This place is a gem! We had about 45 guests. We had our ceremony and reception there and it was just beautiful! Everyone loved it because it was so unique. The staff was so attenti...

So my wife and I were looking for a winter wedding. We decided to check out Gallery J in Winter Springs. We went and checked out the place, and thought it could work with only bein...
g months away we felt like we needed to make a decision. We decided to think it over. The following day Jackie (the owner) called us and told us someone was looking for our same day. She pressured my wife into putting down the hefty deposit that day. We then found out my wife was pregnant. After our first trimester our doctor told she would was in risk to be bed bound for the remainder of the pregnancy. We cancelled the wedding and called Jackie who immediately interrupted me and said its non refundable when I explained. We didn't even sign the contract she just took the money and never even called us back. She even threatened me with an attorney. I highly encourage anyone to avoid this place!!! Jackie has no compassion whatsoever and only wants to fill her pockets with your money. There are plenty of other venues to choose from at a much cheaper price where they value integrity, dignity and customer satisfaction.

g the venue is not open all the time nor have regular hours. Just wish the person assigned to our event had more knowledge of what we had set with the owner prior and was more knowledgeable about sound system.
I love this venue...fell in love with it the moment I walked in. It's unique and decorated so well that I really didn't have to add much for my wedding. Jacque was extremely acco...
mmodating and the wedding was absolutely beautiful. My only problems were these: we asked the J Street to remain closed until we did a grand entrance after pictures, but we came back to find people already there and at some point during the night, tables showed up in the middle of the dance floor, forcing the dancing crowd to move to another area...not sure how or why that happened but I can only imagine that they were doing what they were told by someone who wasn't me. Other than those two issues, the place was great!
I can not express to you the joy I had finding this place. Yes, it is a bit off the beaten trail but the atmosphere is amazing, Jacque is wonderful and the price is right! If you...
