does everything so well. The only downside I'll share is that they do not provide dessert trays or displays for the dessert. They would get a full 5 stars across all categories for me if that was an element they provided for their business. I would honestly pay more for displays because it was a pain to try to figure out what displays/trays/tiers to buy, not knowing what our dessert table was going to look like ahead of time combined with the amount of desserts we were going to have. Overall, I highly recommend Gingerly Baked for your wedding or event!

In full transparency, we actually went back and forth between two incredible vendors before making our decision, but I can confidently say choosing Gingerly Baked was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We first tried their desserts at the tasting hosted by Black Canyon Inn last November, and I still remember my now-husband and I looking at each other after the first couple of bites and immediately knowing, "Yep...this is it." Everything we tried was beyond incredible, and honestly, choosing what to order ended up being one of the hardest wedding decisions we made because every single option sounded (and tasted) amazing!!!!!! Throughout the entire planning process, everyone we emailed was so kind, responsive, patient, and organized. Special shoutout to Amanda, the owner & Maria, the administrative assistant who went above and beyond to coordinate everything. We definitely took longer than we should have to finalize our order because we kept changing our minds, but they never once made us feel rushed. They answered every question, kept us updated every step of the way, and made the entire process feel fun and effortless. We ended up choosing a medium-sized cake along with several dessert bar options, and I don't think a single guest left without talking about them. We originally weren't even planning to serve our wedding cake to our guests (we wanted to save it for ourselves) but after hearing so many "oohs" and "ahhs" when people saw it, we changed our minds at the last minute. Best decision ever. Everyone absolutely loved it. One last thing that really stood out to me was just how seamless everything was.Their team had such an incredible system that everything happened perfectly behind the scenes. They made it look effortless. The only downside? They were SO efficient that I wish I'd had more time to actually meet them in person and thank them for making our day just a (LOT) bit sweeter...literally. And yes...we happily ate leftover desserts for almost five straight days after our wedding, and not once did we get tired of them!!!! Our only real regret is that we don't live in Colorado because we couldn't justify bringing the top tier of our cake home to save for our anniversary. We STILLLLL talk about the cake and how grateful we were to share a few bites during wedding night and thankfully had the mini desserts to snack on after. We still talk about amazing everything was and were told it was some of the best sweet treats some guests had ever had at a wedding!!! What more could we have asked for?! Our one promise is that next time we are back in Colorado, we will have to place an order with them just to feel something again! hahaha. In all seriousness, thank you GB & team for helping make one of the best days of our lives even sweeter. We truly couldn't recommend Gingerly Baked more.

hand picked desserts that were fantastic. Our 175 guests ate them all in about 30 minutes or less and raved about them for days after. We appreciate the staff, especially Amanda Neaton for all the behind the scenes she did to make our night special. Highly recommend!

and there's so many amazing combinations to choose from. Our final cake was DEVINE, she even let us do two flavors (churro and berries with cream), and each were so delicious. We had so many guests compliment our amazing cake. When it came to the design, we had multiple communications back and forth until we refined the perfect look. And it was absolutely stunning. I know it was my own wedding cake, but it was truly the most beautiful one I've ever seen. On top of all that, her customer service was beyond exceptional. On the night of our wedding, my husband and I only got one bite of cake because we were so busy - the leftover cake was placed in our fridge. We took it home, excited to eat some leftovers while we packed for our honeymoon. Well, the next morning came around, we were on the plane to our honeymoon destination, and I realized I completely forgot about the cake!! I was devastated. I reached our to Gingerly Baked, who prepared a special tasting of our wedding cake flavors when we returned home from our honeymoon so we could actually enjoy our wedding cake. It was wonderful, and I am so appreciative to the team for their incredible work!

They had very transparent, reasonable pricing, and they even sent over a list of dessert table necessities like cake stands and cake cutters with clickable links. They were very communicative, positive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Our cake turned out absolutely BEAUTIFUL for our wedding day- it was one of the most complimented aspects of our wedding! And the mini desserts that we ordered to go with our cake table were off the charts delicious. Gingerly Baked will now be our one stop shop for all upcoming life events! I cannot recommend enough!

Amanda made sure to have a to-go box at the end of the night with 2 of each desserts in case you do not get to them during the party. If you want people to leave your wedding saying how amazing your desserts were, book with Gingerly Baked. We chose a small 2 tiered Chantilly cake and did 12 different mini desserts as a dessert bar for 100 people. Some of our favorites were the key lime pie cups, s'mores cake cups, Biscoff cookies, and chocolate chip sea sat cookies - yet there was not a dessert we didn't thoroughly enjoy. Thank you Amanda! We cannot wait to get an anniversary cake with you :)

They listened to every detail and were so easy to work with on the customization. Gingerly Baked was one of the recommended vendors for our venue, and after a tasting at our venue, we immediately saw why and scheduled a tasting at Gingerly's professional kitchen/ tasting space. The tasting was such a fun and positive experience for us as a couple amidst wedding planning stress. All of Amanda's desserts and cakes are so beautiful, but more importantly, they all taste amazing. We worked with Gingerly to build our custom wedding cake (sort of a chocolate/ coconut macaroon creation that was so yummy), and we loved the versatility of having the cutting cake and then a mini dessert bar with some of our other favs. Throughout the process, Amanda and her team were organized, prompt, and communicative. Dessert delivery and set up was smooth/ effortless. They helped us adjust and add in some vegan and gluten free options closer to the date once we realized we'd neglected some of our guests in this. Thank you so much to Gingerly Baked, and we would 100% recommend including them in your special day.

Instead of a traditional cake, we chose a mini dessert bar with a variety of treats — and it was a huge hit! Our guests could not stop raving about how amazing everything tasted. Every dessert was beautifully presented and absolutely mouthwatering. One of our favorite thoughtful touches was the small box they put together for us to take back to our room with a sampling of each dessert — just in case we didn’t have time to grab any during the reception (which we didn’t!). It was such a sweet surprise and so appreciated after the whirlwind of the evening. Gingerly Baked exceeded every expectation. If you're considering a dessert bar, look no further — we HIGHLY recommend them!

Both the wedding cake and groom's cake were exactly what we asked for in terms of design, and the flavor options we got to choose from were so creative and varied. We also did a variety of mini desserts, and even though we knowingly went with a high dessert:guest ratio, we barely had any left over...they were that good. We had some dietary restrictions in the mix (I'm gluten free), and I can confidently say the gluten-free options were every bit as good as the gluten-ful options, so my gluten-free guests and I didn't feel like we were missing out at all. The mini creme brulees were a big hit. Lastly, at the end of the night we had a staff member from our caterer tell us that ours was the best cake he'd ever had working a wedding! So that was pretty cool to hear and matches how we felt too.

eated in honor of my step-dad, who passed before the celebration and loved sweets—it made everything even more meaningful. Communication was timely and thoughtful, and the tasting box blew us away. Each mini dessert looked like a piece of art and tasted just as amazing. We chose six different kinds, and our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! Every bite was gone by the end of the night. If you want desserts that are as beautiful as they are delicious, Gingerly Baked is the perfect choice!
