FyerFly Productions absolutely SAVED the look of our ceremony, and I cannot say enough good things about them!
We had already chosen the most beautiful emerald green draping for o...
ur reception, but with questionable weather in the forecast, literally the DAY BEFORE our wedding we started talking about a backup plan in case our outdoor ceremony had to be moved inside. Tabitha and Heather were so accommodating and immediately helped us come up with a plan to add additional draping for the ceremony backdrop and airwall if we needed to use the indoor space.
I kept joking that if I paid for the backup draping, it wouldn’t rain — but if I didn’t, it absolutely would. Well... technically it DIDN’T rain. Instead, we got lightning during our ceremony hour and had to move the ceremony indoors anyway. Thank GOD we had the backup plan!
When I walked into that ceremony room, I could not believe the transformation. FyerFly made it look like the freaking EMERALD CITY. It was STUNNING. What could have easily felt like a last-minute indoor backup ceremony instead felt dramatic, romantic, intentional, and completely tied into the design of our wedding. Even our guests were in awe of how beautiful the room looked.
Because we were already using the emerald draping for our reception, everything flowed together perfectly and looked like it had been part of the plan all along. You would never have known that the additional ceremony draping had basically been figured out the day before.
Tabitha and Heather were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. They were responsive, accommodating, flexible, and genuinely ready to jump in and rescue the day if Mother Nature forced us inside — which, of course, she did!
Looking back, adding that backup draping was one of the BEST last-minute decisions we made. They took a space that I was initially nervous about having to use and turned it into something I absolutely loved. Instead of feeling disappointed that our ceremony had to be indoors, I remember walking in and being blown away by how gorgeous everything looked.
FyerFly Productions absolutely understood the vision and executed it beautifully. I would recommend them over and over again. And if you’re a bride debating whether to spend the money on the backup rain plan... apparently Mother Nature will find a loophole, so GET THE DRAPES.
I recently used FyerFly Productions for my wedding for both lighting and DJ services. They were easy to work with and quick to respond. We had DJ MaQ for our wedding, and he was fa...

The DJ didn’t play any of the songs even though we spent hours filling out the portal. Very disappointing

t experience possible. They assigned DJ Maqui Floyd and he was phenomenal.
Maqui brought the perfect mix of high energy, fun vibes, and incredible music instinct. He knew exactly how to read the room and kept the vibes up all night. His transitions were smooth, his timing was flawless, and his overall presence brought such a lively, joyful atmosphere to our reception. He hyped up our guests, kept the momentum going, and created some of our favorite memories from the entire night.
We also purchased the Photo Booth which was such a fun touch to add to the reception. EVERYONE loved it.
The team was great, fairly priced and we were VERY satisfied with everything. Thank you so much!

The effects he brought to our celebration—fog, snow, and uplighting—were a huge hit and really took the ambiance to the next level. The music was perfect, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it all night. Everyone had such a blast dancing and enjoying the tunes Jim played.
If you're looking for a DJ who knows how to set the mood, keep the energy up, and create an unforgettable atmosphere, I highly recommend Jim! He made our wedding day extra special, and I’ll definitely be calling him for future events!

ly Productions was hands down AMAZING!!
Their team went above and beyond to help transform our ballroom into a magical evening. Floor-to-ceiling drapes, around-the-room uplights, photo booth fun, and the DJ! Our DJ, Jim, understood the assignment and brought the party just as we thought he would!
The most magical moment was our first dance; FyerFly Productions brought in all the special effects! The "Dancing in the Cloud" special effect was the WOW factor that kick-started the night - topped off with indoor fireworks/sparkler boxes for the big kiss and dip! They are such a fantastic team; they brought their A-game, and I'm so happy we got to share our special day with them and all our loved ones. I highly recommend FyerFly Productions for any and all your wedding needs... it will be epic!

itial consultation to the last note played, FyerFly Productions demonstrated a level of professionalism and expertise that sets them apart.
I cannot express how thrilled I was with the experience. DJ Maq did an excellent job with everything day of. shifting the vibe of the day in the right direction at every moment, and one thing that can make or break a DJ is timing. DJ Maq’s was impeccable. Overall if I need a DJ again there is no doubt, I will be using FyerFly Productions.
DJ Maq was AMAZING! He was so attentive to us and was always checking in to make sure we were happy. I was not the best at picking my processional music up front and when DJ Maq ar...
rived the day of, he was able to download everything we decided on and it was perfect! He constantly checked in with us to make sure the music was good and that we were happy. He was so good at MCing and announcing the wedding party in! :) Tabitha is also amazing and responds so quickly! I can't recommend these guys enough! You won't be disappointed.

e had sparkler boxes during our exit. But the best was our magical fairy lights. We got married at The Mulberry and our goal was to debarn the barn and turn it into a romantic twinkling supper club. Twinkling lights hovered over our dance floor! They captivated my vision perfectly!
Every time we spoke (from the first introductory call to the prep call a week before the wedding), Fyerfly assured us that you would help make our celebration memorable. They guar...
anteed the sound would be perfect, the lighting on point, the effects spectacular, and the musicians entertaining. They promised to accommodate our unique special requests. They told us the confetti would rain down upon the dance floor like a ticker tape parade through the Canyon of Heroes in New York City. They were confident that we, and our guests, would remember this night forever. Fyerfly promised the world. And FyerfLH delivered! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Our family has been involved with hundreds of weddings. We have seen and heard a lot, but never have we seen or heard an event like ours. Never have we seen one run as seamlessly or wow the guests to the extent that we saw on April 22, 2023 at Bella Collina. Just a few of the highlights:
* Your sound filled the room better than any we have ever heard. Loud enough to pump up the crowd, but not overpowering so that those who wanted to converse still could.
* The smoke effects were perfectly timed and added a dreamlike atmosphere.
* The lighting effects were subtle but elegant, and brought the beautiful room to life.
* The sparklers were dazzling and used at all the right moments.
* The musicians (drummer, trumpet, sax) greatly enhanced the experience.
* The confetti blast . . .there are no words.
* The black backdrop behind the stage was a great last minute call by you.
It was an unforgettable night and Fyerfly Productions played an instrumental role. We are forever grateful to you and your team.
We had Maq for our wedding and he was everything we wanted in a dj! He was super fun and multiple guests complimented the music! So happy we went with them! Definitely recommend!
Jim was the BEST DJ ever!! Every person at the wedding - young to old - was out on the dance floor and having an amazing time. We are used to going to weddings and people getting b...
ored during the reception - well that is NOT the case with FyerFly!! Our guests literally booed when it was last song because they didn't want the music to end they were having so much fun!!!! Everyone we talked to afterwards was praising the DJ! HIGHLY recommend hiring Jim if you want an amazing reception!
The lighting, dancing on the cloud, and spark boxes were also perfect!! We were so happy with how the room turned out and the spark boxes and dancing on the cloud looked incredible during our dances. Everyone commented on it!! I also really appreciated the way the speakers and spark boxes were all covered in white so it looked seamless with the rest of our decor - an added touch that I loved!

FyerFly is the best DJ we could have asked for!! It was a non-stop party and our guests are still raving about Jim and how fun our wedding was. They also provided a photobooth for ...
us and it was so nice to get some photos the Monday after our wedding while we wait on photos for our photographer.
Jim with FyerFly was incredible for my wedding! He was the best DJ at any event I have been to. I gave him a handful of must play songs and he went off that and what the crowd was ...
enjoying and he kept everyone dancing all night long. The spark boxes are amazing and all my guests were wowed. My favorite was the confetti toward the end of the night. Everyone enjoyed jumping and dancing in it. Fyerfly also did uplighting, pins pots and market lighting and everything looked magical!!
Choosing FyerFly was one of the easiest wedding decisions we made after speaking with Tabitha and Jim on our first convo. Jim was so personable, professional, and able to understan...
d our vision and variety of musical requests for the evening. We wanted a live acoustic feel to start the night and a full dance floor to end the night. Jim over delivered with these requests and his DJ talent was incredible!! He truly knows how to read the room and adjust without anyone noticing. Acoustic was beautiful, cocktail was a perfect blend, the FyerFly dinner mix was amazing (so creative), and the dance floor mixes kept everyone dancing! Our music was a topic of the night and continued complements at the next day at brunch! Would do it all over again with FyerFly and recommend to all! Jim provided such a relief and comfort for our day, and Tabitha's communication was second to none. Thank you!!
Jim, Tabitha, and the FyerFly team were amazing! Our guests had such a wonderful time. The social booth was a hit! The music was PERFECT! The dance floor was packed the whole night...
. The reception was everything I have dreamt of and more thanks to the FyerFly team. The monogram and lighting made the ballroom look so magical. Let’s not forget the sparkler boxes for our first dance, and the gold confetti at the end of the night!
Tabitha helped me with all of the planning, and made everything so easy. She was extremely responsive and helpful.
I highly recommend FyerFly! I promise it’s the best decision you will make!
10,000 stars! Jim and Tabitha were incredible to talk to when initially reaching out to FyerFly. Adam was our DJ and let me tell you, he did NOT disappoint! He was so professional ...
and he read the audience so well the entire night. There was never a single second people weren't on the dance floor! The way he transitioned between songs and just his whole vibe screams talent!! We also did the sparkler boxes and uplighting and it made for the most magical pictures!
Also side note, we originally had a different DJ assigned to us that we chatted with before the wedding day and unfortunately he ended up with covid the day of. Thank you so much Adam for changing your plans to save the day and the Fyerfly team for being so accommodating. Being able to fix this so quickly without a single bump in the road in today's world really just puts them above the rest!! Thank you all for the best wedding!
If I could rate FyerFly Productions higher, I definitely would. They went above and beyond for our wedding this past weekend. I could not stop raving about how amazing, and profess...
ional they were to everyone who would listen. From the start communication was flawless and Tabitha was super sweet and worked with us on all the lighting details. Jim was SO kind and made our wedding a beautiful dream with all the pretty canopy lights and lighting sparklers. Thank you so much to the amazing team & Jim for all their work and making our wedding possible. It was so magical!
10000 stars!!!!! Literally cannot recommend this team more. Jim and the entire FyerFly team were a pleasure to work with. We saw Jim host our best friends wedding in 2017 and when ...
we got engaged in 2020, we knew we needed to have him and booked him immediately! In the last few years, we’ve been to over 10 weddings and no DJ came CLOSE to what Jim brought to our friends and our wedding. He understood exactly what our vision was and brought it to life! He was able to read the room and play the perfect songs - our guests NEVER left the dance floor. It was truly a party and the cold sparks and confetti brought it above and beyond our expectations! Jim’s interactions with our friends and bridal party was amazing, fun and organized. The pre-wedding website used to pick our songs made the process extremely simple. Jim made sure that my husband and I were happy the entire time. Our friends and family were blown away and have not stopped talking about all of it. It was a night we will never forget and the FyerFly team was a MAJOR part of it. We thank you all so much and cannot recommend them enough - they are the best in the business!

lla Collina and they absolutely killed it! Jim and his team set-up beautiful textured lighting in the Atrium for our reception, created special smoke effects for our first dance, and curated an amazing mix that had all our guests non-stop dancing. We couldn't be happier; THANK YOU to the entire FyerFly team for making our wedding dreams come true!!

James was AMAZING!!! I don’t even know where to start. First of all, we have a very rowdy family. But he kept up with them which is not an easy job. There were dances circles and s...
ing alongs and he based the playlist off of the interests of the crowd. When I say everything went according to plan, everything went PERFECTLY according to plan.
So absolutely I would like to review you with a full 5 star review! James O’Neill made our wedding so much fun. I simply can’t think him and your wonderful team enough.
Our DJ Jim took us HOME to the HOUSE of FyerFly and we could not have imagined a DJ that could be better than Jim! I don’t know how he did it, but we went from a beautiful candleli...
t dinner, seamlessly into the formal dances, and suddenly I was a sophomore in college fist pumping to Levels by Avicii for the first time, leading a sloppy Cotton Eye Joe crowd, and surrounded by everyone we love screaming Love Story in what felt like a burning room under the stars. We went to the window and to the wall, and Jim just seemed to always know exactly what songs would hit home for both me and my now-husband! Jim was so professional, so accommodating, and so wonderful to work with. On top of being fun, he truly just has a naturally calming and comforting presence to put your mind at ease by knowing that he would provide a world class DJ service that your family and friends WILL talk about!!
Also choosing music stresses me out, but Fyerfly's planning portal is incredibly easy to use and has pre-populated and categorized lists that made the entire process so easy. In the end we just told Jim to use our music selections as guidelines, and he absolutely nailed the assignment.
He also made a couple suggestions to our reception timeline and layout that made ALL the difference in the world. For example, he suggested we change the location of our staged "fake" sparkler exit that we wanted to do so that guests wouldn't be confused and leave early and he was so right about it!! We are so glad we trusted him and so thankful that he knew to give us that advice.
On top of that, we last-minute added the sparkler boxes and it was 1000% worth it. Our photos are beautiful and Jim fired the sparklers SO many times throughout the night. It wowed our guests every time. We had SO many people tell us how amazing the sparklers were. Having FyerFly at our wedding was easily the best decision and we feel so fortunate to have had Jim as part of our wedding day. Thank you Jim and Tabitha!!
Fyerfly was BOMB!!!! Super responsive to any questions or concerns we had! They made sure every single song was exactly what we wanted leading up to the big day. I had ZERO concern...
s when our day came because I knew they were organized and on top of everything I had asked for! During our reception there was not a moment no one was on the dance floor. People were BEGGING for more songs to be played once the night was over because everyone was having such a good time! 10/10 would hands down recommend them for your wedding, I’ve had so many guests reaching out asking about the playlist because they had such a fun time dancing at our wedding!!! Maqui Floyd was out DJ and was ROCKING it all night long.
If you want your guests to have an awesome time and walk away with an experience , Fyerfly is the one. James was our DJ and he blew everyone away! Literally blew everyone away with...
the CO2 cannons that he brought along as an added surprise to us! They special effects they have that you can add on are just such a cool way to wow your guests. I will always use fyerfly.
Life of the party!
The best in the business!!! Seriously, believe the reviews and hire FyerFly. You won't regret it! Thank you Tabitha and Jim!
They were absolutely amazing!

and we knew the right DJ would be important. James asked us about our musical tastes, likes, and dislikes and then delivered the right tunes at exactly the right time. From the ceremony to the very end of the night, James created the perfect soundscape for our big day. We are so glad we went with FyerFly for our wedding!

l the talk of the family and friends there. On top of that, the dance floor did not ever empty. It was an incredible party, and everyone that attended is talking about how they want more of the same.... not to top it. For my husband, special effects were top priority all along, as well as a party. Fyerfly did not disappoint by any means!

a portal for your event and you tell them about you and what you like, he hit our personalities spot on. The wedding was a huge hit and the most special day in our life. GET THE SPARKLER BOXES, you’ll thank me later. When we booked him he had an all white setup and 3 years later in planning with him we found out it was black, on our phone call he says “eh, it’s probably time to paint it.” Above and beyond. Book this company, you won’t regret it!

our wedding!! I know he has a silly side but he NEVER shows that's in front of a crowd! He was completely in his element and had the time of his life, we both did, and it is truly all thanks to Jim! My biggest fear downsizing from a 200+ wedding to a 60 person wedding was that nobody was going to dance. I should have trusted Jim and not stressed about that because the dance floor was full all night. The private last dance was one of my favorite moments and something I will cherish forever! Also, the last minute addition of the sparks and the monogram/texture wall MADE the reception!!! I could not imagine my wedding without those! We will be referring you to EVERYONE!!! Every couple deserves to have you and your team a part of their wedding.
Jim was our guy and we had an absolutely AMAZING time! Everyone enjoyed dancing the night away and he kept everything fun! We bought four sparkler boxes and they were a total HIT! ...
All of our guests were absolutely surprised when they went off during our first dance! They made every moment of our day so special and the pictures are incredible! Jim recommended a private last dance and that last dance was everything! Its what I remember the most! He also had to hug my dad and it was one of my favorite memories of Jim – “Come here big guy!” He is an amazing guy and incredible DJ. The Fyerfly team was very responsive and made booking and planner super easy! The program they use for planning is top notch and super helpful when you feel lost trying to decide what you want to hear at your wedding. Also, we had Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue play and Jim had the idea to have the groom and groomsman stand facing the sparklers and me in front for photos. The groom and groomsman had custom US Flag vets, which made for an epic picture. Our wedding day was everything and more, thanks in part to Jim!

This DJ not only listens to your requests, but learns your lives to integrate personal touches and thoughtfulness to every piece of the day. Look no further if you want your guests to leave saying “nothing can top this wedding”! Lighting, music, MC, FIREWORKS & CONFETTI! Unbelievable experience.
Where do I start! The canopy of lights, spark boxes, pin lighting, fog, snow, confetti! It was amazing and magical❣️
