Gabby is UNBELIEVABLE. She is flexible, accommodating, creative, and the most talented baker. I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted for our wedding cake, but I sent her 1 picture of...
an idea and she loved it and made the most amazing wedding cake for us. She helped us with ideas when we felt like we had no idea what we were doing, and she reassured us throughout the process. I asked if we could make an item smaller for the guests, and she didn’t hesitate and said absolutely not a problem! She set up the entire dessert station so beautifully, it was truly truly a dream. I think the ultimate compliment is that several people who attended our wedding are now using her for their wedding. On top of that, I can’t keep track of the amount of people who raved about the cake and dessert bar and asked for her name for future orders. Her almond cake is out of this world. She truly is exceptional. Thank you for making our dessert dreams come true!!!!

ing delicious samples, to adding a flavor I didn't see on her list, (btw, the cannoli cupcakes were a HUGE hit!)... to making the most beautiful wedding cake for us, to simply sending encouraging emails and notes along the way, when she knows that most brides are probably losing their minds in the details. She was just a bright light and source of joy for us as we planned the best day of our lives. We'll never go to anyone else for our cake or cupcake needs!

Gabby delivered the cupcakes herself and set them up, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. My guests raved about her cupcakes, and she even set aside some for my hubby and I to take home! If you're considering going with Gabby's, just do it, you won't regret it.

they were so good.)
I’m glad I gave Gabby creative freedom of the design because she created the most elegant and gorgeous three tier cake I’ve ever seen. We ordered extra cake and there still wasn’t a single piece left at the end of the night.
I would recommend Gabby to anyone and will definitely use her for cakes in the future!
