I went to school at Arizona State University, where I met my husband! We got married, moved to LA where I was a lead planner for a few years & now I've settled down in Arizona!
I am SUPER passionate about weddings because I love how much care & time goes into the biggest day of their life! I love helping the bride & groom have the most magical day ever & planning all of the details!

he kept us organized and excited through every step of planning. She truly blew us away was in the final days leading up to the wedding because when we saw rain in the forecast, we were stressed. Ellie immediately stepped in and made miracles happen within just a few days pivoting our entire ceremony indoors. She redesigned our layout, coordinated with all the vendors within a few hours a new plan, and handled every detail so seamlessly that our wedding day turned out even more beautiful than we imagined.

From the start, she was exceptional at keeping us organized and truly listened to our vision, always finding a way to make it happen. Her communication was a perfect 10/10 throughout the entire process.
The Ultimate Test: A Last-Minute Pivot:
Ellie’s true expertise shone just a few days before the wedding. When the forecast unexpectedly turned to rain, we were forced to make massive, last-minute changes to our plans. We were extremely stressed and frankly devastated by the scope of the pivot. We had to completely relocate the cocktail hour and reception indoors and overhaul our ceremony plans.
This kind of sudden, sweeping change creates fierce competition for vendor resources, but Ellie handled the pressure with total professionalism. Her excellent relationships with every vendor were the reason we secured everything we needed without compromise. She didn't just save the day; she transformed the entire situation into something better than we originally could have dreamed of.
Organization and Value:
On top of managing that crisis, Ellie has incredible taste and vision. She transformed the ballroom into a reception space that was pure magic.
Beyond her design talent, she is extremely organized, meticulous with budget tracking, and actively worked to save us money at every turn.
We also want to stress a critical point: you spend so much time with your wedding planner, so getting along with them is extremely important. Ellie is truly someone you will love to work with through all the planning and details. She genuinely cares about helping her clients achieve their dream wedding, and for that, we are so thankful.
We truly could not recommend her enough. Our guests unanimously said it was the nicest wedding they have been to, which is a testament to Ellie's dedication and talent. If you want a planner who delivers flawless organization, breathtaking design, and can handle any crisis with grace, hire Ellie. I am an Operations Manager, and used to work in project management and events, and am quite particular about logistics and organization - I was continually impressed by Ellie and how she kept every detail meticulously tracked. It was daunting to be planning a 3 day wedding and inviting over 400 guests, but Ellie paced everything out so well throughout the 18 months of working together so as to avoid any overwhelm or bottlenecks. I had so many people ask me if I was stressed out throughout the process, and I truly was not because Ellie had a handle of everything, she only surfaced things when they mattered, and she did so much behind the scenes lifting that I didn’t even know about.
On top of her usual expertise, Ellie was willing to stretch her usual scope and experience to learn the customs of a Sikh wedding and she handled it with so much grace. It was important to me to work with someone who would take the time to learn and respect our traditions, and Ellie exceeded our expectations. She brought her experience of Persian weddings as well, helping us plan elements that were important to my husband’s family.
In this process, I learned that having such a strong lead at the helm and trusting in them and their partners is the best thing you can do. Ellie’s network of vendors is truly exceptional - everyone we met was so sincere and kind, and had a shared investment in making our wedding a success. It was truly exemplified during the wedding weekend when, and I am not exaggerating, every single person I talked to told me how seamlessly everything went. Everything was buttoned up, on time, and perfectly done. We had people asking me who my planner was so they could thank her because of how great the guest experience was. And this wasn’t a regular wedding day - we had 2 ceremonies in one day, on top of a big welcome party the night before. Across all of these moving parts and ceremonies, Ellie and her team executed everything flawlessly and truly went above and beyond their scope.
I could truly go on to write pages and pages more about how special it was to work with Ellie for our wedding. I already miss working with her dearly, and am jealous of anyone who’s yet to get started on this journey with her and her team. Trust that they care just as much, if not more, about your wedding. Ellie made the entire wedding planning process so seamless that there was very little for us to stress about. She found us the most amazing vendors and coordinated everything so that there was essentially no work for us to do! She has a great sense for design and decor - we received SO many complements about how beautiful and tasteful the details were at our event.
Ellie was with us every step of the way - she made herself available to answer every question (no matter how silly) and take care of even the smallest details. Although we were planning the wedding remotely, we had total confidence knowing that Ellie was so on top of everything. The week of the event, she nipped any potential mishaps in the bud and ensured that we didn't have to worry about a thing.
Long story short - we couldn't have pulled this wedding off (and maintained our sanity) without Ellie's help. She's a delightful person and she runs an incredible business. Hire her and you won't regret it!

ur wedding as she was exceptionally organized and thorough! My wife and I work in the medical field and have somewhat rigid schedules, and she was very accommodating.
When we started the process of planning the wedding, we really didn’t know where to begin, and Ellie’s expert advice clarified the process. She used a wedding checklist and template that she continuously updated throughout the planning process and that she adjusted to meet our specific needs and helped us to understand what to expect. She also helped us with recommendations for a very diverse array of photographers, caterers, reception locations, flower companies, DJ’s, cake, etc. In showing us this array, she told us how her previous clients selected those services and gave us a good idea of what to expect from them. When my wife found additional vendors, Ellie was quick to bring them into the fold. She also took a lot of stress off my wife and I and helped keep us updated with any local COVID-wedding venue related news. She helped us to find other options on our wedding day, had there been a COVID flare, that were more accommodating. In the planning process, Ellie really eased our concerns and guided us through the process of planning so that we felt great going into our wedding weekend.
During the wedding weekend, Ellie was a life saver and exceptionally hard worker! She was a great help at the rehearsal—she pretty much ran the whole thing-- and made sure that each one of our groomsmen and bridesmaids knew what to do the next day. On the day of the wedding, Ellie and her Assistant were absolutely fantastic! They made sure that everything ran smoothly. From the ceremony to the reception to the dance party, Ellie worked seamlessly with our vendors, and smoothed out numerous details behind the scenes that otherwise would have been huge stressors. Ellie worked very hard so that our guests had a wonderful time, and my wife and I could have the enjoyable and romantic wedding day that we had always dreamed of.
Ellie was organized and thorough, but also flexible and willing to cater her planning structure to align well with our needs. Her service was excellent, and my wife and I felt that hiring her company was well worth what we paid for a full-service planner, as well as--without a doubt--a 5-star-review.

o, walking us thru everything, and then in 2021 we finally started planning again and honestly I don’t know how anyone plans any wedding without a planner. Ellie is out here at the site visit asking questions of the venue manager about AV capabilities and other things that wouldn’t even cross my mind. Also we hired her for partial planning but I honestly felt like she did the job of a full time planner, like she did SO MUCH, I’m so grateful. Not only is Ellie all over logistics, she has great taste bc I kinda just showed her some photos and she conceived of the entire decor plan and handled all convos with the florist, which is great bc I’m not good at aesthetics! On the day, she ran our wedding perfectly and when random last minute unforeseen issues with the venue came up, she just knocked them out calmly and quickly like it was nothing. Our guests kept telling us how they’ve never been to a wedding that actually ran to schedule, and that’s all bc Ellie is a boss. Amazing job Ellie and Her team!

eam. Going into it, my mom really pushed me to get a planner… my husband (fiance at the time) and I did not think it was 100% necessary and man were we wrong. Ellie’s demeanor from the beginning was positive, understanding, and just overall light. She thought of the things that never even crossed our minds and respected who we are as people. She worked within our budget and to be honest saved us a ton. She also connected us with great vendors.
Then on the day of, I mean everything was handled… My husband and I didn't worry, stress, or be bothered at all with a single thing. Even my dad and other family members and guests noticed and let us know how fantastic she is! Basically get yourself a wedding planner and IF you are lucky, you’ll be able to hire Ellie!
