We had the pleasure of working with Lauren from Gather Well Events for day-of wedding planning services for our summer wedding at Ray’s Boathouse, and she exceeded our expectations...
. Throughout the planning process, Lauren was communicative, responsive, and flexible, ensuring our wedding day ran smoothly from start to finish.
She worked with us ahead of time to create a detailed day-of schedule, adjusting it multiple times to accommodate changes and incorporated buffers to ensure we were not rushed throughout the day. She was incredibly helpful during the rehearsal, providing clear and effective guidance on what to do during the ceremony. We also really appreciated the lending items Lauren provided, and we used many of them for our event.
Lauren really stepped up on the wedding day itself. She was the first to arrive at the venue and the last to leave. She set up all décor, including a photo booth backdrop with props, and found the perfect spots for our miscellaneous items. Despite a few last-minute hiccups with seating and décor (which were our mistakes, not hers 😊), Lauren handled everything with grace and efficiency, making quick adjustments as needed. After the ceremony, she seamlessly and quickly transitioned our ceremony flowers to the reception space, finding the perfect spots for the beautiful displays. As we were going to be out of town after the wedding, Lauren offered to donate our flowers for us which was very much appreciated.
Overall Lauren was fantastic to work with, and I definitely recommend her for any event! Our wedding day was perfect and we absolutely could not have done it without her.
What can I say about Lauren. She is like the Maid of Honor I wish I had! She was nothing less of extraordinary! She understood my vision from the beginning. She took on the tasks t...
hat became to complex for me at times. And she did it all with the grace and delicacy of a Saint. I cannot say enough great things about Lauren and I would recommend her again and again to anyone who would listen!!!
We worked as the DJ with Lauren at a wedding at the end of December. Simply put, she is amazing! We have worked with many event planners and vendors and have seen it all. Lauren is...
extremely detail oriented and an absolute pleasure to work with. There were a few last-minute changes at the wedding (this is usual) and Lauren was calm, proactive, and flexible. As a DJ, we see exactly how everything plays out over the course of the evening. Thanks to Lauren, this wedding went seamlessly and the Bride, Groom, and we could not have been happier. We would be thrilled to work with Lauren at Gather Well Events anytime in the future!
Lauren straight up saved my wedding. I hired her to be my day-of-coordinator, as I had DIY'd most of the wedding myself and just needed someone to run the show for me. And boy did ...
she run a tight show! When she and my parents arrived at the venue, no one had cleaned up after the event from the night before. She tracked down cleaning supplies and when the venue staff said no cleaning crew were available on the weekends, she got to work even though that was not her job. She went above and beyond for me, cleaning the place up and making it look so beautiful! Throughout the night she noticed details that needed tending and kept us on time (the venue had a hard stop time where the doors would lock). If you need help coordinating your wedding, I would thoroughly recommend Lauren!!!
Lauren is AMAZING! We had a lot of the details already worked out, but needed Day of Coordination and help with some final vendors/details. She was so patient with answering our qu...
estions and a few last minute changes. She also has a list of lending items that was super helpful, since we didn't really want to buy easels and things we were only going to use once. Even during the wedding she helped make sure we had food and drinks. Would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a Coordinator!

ings we hadn’t thought of and cheerfully answered all our questions. She arrived at the venue early, stayed until clean up was complete and seemed to be present, cheerful and professional throughout the day. I can’t wait to work with her again!
I am SO thankful for Lauren's expertise and support leading up to, during, and following our wedding. From our first phone call, Lauren wanted to listen and learn about what we ca...
red about, and had amazing ideas for the things I didn't want to worry about or didn't have an opinion on! For example, I had no idea what I wanted my flower girl to wear, but after sharing the asthetic for the wedding, Lauren had a Pinterest board full of ideas sent to me the next day.
She has a perfect blend of efficiency and support without being pushy. Lauren came to our venue around 10 AM and led the charge of set-up and organizing those who wanted to 'help'. I had told her what was important, and her amazing taste dictated the fabulous result of the things I didn't. I am so thankful that she made our entire day stress free and I literally didn't even have to think or worry about a single thing.
I cannot recommend her expertise, support, style, and taste enough- you will not regret having her support!
I loved working with Lauren and Gather Well Events! She had creative ideas, worked with my budget, and came with a lot of her own supplies and decor. I appreciated that she could...
do it all, from planning and prepping, to flower arranging and setting up/cleaning up. I would definitely use Gather Well Events again!
I had a last minute cancellation on a venue for a party and Lauren was able to locate and secure a lovely alternate facility and have it staged beautifully within a day. She was a...
lso able to line up talented musicians to perform. The evening turned out perfectly and I would not hesitate to have her coordinate any other function.
One of my good friends steered me to Lauren. The bride and groom had been considering an elopement but, thanks to Lauren, we could offer them a beautiful ceremony in front of the f...
ireplace in our living room, witnessed by a small group of family and friends. Lauren was a great listener, problem-solver, and manager. She was the officiant and took care of all the flowers; and she connected us with a wonderful photographer, a videographer, arranged for the music, and helped distant family members Zoom in. And she put all this together in a month. We will always be grateful to Lauren for helping us share in such a wonderful day.
