I had the pleasure of having Dani teach a cocktail class for my sister's bachelorette party. We all had a wonderful time! Dani's expertise and positive energy are exceptional. S...
he provided so much history for all of the spirits and taught us correct techniques for crafting delicious cocktails that she had tailored to our party and the bachelorette's preferences. She also set a beautiful table and her attention to detail made the class a truly memorable experience. Most importantly, she made it FUN! This event was a highlight of our weekend! Will definitely take a class from Dani again!

ve never seen a group of women have such a fabulous time celebrating our bride to be while sampling wine. I’ll definitely be looking to book Full Glass Hospitality for our next event.
I hired Dani for champagne tasting/food pairing for my daughter’s bridal shower. This turned out to be the PERFECT bridal shower event. Dani was very easy to work with. She was ver...
y responsive and easy to communicate with prior to the event to discuss budget, timing, suggestions of food pairings, etc. On the day of the bridal shower she arrived promptly at the exact time she said she would to set up for the event; bringing glassware, table décor (matching the shower’s color scheme), info sheets and of course, lots of champagne. In addition to all that, Dani brings with her many years of knowledge as a sommelier. Everyone enjoyed all the champagne and we all learned quite a bit from her. My daughter was absolutely thrilled with her shower and everyone was very impressed with Dani. Following the tasting, Dani did a complete clean up of all of her items. Dani is warm, friendly, polite, funny and extremely knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to hire her again for another wine tasting event.
