Gemini Event Planning and Design

job connecting us with the best local vendors and making everything come together seamlessly. She was also incredibly on top of things when our venue threw a few last-minute curveballs — handling everything calmly and professionally. We’re so grateful for her help in making our Beaver Creek wedding such a beautiful and stress-free weekend!

ved we were working with Meredith. Her attention to detail, sense of calm, design eye, and constant communication enabled us to be worry free on our big day. We’d recommend working with her to plan your wedding!

We were able to fully enjoy the entire wedding weekend with no stress thanks to Meredith's involvement. I can't recommend her enough!

e weekend that ran without a single hitch thanks to Meridith. I should admit that I originally didn't think I needed a wedding planner. I'm one of the most organized people you'll meet. What was I thinking!!! We had 200 guests. Meridith had the perfect source for every vendor, kept us on track and saved us both time and money throughout the entire planning process. When people asked if I was going crazy with all the planning, I could smile and say "not at all!" And, on top of her exceptional skill and professionalism, she is one of the nicest people you'll meet. It was a pleasure and privilege to work with her.

r a super type A bride that works in event planning!! I would recommend Meridith to anyone and everyone. Gemini is the best in the valley.

ation throughout the process was outstanding, making us feel completely at ease every step of the way. She introduced us to vendors in the area who she knew well, which made planning easy and personal. Every detail was handled with precision and the entire weekend went off without a hitch. No question was too small and every request was met with enthusiasm and grace. She listened to our vision and turned it into reality! Most importantly, we were able to relax and truly enjoy every moment of our big day knowing that everything was in the hands of a true expert. If you're looking for a planner who combines professionalism with luxury and genuine care then look no further! The experience we had was unparalleled and we look forward to staying in touch with the Gemini team who made us feel like family. The best of the best!

n, no page was left unturned. She thought of absolutely everything to make my wedding the wedding of my dreams. Her patience, creativity, impeccable taste, and strong connections with top-tier vendors are simply unmatched. This is exactly the kind of wedding planning service you hire when you want your dream wedding to become reality. I truly cannot speak highly enough of this company, and especially of Meridith. When my wedding dress broke on the day of the wedding, Meridith's calm demeanor, patience, and creativity shone through. She fixed the dress and was exactly what every bride needs in a moment like that: calm, kind, and positive. Having such a wonderful planning experience *and* a flawless wedding day is so rare, and I have Gemini to thank for that!

ut Meridith from Gemini. We hired her early on as our wedding planner, and my husband, my parents, and I are beyond grateful that we did. We actually found Gemini through a friend referral and had an initial call with Jennifer to pick her brain on Vail Valley venues. She connected us with Meridith — and let me tell you, the two of them are truly a dream team. We loved our initial calls with both Jennifer and Meridith, and they put in so much research and effort corresponding with potential venues before we officially started working together. They gave us so much time and attention, and it was clear from the very start that Gemini takes amazing care of their couples. Once we officially decided on Beaver Creek as our wedding destination, hiring Gemini was an easy choice. From there, we worked with Meridith and she put so much care into every detail and at every step of the process. From recommending incredible vendors to bringing creative ideas and providing expert advice throughout the entire planning process, Meridith was truly invaluable. She shared resources, thoughts, and documents throughout the process (to name a few: example vendor costs, a personalized budget, a fully built out task list and planning schedule, wedding website copy, vendor tipping guides) that made our lives so much easier. With her extensive experience not only in wedding planning but also in the restaurant and venue industry, she offered a unique and valuable perspective that made all the difference. Not only is she highly experienced and professional, but she was also so much fun to work with. We clicked right away, and it was such a relief knowing we were in her hands. This especially rang true during our weekend of venue & vendor site visits and tastings — Meridith was incredibly organized and did an amazing job showing us exactly how everything would come to life at our venues. We left that trip feeling like we hit the jackpot. We will forever and always recommend Meridith to any couple planning a wedding — especially in Colorado. Her local knowledge and vendor relationships helped create a wedding that we will be forever dreaming about. She was creative, mindful of our budget, and truly nailed our vision. Seeing everything come to life on our wedding day was even better than we could have ever imagined, and we had an absolute A-team of vendors thanks to Meridith. Hiring Gemini was the best decision we made and set our wedding on the right track from the very start. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all your hard work and kindness throughout the process, Meridith!

lpful with every detail, big or small. Meridith took the time to understand our vision for the wedding, offering thoughtful suggestions to bring it to life while staying true to our personalities and style. She truly knows the ins and outs of the Vail Valley and has an amazing network of local vendors, which made the planning process smooth and fun. Meridith was deeply involved from start to finish, handling everything with such care, precision, and expertise. She was always a step ahead, anticipating any needs and was fully prepared with solutions for issues that could arise. Her eye for detail and knack for creating beautiful, memorable experiences made our wedding day absolutely magical. Not only did she keep everything running smoothly, but she also created such a warm, joyful atmosphere that made us feel fully present and at ease. Many of our guests mentioned how spectacular our wedding was and noticed how all the minute details came together to create such a memorable celebration of love. If you're looking for the best wedding planner in the Vail Valley, Meridith with Gemini Event Planning is hands-down the one you want by your side. Her commitment to making our wedding perfect went above and beyond all expectations. We’re so grateful for all the hard work, passion, and love she poured into making the event and everything leading up to it unforgettable. We truly couldn't have done it without her! The Bride, The Groom, MOB, and FOB give Gemini and Meridith FIVE STARS!!!

with wonderful vendors that they should be your top choice planning a wedding in the valley. I got to work with Meridith, and she planned my reception in Vail after we held a small family-only ceremony. Working with her was an absolute pleasure. Her attention to detail, incredible communication, and warm demeanor made me look forward to every meeting we had. I can honestly say that she took such good care of me and my family that I felt zero stress during the planning process and the event itself. She just made the whole thing feel fun. Additionally, she was able to balance working with my challenging schedule, as I was in an intensive school program and we often had to meet remotely. Her incredible organizational skill made all of this feel very easy. Meridith invested a good deal of time getting to know me and my husband and formed a relationship with us that allowed her to recommend a slew of vendors that were absolutely wonderful matches. I also appreciated how she helped me troubleshoot working with a vendor that ended up being a poor match. She was thoughtful and solution-oriented, and knew exactly how to handle the situation in a prompt and stress-free manner. The reception itself was absolutely perfect and everything that we’d hoped for. It was absolutely gorgeous and SO fun. It was exactly what my husband and I wanted. Our guests had a blast and felt so well-taken care of. Together, she, I, and my husband created an experience that we will look back at fondly for how joyous and special it was. Now that it’s over, my only regret is that we don’t get to work together anymore. Meridith is the best and anyone would be incredibly lucky to have her as their wedding coordinator.

nd and I are just so incredibly grateful that we had the opportunity to work with her throughout our engagement. Thank you Meridith & Gemini for always being there for us and for helping us have the wedding of our dreams.

xactly who and how to execute our vision with very little guidance. My fiance and I honestly did very little because she was able to handle so much and it was a life saver for us - we had very little stress during the planning process! The day of was very smooth as well - I felt like we didn’t have to worry about a single thing and were really able to enjoy the day. Our family and friends were floored by how well Meridith and team executed everything. She really made our dream wedding come true and on top of that - she is the most amazing and nicest person to work with. Absolute pleasure all around. I cannot recommend her enough!!!!!

a wedding planner. She made the entire process so enjoyable (and ZERO stress!) for us. From the day we contracted, throughout the entire wedding day, Meridith went above and beyond with every single detail. If you are considering a wedding planner this is THE VERY BEST you can find!! I wish there were more ways to say “thank you” to someone who made such an incredibly positive impact on our family for our special day!

e planned our dream wedding without her. We are from out of state and knew we needed a planner to help coordinate all our vendors for our wedding, but Gemini goes above and beyond!! All of our meetings with Meridith were well organized and enjoyable. One thing I particularly enjoyed about choosing our vendors is that Meridith would narrow down our options to 3-5 vendors based on our vision. I get overwhelmed when I have too many options in front of me, so this really helped us make decisions! Our planning process was seamless because of Meridith and our wedding day went perfectly (I kid you not without a SINGLE hiccup) because of Meridith and her team. The work they do behind the scenes is remarkable and the whole day came together beautifully. It has been incredible getting to know Meridith over the year and a half we had together, and I am sad it is all over. I cannot put into words how amazing it was to have her by my side the day of our wedding. She calmed my nerves and I felt so at ease having her with our group all day. She is the best wedding planner/personal attendant I could have ever asked for!! We could not have pulled off our wonderful wedding weekend without Meridith and her team.

ituation with a different event planning company, she truly SAVED me from what could have been so much heartache on my wedding day. After dealing with the most scatterbrained planners, I started interviewing new planners and during my initial consultation with her I felt immediate RELIEF! (A welcomed feeling after months of prior stress.) Seeing examples of her spreadsheets and attention to every detail and hypothetical scenario was the exact type of luxury event planning service I had been seeking all along. I cannot recommend her enough for anyone planning a Colorado mountain wedding. She is gracious, kind, focused, and advocated for me every step of the way. She not only made my vision come to life but also offered her own creativity to make our event look amazing and run flawlessly. She was always there in my times of need during our 90-day planning speed-run. No questions left unanswered, no details left unwritten. After my previous nightmare situation, she made me entirely comfortable handing over my event to her due to her consistent communication and transparency. I am so, so lucky to have reached out to her and have her take a chance on me. During our wedding I had many guests tell me it was the best wedding they had ever been to! I truly thank her for her time and effort. You definitely get what you pay for and then some with Gemini Event Planning!

ne, caring, kind, loving and so easy to work with. She made the whole entire process extremely enjoyable and stress free. From start to finish I knew I could look to her for anything and everything. Our whole day was such a dream and beyond perfect down to every detail and she was a huge part of that. Meredith had recommendations/connection to all the best vendors that made things so easy. The whole crew working together on our wedding day made the whole process that much more enjoyable! Meredith simply is the most professional, personable, top tier wedding planner. Her calmness made the whole planning process/wedding day everything I dreamed of. It truly is so hard to put into words how thankful we are to have been connected with Meredith. We could not have asked for a better team to make all our wildest wedding dreams come to life!

steps ahead to make sure everything was perfect! Best wedding planner ever!!! She made our wedding a true fall fairytale! She and her team are a dream to work with!

nusual ideas and everything went off even better than we could have dreamed. Everything from big to small was handled with the same attention and care which built so much trust over our planning process. My husband and I got to enjoy every minute of our dream wedding because of the time and care that went into every single detail. So thank you, thank you, thank you, Meridith!! We will be reliving every moment until the end of our days!

rward to our calls with her to catch up! We chose Jeni because we really wanted someone who knew the local Vail area and vendors well and she could not have delivered on that local expertise better. She helped us build out the best vendor team from band to hair and make up to florist. Every recommendation she gave was so good and we could not have been happier with our overall vendor team. She also gave excellent advice throughout the process too with all decisions we needed to make from tiny decisions to the larger decisions. She also kept us on track throughout the entire process and I was so thankful for her monthly to do lists for me and how she organized everything in shared docs online for us. I was especially thankful too for her pushing me to get all of the big things done early so that the last couple of weeks before the wedding I truly was not stressed (whereas I usually hear about people being so crazed at the end). Day of, she was such a joyful presence to have around and she truly enhanced the mood while we were getting ready, doing photos etc. We would recommend Jeni as a planner to anyone and thank her for her for her dedication, care and friendship throughout our year of wedding planning.

her, and florist exceeded our expectations in every way. One of the standout qualities of working with Jeni was her ability to help us achieve our dream wedding while staying within our budget. Her communication was excellent – always just a text or a call away when we needed assistance. Jeni also suggested a relaxed welcome event the day before our wedding, which was a hit with our guests and added a fantastic touch to our celebration. The wedding day itself went off without a hitch, and we were blown away at every step. Beyond her professional expertise, Jeni became a friend throughout the planning process. We're genuinely thankful for her dedication and for making our wedding weekend unforgettable. We'd recommend her to anyone who asks.

, caring and passionate which made the process so much better overall. I live in NYC and Jeni planned my Colorado wedding so because I am far away from Colorado, I knew I could rely on Jeni to communicate with all the vendors and make everything happen- and she did this so seamlessly. The overall process was not stressful knowing I was in the best hands with Jeni. From the flowers, the band, photographer, location and everything in between, my wedding turned out to be a complete dream and it is all because of Jeni and I truly mean it! Besides all the planning, the day of went so perfectly smooth I could not have been harppier! Thank you Jeni for making my wedding day (and whole weekend) the most amazing ever - I will never forget it. I could not recommend hiring Jeni enough!!!

us and working collaboratively with us, Meridith helped us to navigate all the pitfalls and stresses of wedding planning, all the while helping us plan a beautiful wedding that matched our collective personality, our family traditions, and desire to have the best weekend of our lives. Gemini's process and team took so much of the guess work out of the planning process, and Meridith executed the day/weekend of the wedding flawlessly. We didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of, which allowed us to focus on the important parts of the day and be present for the momentous occasion! If you're looking for a knowledgeable, well connected, compassionate, and professional wedding planner to partner with for your own wedding in Vail, look no further than Gemini! Gemini and Meridith are THE BEST!!!

o warm and genuine and fun to work with! We would recommend Jeni to anyone! Ryan and Kate

st day of your life. We hired her for all of our wedding events and she is so knowledgeable about all vendors in the area and will give her honest opinion. We truly enjoyed working with her and every event exceeded my expectations!

ation, and execution was impeccable. They are incredibly detail oriented. As soon as we started working with them, they gave us a timeline that outlined what we should do at each step of the process. They had many connections with trusted vendors in the Vail Valley and were able to provide us with great choices. They were always responsive and continually followed up with vendors to project manage the whole process. Our wedding was quite unique as it was a 4-day extravaganza with the wedding day on our private family ranch estate. Gemini was able to anticipate all of our needs and plan a wedding at a venue they had never hosted an event at, which they did with ease (we had over 200 staff members/vendors with a 7 day set-up time that they had to coordinate with everything from bringing in bathrooms to building a tent from scratch to wiring audio on a floating island). The day of the wedding, Meridith was extremely calm & collected and was able to run an entire team with extreme precision. Throughout the process, Jennifer always had our back and was consistently problem solving. The whole time they always led with love, provided creative solutions, and supported us in our vision for our wedding day. As we are wedding venue owners ourselves (Chasing Rabbits in Vail) we understand what it takes to put on an event, and Gemini consistently exceeded the bar as far as event planning. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND choosing Gemini for any wedding in the mountains!

edding, where as other planners we had interviewed did not seem as interested in accommodating our vision. Meredith and Gemini provided an incredible list of vendors but were also open to reaching out to new vendors for us as well. When our initial venue did not work out, Meridith listened to our ideas and found us a venue that was even better than we could have imagined. During the planning process Meridith was very organized, had excellent communication, and provided a timeline that made the planning process seamless. Not only did we love working with Meridith but it was very apparent that all of our vendors did as well. There were several times during our site visits and tastings where various industry people would see her and rush over to say hello and sing her praises. Our wedding celebration was everything we had envisioned and more. The week was absolutely perfect and we are still on a high from what transpired. Our guests are still giving us compliments on how wonderful and how well planned the entire weekend was. Thank you Meridith and Gemini for making our wedding dreams come true!

eyond to be able to work with us on a popular wedding weekend. During our planning phase, Jeni was with me 100% of the way, made me feel like her only bride, and was truly available at any time—even 4 in the morning! She has all the best connections and created the Vail wedding of my dreams—The vendor team Jeni was able to curate for us was nothing short of incredible!! Once planning was over and our wedding day arrived, Jeni truly shined even more (if that’s possible). She had the day coordinated flawlessly down to the minute and executed our ceremony and reception vision perfectly. We had some big last-minute requests during our wedding weekend, and she was not phased at all—She made everything happen with ease. On top of it all, she is the nicest, most genuine person you will ever meet and truly cares about her clients. Jeni has quickly established herself as a leader in the industry and if you’ve worked with her, you know why. If you get a chance to work with Jeni, don’t hesitate! She's wonderful!

my now husband proposed) to the moment we hugged the last guest at our wedding in July 2022, Jeni and her team were there to help and support us in the craziness called wedding planning. She was so very detailed and helpful every step of the way. I was even able to start a new job and plan my honeymoon at the same time as planning my dream destination wedding all because I had Jeni on my team. She helped build the best vendor dream team to help my vision come to life, and if I ever had to do it again, I would choose Jeni over and over.

experience working in weddings and she seems to know everyone. She is warm and friendly from the start and makes you feel calm, even when unexpected challenges pop up. She is with you 100% of the way and offers great advice and support. Our wedding day never felt rushed and she created extra time between wedding festivities so we could take it in without feeling worried about time. We had a dream wedding and could not have done it without her!!

so on top of everything and made planning a wedding not stressful and OH SO FUN. We love you Jennifer!!!

a great person and cares about you beyond the transaction. We knew from the beginning of planning that we were lucky to have Jennifer -- she was responsive, firm with our vendors, on top of everything, and very organized -- but the day-of the wedding, her expertise took on a whole new color when she did SO much behind the scenes to make our day completely blissful and void of any stress. In one particular example, we had a a big vendor's truck break down the day of the wedding (which had our stage, reception chairs and more!) and Jennifer tirelessly AND gracefully worked to resolve the situation, to the point that we didn't even know that this had happened until the DAY AFTER the wedding! That's how you know she is amazing at her job. She really put our experience above all else. We wouldn't have changed a single thing about our wedding, and 3 weeks later are still reminiscing about how perfect it was. We would 100/10 recommend her!

we reached out to. We knew it was going to be quite the endeavor to plan a wedding during the uncertain times of a pandemic. We had heard nothing but rave reviews about Jennifer and her team at Gemini and we quickly made the decision to secure her help. She was amazing from day one, she called us immediately after we hired her to discuss our vision for the wedding and help us reach out to venues in the Vail Valley. After making the decision to host our wedding at the Four Seasons she was quick to help us secure vendors that fit our style and dreams. Over our two year engagement and planning adventure, she was with us every step of the way answering every request and question we had. Finally on the day of the wedding when both of our nerves were heightened with excitement and anticipation, she was there to make sure every step of the day was planned out and went flawlessly. We are so happy we made the decision to make Jennifer and Gemini Events a cornerstone of our wedding. We would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to plan a wedding or event in Vail.

d I decided we wanted to host a destination wedding in Beaver Creek, Colorado I knew we needed a planner to bring our vision to life. We live in Louisville, Kentucky so the planning process from states away seemed overwhelming. After my first conversation with Jennifer, I was immediately put at ease and knew she’d be the perfect person to guide us throughout the year long process. Jennifer has years of experience working in the area and has cultivated strong relationships with world renowned vendors. For instance, she convinced us to book Denver’s Soul X Band for our live music entertainment. Unfortunately, we never got to see Soul X perform live prior to our wedding night so we trusted Jennifer’s recommendation (among many others). Hiring Jennifer and then listening to her recommendations were the best decisions we made throughout this process. Every vendor she introduced us to went above and beyond our expectations. Jennifer is very detailed and thorough, which I appreciated immensely. The day of the wedding could not have run more smoothly. It allowed me to remain stress free and focus on what was most important, marrying my husband. As someone who overthinks and overanalyzes every little detail, Jennifer matched my intensity and made the details I cared about most, her priority. She was committed to creating exactly what we wanted. How she juggles it all and stays organized, I will never know but I am incredibly thankful for her support. After working with someone for a little over a year, you learn a lot about that person. Not only was Jennifer my wedding planner, but she also became my friend. She has an infectious, kind personality and she made the wedding process incredibly enjoyable. I am so thankful I came across her page, inquired and set up a phone call. Guests are still talking about our wedding, weeks later. It was the most magical day of my life and that’s a credit to Jennifer and Gemini Event Planning and Design. I don’t take reviews lightly, trust me, she’s the best.

ghtfulness, work ethic, and knowledge on EVERYTHING wedding. . We have to brag that they pulled off a nearly impossible wedding. And outdoor ceremony in the middle of winter at the base of the gondola with a reception at the top of the gondola in a venue offered only in the summer. NOT ONE SINGLE thing went wrong. Our wedding was flawless and we attribute that the Gemini. We will always remember walking into our reception and being absolutely floored. The room was jaw dropping stunning and everything was perfectly placed. The best thing to come from Gemini is their forever friendship. We will be friends for life. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything. You truly are the best in the business and we couldn't have imagined working with anyone else. You are simply THE BEST. Thank you and love you guys! <3 Alexandra & Treavor 12.11.21

. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is not easy, but despite hiccups along the way, Jeni made sure that everything still ran smoothly. She is the sweetest and we feel so lucky to have worked with her!

ontract with her! She suggested the necessary things to do for our wedding and gave her honest thoughts/reflections/opinions where it mattered most! She is kind, supportive, so easy going, knows SO MUCH about weddings and will shine with time management on your big day, making you feel so relaxed :) she is wonderful and we couldn’t have done it without her!

perience to plan the wedding over 15 months with her. I could not recommend Jeni enough!

and hustle. She is organized, communicative, trust-worthy, experienced and incredibly talented. We could not recommend her and her team enough!

d out to her on Instagram 18 months ago until our wedding day. She proved her value in negotiating contracts, providing vendor options, supporting any crazy idea I threw at her and also scaling back where needed to stay on budget. She was extremely helpful in focusing on the things that will be remembered and would leave a lasting impression! We had so many events Thursday-Sunday for our wedding ranging from a Family BBQ, Bridal Party Turtle Tubing, a Golf Tournament, intimate rehearsal dinner and large welcome party at BOL and of course the EPIC wedding day. Jeni was able to provide support throughout the weekend. Our guests were left with an unforgettable weakened, unique to Vail and to us. Although we were faced with some hurdles, the wedding day was magical. After 18th months of planning, I was able to sit back and watch all of our design boards, phone calls, shared docs come alive knowing that Jeni was there to coordinate it all. All I had to do was enjoy the day with the people that mean the most to me. When the ceremony time came...it was pouring rain (and yes, it was outside at the 10th)!! I trusted Jeni to do what she thought was best and she switched the cocktail hour and the ceremony seamlessly. Guests enjoyed drinks and appetizers and then we started the ceremony when the rain calmed down. I stepped out with my dad and the sun came out. It was a magical moment and the pictures were amazing. Jeni became a friend throughout the whole planning process and it has been so inspiring to watch her handle all her COVID brides and turn some scary times into the most memorable and special moments. From Meridith at the Four Seasons to Phil VN Photography, she put together the best team that felt like family. If you are fortunate enough to have Jeni as the captain of your team, I would HIGHLY recommend

VID rescheduling is unmatched. Jeni helped us create our dream wedding after 2 years of anticipation. She knows extensive knowledge on the wedding industry and their key players in the Vail Valley. With the changing landscape of the wedding industry, you need someone who has key partnerships and relationships. Living in the Vail Valley, Jeni has a personal and professional relationship with all the wedding vendors, proving invaluable. If you are getting married in the Vail Valley, she is your #1 gal!! There aren't words to describe how valuable Jeni is and how thankful we are for her.

f my whole life. The planning was exquisite to every detail, she provided the best and most creative vendors who made our dreams come true (truly, take a look at the pictures like, WHAT!?). She was organized, paid immaculate attention to detail, and every guest at our wedding is STILL raving about how spectacular it was. We could not have done it with out Jeni. Plus, she takes a flat rate, instead of a percentage, she was born, raised, and still lives in the Vail Valley, so she is literally the most connected person you will ever meet in the Valley. She is so warm and generous, works without an agenda except to help provide you the day of your dreams. She started as a planner and is now a friend. I am honestly so grateful for her, that thank you will probably never be enough for how incredible she is. Jennifer is the planner you want and the planner you need for your day!

ning and selecting vendors, to designing and preparing for the big day and the weekend itself, Jeni was incredibly organized and remained cool under pressure. Not only did she help us plan a wedding during a pandemic, but she also helped up navigate a venue change and made sure we were prepared for everything. She has good relationships with all of the best vendors and is highly regarded by everyone in the Vail Valley. Jeni became a friend and I look forward to staying in touch with her. I would 100% recommend Jeni and Gemini to Event Planning to anyone.

t all with grace and style. There is not a thing that she could have done better and we would without hesitation recommend her 100% to any future bride.

irit is captivating, and she creates a sense of calm before, during, and after such a stressful/exciting event. Jeni genuinely cares about you as a couple and listens to your every need and executes like a secret ninja in the night. When we were considering planners he honestly did not see or understand the importance of having someone help guide us along the way (mostly because he thought I was able to do it all) and brides and grooms let me tell you.bBook the event planner and book Gemini Event Planning. If you are reading this, you are more than likely in search of a wedding planner/designer, please allow me to save you countless hours of research and loads of stress. Jeni, and Gemini Event Planning is the true definition of professionalism, and as she is such a genuine person, she cannot help but become emotionally and personally involved in what will be the most incredible day of your life. Never have Chris and I ever worked with or met someone who so sincerely cared about our day as much if not more than we did ourselves. Expectations are difficult to define, set and execute these days, but Jeni exceeded every single one we may have had. Jeni, where do we even start? It was truly quite a remarkable experience to work with the best in business, but to come through with a dear life-long friend we will always think of and thank every New Year’s Eve is the best feeling. Two years ago, who knew Chris and I would be faced with planning a wedding during a pandemic resulting with many difficult hurdles and hoops to jump through during the most highly anticipated year of our lives. It felt really stop and go for us as 2020 started to unfold, and reality hit us hard 3 months before our wedding, we found out that the location for our wedding in Vail would not be doing events until the foreseeable future. Queue the anxiety and all the panic, but also queue Jeni to the rescue and already being three steps ahead of our dilemma. Jeni had already put our names down at another back-up location without even telling us. I mean come on! Chris and I considered a micro-wedding, eloping, and even thought about postponing and whatever we decided we knew Jeni would help us pivot to make that day be extra special. But one of our many phone calls at any hour of the night we told Jeni, “We are getting married” and she replied, “Let’s do it! Let’s get you married, and I will work with you in any way to make that happen friends.” And boy did she work. Jeni has relationships with every vendor, artist and visionary in Vail Valley and the Denver/Metro area, she hooks you up with the “Dream Team” of options because everyone LOVES her and RESPECTS her. On top of all of that she somehow takes your messy Pinterest board into a beautiful work of art. She reads your mind even when you do not know what you want to say or even know what you are missing. Jeni’s energy and positive vibe is something that we leaned on countless times throughout the day, having just gone through this we understand the eb and flow of the highs and lows of the stress of planning a wedding. Jeni is your consistency and balance. In our darkest hour Jeni was our light, never did she skip a beat, never did she let us fall too far from our budget, and our number one goal of becoming husband and wife. P.S. Call Jeni

exceeding all expectations. Working with Jeni throughout the entire planning process was stress free and enjoyable. Highly recommend her!!
