Matt & Gabby truly did a fantastic job at capturing our special day! All their photos are absolutely amazing! I love the artsy feel that all of their photos contain. That was one o...
f the main reasons we chose them for our wedding day. We wanted photos that would be unique & imaginative. Matt & Gabby delivered nothing short of just that! Our photos are even more amazing than we could have imagined them to be! They are just awesome to work with all around! They’re both very easy going & fun to work with! I would recommend them a million times over again!
Gabby & Matt are a beyond-fabulous photography team! I was nervous about being so heavily photographed on my wedding day, but these two blend in seamlessly with the wedding party ...
and guests while maintaining the utmost skill and professionalism, that I didn't even notice the cameras! They are kind, friendly, funny people who work phenomenally well together, and capture some truly amazing moments! The photography was our wedding "splurge" as far as our budget was concerned, and it was absolutely worth it! We recommend Matt & Gabby to anyone who asks who did our wonderful wedding pictures!
From my initial conversation with Gabby, I was so impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and efficiency. She was immensely helpful throughout the planning process, respondi...
ng to all inquiries right away and really making my hopes for a particular “First Look” location a reality. She and her husband Matt were nothing short of a seasoned pros on my wedding day, so much so, in fact, that my wedding party agreed they were the best photographers any of them had ever worked with. I personally found them to be such a calming force on a day filled with nerves and excitement. As if this weren’t enough, their work, which was produced so quickly that we enjoyed the Sneak Peak while on our honeymoon, is absolutely amazing. They captured the love and emotion in such creative and beautiful way that my husband and I, along with our families, will treasure our photos forever. I couldn’t have had a better experience and would highly recommend Gabrielle Marks Photography to anyone looking for an amazingly talented and joy-to-work-with photographer!
Gabby and Matt were fantastic. They made the trek from Rhode Island to photograph our wedding in central Pennsylvania and we could not be happier with the results. Most important t...
o us, they were relaxed, positive and all around friendly people, which helped us relax and contributed to the good energy of the day.
They got all the shots we had requested, set up a charming "first look" shoot for me and my husband before the ceremony, and took the lead with some creative shots of the two of us during the reception. We were pretty caught up in the fun and celebration, so it was helpful to have them grab us and suggest shots here and there. They lead without being bossy, and as the bride I was really happy not to have to think about anything except celebrating. I was especially impressed with how they work with lighting -- we came out with some fantastically glamorous "Hollywood romance" photos that we loved. I was also impressed at how they managed to make themselves invisible during the ceremony and a lot of the reception -- they were ninja-like in how they captured so many good moments but weren't at all intrusive.
And the slideshow they created for us (set to the music I processed down the aisle to and comprised of the best shots) was a great surprise! It made it easy to share with our friends on Facebook and made everyone cry :) Thanks a million, Gabby and Matt! Our experience was great and I would highly recommend these two as photographers.
We could not have chosen better photographers than Gabby and Matt. They are so easy to work with and they made both of us feel comfortable in front of the camera. Their creativit...
y is amazing. They see a shot that no one else would have thought about and the photos come out like nothing I have seen before from any other photographer. Plus, it was close to 110 degrees on our wedding day and even though every one of us was baking in the heat, Gabby and Matt didn't say a word. They were ready and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy. They strike a good balance between getting the standard photos that everyone's mom wants, with the creative unique shots that we can display in our home. I can not say enough about these two professionals. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! From the engagement photos to the wedding photos, we were both so happy with the finished product.
We could not be happier that we chose Gabrielle and Matt for our wedding photographers! We had a similar experience to the last reviewer (tracygx) in almost every way. We felt so ...
comfortable taking direction from Gabrielle and Matt to get intimate pictures without the "yuck" factor of trying to look intimate! Yes, the term "nuzzle" was thrown around, made us laugh, and helped us to relax and take really great pictures!
I had no clue where I wanted to take pictures, what kind of pictures I wanted to take, and we kind of felt awkward with posing to boot. Gabrielle lead us through the entire process with suggestions and helpful advice and it turned out better than I could have imagined. Matt even put on ALL of the boutonnieres for the groomsmen because they were completely helpless:) Talk about full service!
About 6 weeks after the wedding, we received an AMAZING slideshow with great songs, a website link to all of our pictures, and discs of the CDs. I still watch the slideshow every couple of days...it's SO GOOD!
In short, Gabrielle and Matt were a pleasure to work with the results were breathtaking.
All of my married friends were jealous when I showed them my photos. hehehe. Gabrielle and Matt were fun, made us laugh, and feel comfortable even when we had to "nuzzle" our faces...
. She was so patient and didn't get angry at any of the 5,000 emails I sent her...Gabrielle was totally willing to take any of the photos I wanted to pose for, including chugging beer in my wedding dress. She didn't laugh at my list of 40 family photos I wanted, and didn't stress out when I decided to scrap 1/2 of them the day of. The day after our wedding she posted teasers to her blog, then once the photos were edited a few weeks later, sent a slideshow of the photos, posted all the photos on a photo website, posted on her blog AND sent us a CD of all the photos. Both Gabrielle and Matt have a great artistic eye and understand the importance of light and negative space in photos. They are just fabulous and I couldn't recommend them more.
Gabrielle and Matt were absolutely amazing. We loved working with them. After having initially met with Gabrielle, we hired her on the spot as we were so impressed with her work ...
but even more important than that, we got such a good vibe from her. She and Matt's style and creativity were just what we were looking for. Working with them the day of the wedding was a pleasure. We are so thrilled to have chosen them as our wedding photographers.

awesome people which made the whole experience that much better. The photographs that they took are BREATHTAKING. They have such a good eye for photography and are not snappy or bossy (I have been in weddings where the photographers are and it's not fun). They were so great to work with and we hope to have a reason to use them again some day!! For now, we will recommend them with high regard to anyone looking for a photographer.
We loved them. they are brilliant artists, super down to earth and fun to be around and the quality of their photography and the style options are unmatched.

so be like having a friend on your side during the whole day, than you must book Gabrielle and Matt as your photographers. They brought comfort, fun and true talent to my wedding day. At the beginning of my day, my husband forgot our wedding rings and Matt was a savior by bringing them to the best man, put my mind at ease and let me enjoy my wedding day. My pictures are truly incredible, everyone that I know has commented on how amazing our pictures are. The best day of my life will forever be memorialized in perfect artistic pictures that capture the true essence of the day. The choice is simple if you truly want to remember your wedding!!! t be creative and really get to know us and that is exactly what they did.
It started with an engagement shoot on our boat and they are not only so talented , but we felt that we were hanging out with our friends everything was so casual you completely forget you are doing a photo shoot. Once seeing the pictures there was not one that we didnt fall in love with they were so creative not posey just captured who we are.
When it came down to the wedding as every bride knows all you want to do is have an amazing day and cherish every moment and not have to be pulled in 20 different directions. Gabby and Matt made our day wonderful they were so accomadating so pleasant and to be honest captured eveything without us really even knowing they were even there. Starting at our hotel , to the church , the limo ride our first dance etc they got every laugh, smile, tear and intimate moment. They were honestly the best vendors and so worth it !! We can't wait to start a family just so we can use them again .
Thank you Gabby and Matt you made our day sooo unforgettable

in trying a new location (our old high school) and we have some great shots from the day. On our wedding day, Gabrielle and Matt were fantastic to work with, they even braved the cold and the snow to take some awesome outdoor pictures! Our photos capture our day, our family and our friends perfectly, we couldn't be happier! I've recommended her to a few people since our own wedding and they have been just as impressed by Gabrielle and by her photography!
We chose Gabrielle based upon her photo-journalistic style that is evident throughout the photos on her easy-to-use website. Upon meeting her in person, our decision was made even...
