They are amazing. Professional as all get out. I mean... wow. My wedding was amazing. Months later and my family is still talking about our wedding meal. The bartender hooked it up...
. The service was impeccable. She had me at ease through the whole thing and took so much off my plate... speaking of plates, yall ever open a brick and mortar, I'm flying in to eat there. Believe that. Love you guys and thank you for everything!
Gesche and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with and I would definitely recommend her for both her professionalism and how great the food was! Gesche was quick to respond...
to our catering request and schedule out an initial consult to go over meal ideas for our wedding. When we let her know we were hoping to do a 'breakfast-for-dinner' theme she had many wonderful and fun ideas that we had not even thought about. What was really cool was that she wanted our dishes to be a reflection of us and what we enjoyed. She made sure that both of us would enjoy all of the appetizers and main course options. Planning a wedding had felt as if I was doing much of the work with other people in mind, but Gesche was totally focused on us and our tastebuds. She was able to stay within our budget and because of her experience she made recommendations of things we may need that I had not thought of. She was very dialed and helpful. The food on our wedding day was wonderful! We had people mentioning how fun it was and how great it tasted. Although the leftovers would have stayed with us, we had none because everyone enjoyed it. If that isn’t a sign of a good wedding meal I don’t know what is! Thanks so much, Gesche!
I loved working with Gesche. She was so professional, timely without ever adding to my stress, and delivered on absolutely DELICIOUS food.
