I have to say unfortunately that out of all the vendors I worked with for my wedding, that Adam is the only one I wouldn’t work with again. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I j...ust wanted to be honest so that future clients can either learn from my mistakes, or choose another option. Adam was the only vendor I worked with (and we had quite a few!) that did not confirm his timeline/plan leading up to the event. Every other vendor double and triple checked with me in the weeks leading up to the wedding to confirm they had the correct arrival and departure times. Due to this lack of communication, I was not aware that Adam was departing 1.5 hours earlier than all of my other vendors. We may have agreed on this during our initial talks, but that was over a year ago, so a reminder leading up to the event would have been greatly appreciated. As anyone who has gotten married knows, weddings are a hectic whirlwind of a day! You don’t really get a moment of downtime to enjoy your own event until well into the reception once all of the photo-ops like the first dance and bouquet toss are completed. Shortly after wrapping up the bouquet toss, the groom and I headed over to finally grab a picture in the Photo Booth- but Adam was already packing up. He made a joke about me “partying too hard”, implying I was too drunk to remember to take a picture in the Photo Booth. At this point in the night the groom and I had stuck mostly to water to stay sober- so that felt like a slap in the face. Not only did I not get a photo in the Photo Booth we paid for and spent months looking forward to enjoying, but I also got insulted at my own wedding. After a week of reflecting on the wedding I can say it was the only negative experience of the evening, and it unfortunately ruined part of what would have otherwise been a perfect day. It would have been very easy for Adam to track down the groom and I to grab a picture before he wrapped up (we were only a few feet away most of the night)- all of our other vendors helped keep us on track during the day, but Adam couldn’t spare the effort to track us down or send someone to track us down before he cleaned up. He’s also the only vendor I haven’t heard any communication from since the wedding- overall I would say that his approach throughout the whole process was low-effort and lazy.
