edding planning come together. It was clear from Rue's proposal that she understood exactly the look we wanted, and she was able to help us stick to our budget without compromising our aesthetic. It was important to us to use as many local Maine blooms as possible, and she was knowledgeable about what was available and in season for our wedding. Rue was very helpful and responsive and we were very pleased with our flowers!

She made absolutely gorgeous arrangements for our ceremony and our reception, and I could not have been more happy with the end result. e me some direction! The arrangements were exactly what she had proposed, so there were no surprises on the wedding day. She was also very respectful of our budget and always recommended affordable options for us.

away with her floral arrangements. I am an artist and had a specific idea in mind-and she created magic far greater than I could’ve hoped for. I am so grateful for her hard work and stunning floral arrangements. She made our wedding from amazing to totally epic. This lady is the bomb!!!

erson before wedding day and spending far too much time on social media looking at too many florists' work and wondering if I made the right decision. I had nothing to worry about. Rue was so nice and accommodating even when I asked her to add flowers and colors fairly last minute. Her work exceeded my expectations - I could not have asked for anything better. I honestly gasped when I saw the arbor that she had designed - so magical, with the perfect selection of blooms! Rue's work, from the flowers to the vases and candlesticks, was the key component that made my wedding vision come to life. For those of you planning a wedding in Maine, please pick Rue. She is professional, timely, kind, patient, and has an impeccable eye. Even though I did not get a chance to preserve my bridal bouquet (my own fault for not planning ahead), I will cherish the flowers I pressed last minute and our photographs.

even created bracelets with flowers for the mothers. Her setup for the day was perfect. Would highly recommend!

nd bring them to life! All of the flowers at the wedding were stunning!!!

were so beautiful. Rue was an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her floral services.

t more pictures when the professional ones come back, but wanted to share a few and to write a thank you to Rue in the meantime. Thank you for making our day beautiful! It was everything I envisioned and more. The perfect fall colors! We can’t thank you enough! Nikki & Brendan

enue's unique setting in Casco Bay as well as reflected our personalities. The focal point of the ceremony that we were really excited about was the chuppah and Rue came through with shining colors in creating a beautiful backdrop! Beyond her fantastic eye for flowers, colors, and arrangements, Rue was simply a pleasure to work with. Warm and genuine, she treated us like friends and not merely another customer. We highly recommend Rue!

h Rue, I knew we had to work with her. Her enthusiasm and excitement was contagious and she made me completely confident that she would bring my vision to life. board with all of our ideas. It was awesome! When we postponed our wedding from a fall to summer wedding, Rue was on it, she took care of any and all changes that needed to happen so we didn't have to stress about a thing. On our wedding day, I was absolutely blown away. All of the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. We received so many compliments from our guests and even our vendors! I highly recommend hiring Rue for your wedding or any other events needing flowers. You won't regret it! We seriously miss working with Rue and hope that we meet again someday!

fference in our wedding. We had a lot of different flowers and arraignments and it truly was gorgeous. Highly recommend working with Rue! She is fabulous.

ly showed she understood our vision and style. We wanted something bright, fun, modern, and totally unique and the results were incredible. Numerous people came up to us throughout the wedding and told us we had the most beautiful flowers. We were worried about having a wedding on Peak Island and logistics, but Rue was a total pro and handled everything perfectly so we were never stressed. We’re so grateful to Rue for making our wedding so beautiful!

nal in all aspects and very accommodating to changes made along with multiple postponements due to the pandemic. She provides you with a vision board of everything you have picked out along with her easy to follow price breakdowns. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

flowers. She was so accommodating when I needed to add a few extra pieces for my wedding only a week prior to our event. I highly recommend her as she helped me make my dream sunflower themed wedding come true.

my order and add/edit more than 15 times and was always patient and kind. I ended up ordering a lot of stuff and every single item was perfect. We had a bridal bouquet, jr bouquet, 3 regular boutonnières and one jr boutonniere. We have pint jars and u hooks for the isles, and confetti. I’m blown away by how she took my vision and brought it to life.

o work with through the pandemic, and her work truly shows with the flowers she arranges. Thank you, Rue!

nts, Rue came up with an elegant and color-coordinated combination of flowers with berries, radishes, and even a miniature artichoke at the top of the bouquet! Truly a stunning artistic work that made our day extra special. She really cares about her couples. Prices were very reasonable.

t to us. We asked for a color scheme of blues, purples, and yellows with thistles as accents. Rue worked with local farms to find plants that fit our vision. She came out a week before the wedding to assess the backyard and suggest some pots to accent the space. It was one of the hottest days Maine has seen in a decade so she put out flowers the night before and only used the ones that stood up to the heat for my bouquet and my flower comb. She and her team worked tirelessly to set up the day of. Everything was so beautiful and she made our vision come to life. Thank you so much!

en't willing to stray from the local "in season" flowers. I hoped I would connect with a floral designer who would be willing to think outside of the box and kept searching. I finally came across the Geraniums Red, Delphiniums Blue website and I contacted the owner, Rue Brown. Rue was kind, incredibly flexible, and seemed genuinely excited about designing a tropical theme for our wedding. She quickly created and emailed me a beautiful design presentation that depicted my vision perfectly. On the day of our wedding, Rue herself came to set up and ensure everything was to our liking. The flowers, arrangements, and flora were absolutely gorgeous...perfect actually!! Rue's professionalism, design skill, attention to detail, and deep desire to please her clients was impressive. I would highly recommend her floral design services for your wedding and/or event and promise you will not be disappointed!

ure myself what I was looking for! I wanted a specific type of centerpiece that she didn’t have the specific vessel for, and rather than tell me she couldn’t quite make that work (like some other florists did) she went ahead and ORDERED exactly what I was looking for to make my day exactly what I was looking for. The flowers were truly spectacular, and I had multiple guests come and tell me how beautiful they were. I would recommend Rue to absolutely anyone, and I hope I have the chance to hire her again!!

and presents her very organized work and portfolio and she really tries to get to know you and your tastes so she can capture exactly the look you are hoping for. Rue was very responsive to any inquiry we had and she worked with our budget to keep the pricing reasonable which was very important to us. We appreciated this tremendously! Rue’s floral arrangements at the ceremony and reception were just what I envisioned! Everything was beautiful and we were able to rent a lot of the centerpiece materials from her so she took care of everything and we didn’t have lots of DIY things to take home with us. We highly recommend Rue and Geraniums Red Delphiniums Blue, you won’t regret it and neither will your wallet!

iously and had brought color samples and pictures of flowers that she thought I would like based on my pins. She sent me a proposal within a week of our first meeting and let me customize everything to how I wanted. Her prices were reasonable, especially considering how many arrangements she created for the day-of, including a gorgeous metal chuppah that she draped in fabric and added flowers to. The flowers she used in our bouquets and all of the arrangements were fresh and looked amazing in person and in pictures. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

work with and I could tell immediately from our consult appointment that she got my vision and she really did bring it to life! She knows her flowers and how they work together, is super professional and dependable, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Rue was also able to work within my budget to really maximize what we could do to achieve the vision we had. I would recommend her hands-down to anyone getting married in the Boston area. HIRE HER! You'll be so glad you did. Our flowers really made our wedding day even more beautiful and they all pop with color in our wedding pictures in a way that we will never forget them.

. Her proposals are precise with pictures of the arrangements she will deliver. We highly recommend her!

have been happier with how things turned out. You won't be disappointed :)

piration photos and my color theme, and what she pulled together was perfect. She was also super flexible and responsive, especially when I wanted to add in specific flowers, or change the number of arrangements. She also gave me a range of blush flowers to pick from so I could pick the exact color I wanted! And she made the most beautiful hoops for the flower girls! The moment I saw the bouquet she handed me in our getting-ready room was when I could see everything I had spent so long planning come to life and it was amazing, because she managed to exactly replicate what I was going for despite me not providing much detail.

ing taken care of. We met for an initial consultation where she got a creative feel of our wedding, colors and types of flowers we did and did not like. What i loved most about Rue was 2 things - her creativity and willingness to help, and her ability to stay on budget with no surprises. She knew i wanted to dress up my cocktail hour with something great, but easy - she suggested beautiful paper lanterns and offered to come and hang them at the venue for a small fee. My guests LOVED them! My and my bridesmaids bouquet's were simply beautiful - popping of color with the perfect mix of edgy and elegant flowers. And the boutonniere were my favorite dusty purple rose with silver accents. Rue truly listens to what your vision is, and then adds her creative and professional touch. Whether you're a modern or classic bride, go with Rue!

ts) and she knocked it out of the park. She was even able to incorporate the same kind of flowers my grandmother carried in her wedding bouquet, which was such a special way for me to honor her. Rue delivered the flowers to me, then to our hotel to provide the groom/groomsman boutonnieres, and finally to our venue to set up the tables. The fact that she was so flexible and easygoing really lowered my stress level the day of, which is priceless! You won’t regret selecting Rue for your wedding flowers - she’s a rockstar!

beautiful arrangements and centerpieces. The flowers smelled excellent and stayed fresh for a while after the wedding. We loved working with Rue and are so pleased with how the floral arrangements turned out!

et me at a coffee shop near my work, which was very convenient and came prepared with lots of pictures and information. She was totally on board with all of my ideas and helped add to what I was thinking too. Another florist who I had met with had basically dismissed my questions about a garland with hydrangea for the gazebo saying hydrangea would just not work for that. Rue made the gazebo look absolutely beautiful using hydrangea and other flowers! I also really loved the sweetheart table arrangement. Rue did a beautiful job and was a joy to work with (such a nice balance of laid back and kind and very organized and professional). She was also the most affordable quote we got and the most willing to go above and beyond for us.

really listened and was ok with me sending her a million pictures. She did my bouquet, all my bridesmaids' bouquets, the corsages for the mothers, boutonnieres, and the centerpieces. I already had lanterns for the main centerpiece but she bought 3 small glass bottles/vases of different sizes and shapes and put a different flower for each of the vases. She was even able to find some white poppy flowers for my bouquet which was really special. It was in memory of my grandfather - it meant a lot to me that she was able to do that as well.

us figure out our vision for flowers and carry it out so they looked amazing. We would highly recommend working with her.

/natural" vibe & Rue made it come to life. We got SO many compliments on the boquets! I doubt you can find a better value than rue! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!
