I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Gabriella. Hiring her as our month-of coordinator was one of the absolute best decisions we made for our wedding, and we genuinely ...
don’t know what we would have done without her.
Gabriella came in during the month leading up to our wedding and immediately took an enormous amount off our plates. She completely took over vendor coordination, made sure every detail was accounted for, and brought such a sense of organization and calm to what could have been an incredibly stressful few weeks. She was proactive, thoughtful, incredibly responsive, and always seemed to be ten steps ahead.
She also quite literally saved us when we began having issues with our florist, who had become slightly difficult to get ahold of in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Gabriella had worked with our vendor many times before and had a close relationship with the owner of the company. She stepped in, took over communication, tracked down answers, worked through every outstanding detail, and made sure everything came together exactly as we had envisioned. What had been one of our biggest sources of stress suddenly felt completely under control because she was handling it. By the time our wedding arrived, everything was perfectly in place.
And then there was the wedding day itself. Gabriella was INCREDIBLE. She seamlessly managed every single step of the day from beginning to end, and we never once had to think about what was happening behind the scenes. We were able to be completely present, enjoy our friends and family, and soak in every second of our wedding because we knew Gabriella had everything handled.
Beyond being phenomenal at her job, Gabriella is also just an exceptionally kind, warm, lovely person to work with. One of the most reassuring things was seeing the reaction we got whenever we told another vendor that Gabriella was our coordinator. Without fail, they were ecstatic. Everyone seemed to know her, everyone loved working with her, and we heard over and over again how wonderful she was. After working with her ourselves, we completely understand why.
Gabriella made the final month of wedding planning infinitely easier and made our wedding day feel completely effortless. She gave us the incredible gift of being able to actually experience our wedding instead of managing it. We are so, so grateful to her and could not recommend her more highly. If you have the opportunity to work with Gabriella, DO IT. You will be in the absolute best hands.
Hiring our wedding planner was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding, and she was the very first vendor we booked. We worked with her for nearly two years & from day...
one she came highly recommended. Now, after everything, I completely understand why.
Gabby was a steady, calming & incredibly knowledgeable presence throughout the entire planning process. Over two years, she guided us through big-picture decisions and tiny details with the same level of care and intention. She helped us stay organized, realistic, and grounded while still making sure our vision was honored every step of the way.
What truly sets her apart is how deeply she cares. Our wedding never felt like “just another event” to her, it felt personal. She knew us, understood our priorities, and advocated for what mattered most to us. When questions came up (and there were many), she was thoughtful, responsive, and always made us feel confident in the decisions we were making.
On the wedding day itself, she was nothing short of incredible. She was at our venue until MIDNIGHT, the night before our wedding coordinating setup due to the fact that it was very imminent that it would be torrential downpour on our wedding. She spent hours upon hours looking for tenting options and anything that we could get last minute to save the day. She & her team are part of the reason that despite rain and unforeseen circumstances, the wedding still ran smoothly, calmly, and seamlessly—so much so that we were actually able to be fully present and enjoy the day without stress.
She is kind, detail-oriented, & truly gifted at what she does. We trusted her completely, and she more than delivered. If you’re considering working with her, I'd book her immediately. We genuinely can’t imagine planning our wedding without her. <3
Gabriella was an absolute delight to work with! We were planning our wedding from out of state and her guidance and expertise made it such a breeze. Their day-of management was so ...
helpful and necessary given all the craziness and unexpected turns that happened. Couldn’t have done it without her!
Gabriella and team are everything I could have wanted in a planning team. They ensured that I had to stress over not a single detail day of, and in the days leading up they held me...
accountable to ensure I held up my end of the bargain- especially once I shared my struggles with ADHD I felt so supported and I felt Gabriella change her style to accommodate my differences. Not to mention all the help with vendor communication, answers to silly questions, and just plain reassurance in my moments of panic. I would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding!!! Oh not to mention, Gabby suggested BEAUTIFUL fruit centerpieces which I have heard about from every guest, no exaggerating! (The Knot won't let me upload the photo but check my Google review if you want to see). Shout out to Mary at Studio Brambles on the execution of the fruit along with the help of Leigh Ann at Waterfall Event Design for other decor elements.
Tl;Dr hire Gabriella & Co!!!
We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner than Gabriella. Her attentive service and incredible attention to detail made our wedding planning process smooth and enjoyable....
Gabriella's empathy and support were truly remarkable, especially during the challenges and frustrations that inevitably arise while planning such an important event. Gabriella took the time to understand our vision (even if we did not fully know at the time) and executed perfectly, from the floral arrangements to setting up a surprise beer burro.
She always made herself available to answer our questions, no matter how big or small, and her reassuring presence was a constant source of comfort. On our wedding day, Gabriella was a true miracle worker. She ensured everything went according to plan, taking away any stress from us and allowing us to fully enjoy our special day. Thanks to Gabriella, our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. We are immensely grateful for Gabriella's dedication and hard work and cannot recommend her highly enough.

& Co. Both Gabriella and Kathryn were extremely professional, kind, and organized throughout the entire process. We were originally hoping to do our wedding without a planner to save money, but are SOOO grateful we changed our minds and had Gabriella & Kathryn on our team. Having them there allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding day and not have to worry about logistics/details while we were instead spending time with friends and family.

weet to take me on despite being booked for April and was very patient when I needed a lot of help. Aubrey was there for the rehearsal and the wedding day and is so much fun and has such good energy and was wonderful to have by our side during our wedding day. It was so helpful to have him keep things moving and round up family members for photos and help set up. He really was amazing, they both are! I am so grateful to have had them as my wedding planners!

t state and having someone in Tucson helped a lot. We had a good majority of the wedding planned before meeting with Gabriella, they were able to point out our blind spots and help us decide on the small details we had missed. Additionally, Kathryn was the point of contact and made sure everything ran smoothly the day of, they did an amazing job communicating and handling issues that came up. It was very easy to work with them and they were so supportive and helpful. We would highly recommend them!

l, answering all of our questions in a timely manner and having excellent communication when reaching out to us and our vendors. Gabriella's sweet personality made us feel at ease while planning..we never felt overwhelmed whatsoever and always looked forward to our meetings with her. During the big day, we were able to enjoy every single moment because we knew that Gabriella had everything taken care of for us. We could not have planned this wedding without her. We also appreciate Aubrey's help the day of our wedding. His attention to detail made everything magical, and his bright energy made us feel excited to celebrate our love. We highly recommend Gabriella and Co. If we could give more than 5 stars, we definitely would!

we would have otherwise spent worrying and accommodating guests. 10/10 would recommend them!
We were about 75% done with wedding planning/design when we reached out to Gabriella and chose the Month of Coordination package. (If I could go back in time I would have hired them from the beginning and gone for the full wedding planning service!)
I was deployed to the Middle East and my Husband was living on the east coast, and Gabriella and Aubrey helped us finalize all of our wedding details from a far.
Aubrey did all of our day-of-coordination, and I feel so indebted to him for all of his help! Aubrey took our initial design/vision input and ran with it, ensuring that all of our decorations were set up without having to stop and ask us for questions. Aubrey also ensured my husband and I never went without snacks, or a drink, and had time to breathe in between events.
Gabriella helped with all of our coordination leading up to the wedding day, was attentive, quick to respond, and always ready with ideas and solutions.
During the morning of our wedding, we had a few vendor issues that impacted the overall design layout/flow. Both Gabriella and Aubrey ensured that we had a solid plan B, C & D before presenting us with any "problems", and not a single guest recognized that we had to make last minute modifications. Our day was perfect.
I felt so relaxed and at ease the entire wedding day, and we owe it all to them! Seriously -- look no further <3

She was just about ready to have her baby when our big day happened, yet she was still everywhere at once. Always taking care of things before I had a clue. Amazing how she was so lovely in managing all the guests and family so that everything could be smooth and everyone could be happy.
It’s hard to explain how much of a difference she made ahead of time and the day of— but if we had it to do all over again, she’s the VERY FIRST person I’d book.
I can’t recommend anyone more wholeheartedly. Hiring her will be the best decision you’ll make for your big day. Don’t hesitate. She’s the best there is.

thing ran smoothly from the day of timeline to contacting all vendors. We could not imagine trying to do all of this on our own and are super glad we had Gabriella and Aubrey apart of our day! Working with Gabriella was the easiest process of planning our wedding. While she maintained her professionalism, she was also so fun and easy to talk and connect with. Prior to walking down the aisle, Gabriella joined me in my room before I made my entrance and made me feel so comforted and supported. It is definitely a moment I will never forget!
