Before anything else, I want you to know that you can have photographs that matter without losing sleep over the numbers. Reach out and tell me what matters most to you. I will walk through the options with you and show you where that fits.
I am Gina May Brown, a documentary wedding and engagement photographer based in Pulaski, TN, serving Nashville and couples everywhere who believe their love story deserves more than a hard drive full of forgotten files. I have been behind the camera for 37 years, and I still feel honored every time someone lets me into their most meaningful moments.
I picked up a camera because I understood early on that moments are fragile. They arrive quietly, move quickly, and disappear if no one is paying attention. My job is to pay attention.
Your guests will feel welcome, and they will have fun. I do not herd people around or call out stiff poses. I blend in, I am warm and easygoing, and I let your friends and family enjoy the day. When guests are relaxed, the laughter is real, and that is what ends up in your gallery.
My approach is documentary at heart: no rigid shot lists, no forced smiles, only light, timeless, candid images of your real love story unfolding. My soft, airy style will feel as alive thirty years from now as it does today.
Every image I deliver is personally edited by me, one at a time. I do not use AI culling or batch-editing shortcuts. I keep my calendar intentionally small so that every couple I work with receives my full attention.
