We had the most amazing time at our wedding and I attribute a lot of that to Genittis. Laura and the whole staff was AMAZING and treated us so well. If you want to have a lovely we...
dding with amazing food and a great atmosphere AND you don’t have to worry about anything, please run, don’t walk, to Genittis. Seriously the best decision we made after getting engaged. ❤️
Had my bridal shower here. The staff is amazing and so kind. They set up the room for us and we just had to show up, which was so helpful. They even helped pack everything up for u...
s. The prices are reasonable as well. I would reccomend over and over again
I wanted to have my wedding reception here for March 2023. I called in early September to ask if we could meet to discuss details. I was told by Laura Genitti that they don't sched...
ule things that far out until October sometime. However, she said she'd save my date. She scheduled a sit down meeting for us for 10/7. My fiancé and I came in that day and no one sat down with us. They gave us a tour even though we had already been in to see it. Then handed us a piece of paper with the incorrect wedding date on it. Told us our date and room we wanted wouldn't be a problem. We call back the following Monday to ask about a deposit and were told all the rooms were booked. What?! My fiancé tried getting a hold of Laura multiple times to see what went wrong and she has not returned any calls and is now completely unresponsive via phone and email. We kept getting told she was in meetings. I am pretty sure she answered this morning for my fiancé but didn't want to admit that was her so she said "Laura was on the other line". We were told they're booked through 2023. So disappointed at the lack of professionalism and lack of accountability that is being taken for this massive miscommunication. Horrible.
Laura and her team were like family from the first moment we connected. Every step of the way, they worked tirelessly to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. The food was IN...
CREDIBLE, the services provided were all-inclusive and AMAZING. It was all thanks to Genitti's that we were able to have a flawless wedding.
Where to even begin? From our first (frantic, post first venue closure) call with Mark to alllll of the emails and texts with Laura (that was on me), Genitti's made us feel like fa...
mily. We loved working with them every step of the way and could not have begun to imagine just how much fun our wedding would be because of the ambience they provided. The staff is so kind and wonderful at all that they do, Laura is an absolute queen, and the Italian wedding soup is *chef's kiss*. The entire event was phenomenal and just filled with celebration. Not once did we feel like we were a burden or just more money coming in. Everybody who helped pull off the wedding mentioned how much they loved working with Genitti's and were blown away by the knowledge and kindness that their questions were met with. Not to mention, it was just pure fun! We were so lucky to have our wedding here and to be able to share it with such a wonderful group of people!
Omg where do I even start with Genittis. Our wedding 2/20/21 got cancelled at our original venue 1/22/21 due to governors restrictions. We called them that day and wow. Laura compl...
etely took charge and took care of everything. I went solely with them on word of mouth because they are SO popular in the area and I can see why. My guests were blown away by the ambiance and the food, and that was completely Laura’s interpretation of my very roughly described vision because I had only spent 10 minutes in the venue prior to my wedding day.
I really cannot say enough nice things about Genitti's, Laura, and the entire staff. We were planning a non-traditional wedding and from our very first meeting we felt like Laura j...
ust immediately got us. She was so welcoming and made us feel so comfortable, which was exactly what we wanted for our guests. She was helpful and accommodating with everything, helping guide us on a schedule for the day, what works well when it comes to some of the smaller details, and she also offered to share some of the decor items they already have so we wouldn't need to purchase things that we likely wouldn't reuse (e.g. card boxes, table numbers). We wanted to serve a particular appetizer that's part of my husband's family heritage, and we were able to drop them off (frozen) a couple days in advance so that they could be served before the ceremony. There were so many little details like that where Laura and everyone at Genitti's were so flexible! I can't imagine getting that level of service anywhere else, especially without being nickel and dimed for it. The food was delicious, the rooms we used were absolutely stunning, and it was such a wonderful experience. If you're considering this venue, it's well worth your time to go meet with them in person to see what I mean - you won't regret it!
We had my wedding shower at Genitti's in July 2017, and it was absolutely perfect! The staff was so easy to work with, they decorated the room so beautifully, and the food was deli...
