r our requests. We had a fairly detailed shot list and extensive family photo line up. She nailed all of them. Initially George street was a bit out of our budget but they worked with us and gave us 2 hours for free with our photographer!!! I was apprehensive about going with an agency at first but their communication was great! You also get an engagement session as a chance to meet and greet your photographer! We ended up with about 1000 shots which weren't heavily edited (as I chose the photographer for that specifically) organized into folders. We also had over 3000 shots in an extra folder. These are the imperfect shots but we are happy to have access to all shots taken on our wedding day! We would recommend!!

unfortunately was left a little disappointed. The photos came out lovely, which I am very grateful for, but still had a few things I wasn't happy with.
I had Liza as my photographer and as much as she was kind, I was mostly upset that my Husband and I didn't get to have more solo shots together. Specifically during the Sunset by the venues Gazebo.
The person I was contacting was always heavily emphasizing that I should fill out and complete the portal. I made sure to do so and also made sure many times to emphasize I want sunset photos.
Mentioned it in notes. Mentioned it in schedules. Mentioned it in emails with person of contact + Liza. Mentioned it 3 times the day of to Liza herself.
No sunset photos lol. I did send a little complaint and all I was offered was a simple apology. I also found myself many times waving Liza over for photos which I didn't think I'd have to do 😅.
A little disappointed with the forgetfulness but overall I'd still recommend the company as the price wasn't too over the top.
Just please follow the client's schedule as the wedding day is hectic enough for the bride 🙏🏼

We were appreciative that we got to choose out own photographer after reviewing the portfolios of their contracted photographers. There were many different styles, and we decided on Alexander Z. because we were drawn to his style.
Pricing was super reasonable. We appreciated that we got access to all of the photos taken that day (as opposed to a hard limit of like 800). The planning tools on the site were easy to use. Communication with the reps ahead of time was easy and quick.
Our photographer on the day of, Alexander Z, was on time, professional, and he had a good eye for what would make great shots. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

poses and lineups for our bridal party which made it easy for us to get through photos quickly. Our videographer Greg was enthusiastic and came well-prepared to capture our ceremony perfectly. All three were excellent at blending in during the reception but always being there to capture the special moments. We enjoyed the ease of the online portal for booking & planning.

I want to start by saying that the actual photographer and videographers that we worked with at George Street were great. They were prompt, so nice, and the photos turned out beaut...
ifully. My issue was with working with George Street in general. I came across a bundle that GS was offering for a GREAT deal on photo and video so I jumped at the chance - gotta watch that budget. If there is ONE THING I would have changed about my wedding it would have been picking GS to save some money. I know not everyone may have that option, but in hindsight I wish I had spent a little more to go with a photographer / videographer that owned their own business. When working through the stress of postponing our wedding due to the pandemic and then actually having an updated version of our wedding during the pandemic, so many of our vendors went above and beyond to help us out. The ONLY difficulties we had were with GeorgeStreet. I want to be clear that at the end of the day, everything ended up okay... But that was only AFTER so much back and forth working with them to get the details figured out. As a bride you want to know that your vendors have your back, and I personally did not feel that way at all with GeorgeStreet. It was just more stress than it was worth. Also, now that my actual wedding is over I have tried contacting them about questions / difficulties in ordering albums on their site and they are now much slower to respond. Overall the experience hasn't been great and if you have the option, I would recommend splurging on a photographer / videographer that owns their business and will be with you every step of the way rather than working through a third party.
