Thank you Eric for the amazing service and food. We got rave reviews about the food. Our only concern was they took up the dessert forks too quickly and some guests had no forks f...

othing short of amazing!
Frisco’s catered our wedding day and we couldn’t be happier . The food was amazing and our guests were happy with everything they provided. Everything was excellent!
Absolutely 0 complaints. Amazing food. Service was impeccable. A little pricy then they expected a tip on top of it after charging server fees and setup/breakdown fees. But aga...
in, service and food were 1000%.
If you haven't hired Frisco's yet...do it now! I cannot say enough great things about the company overall and the owners, Eric and Bruce. Right from the very beginning, they were e...
xtremely responsive via email and phone and corresponding with me back and forth to create a tentative menu proposal. My mother and I are gluten free so I knew I needed to at least have gluten free options at the wedding. Turns out, they were able to make the ENTIRE menu gluten free (with the exception of a few appetizers we picked knowing they were not) and you would NEVER know!!
We first sampled the food at the tasting and we were so thrilled with how delicious it was. We chose three plated entree options: beef tenderloin, chicken piccata, and salmon, all of which included a starter salad as well. Originally we planned to purchase alcohol on our own since our venue allowed for BYOB. Just DAYS before the wedding...we panicked and realized how much work it was going to be. We called up Eric and asked if it was too late to add the open bar package and he GLADLY agreed and accommodated us with NO issue. Looking back, I would absolutely recommend doing the open bar package right from the start.
Fast forward to the wedding day and it could not have been any better!!! The food was fantastic and the service was incredible. I specifically remember the wait staff being SO attentive the guests, particularly to me as the bride and making sure that I ate! I'm not exaggerating when I say 10-15 people after the wedding went out of their way to let us know how great the food was and said they took the time to sit down and eat their entire meal! People were truly impressed by all three entree options and provided very positive feedback.
We feel so grateful for the service we received from Frisco's and even better, that we had incredible food at our wedding! I would absolutely recommend them and if they're still available for your wedding day...hire them now!!!
We definitely recommend Frisco’s for your big day!! The food was amazing and our guests could not stop talking about the food afterwards. We had a BBQ inspired menu and loved every...

Frisco’s is the best! My husband and I wanted BBQ for our wedding but I am vegetarian. Frisco’s put together a menu that was perfect for us, including vegan BBQ jackfruit that was ...
incredible - even the meat eaters at our wedding were raving about it! The staff was also extremely professional and happy to help with any questions that arose. Eric and his team are very professional and communicative and helped make our wedding dreams come true. Highly recommend!

helpful from our very first phone call over a year ago straight through the end of our wedding reception last month. I couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating and helpful catering team to trust with our wedding food.
Great food and sweet people at an affordable price. Very easy to work with.
The planning process was a nightmare with the owner - Eric W. He would go 1-2 weeks to return calls and emails. He even refused to take calls and said he would only be able to emai...
l due to his busy schedule. The good news is his staff was great at my wedding and the food was good. Strange case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Planning process was the worst, but the wedding day service was the best!
Awesome food, not one complaint everyone seemed to enjoy everything, great job guys!
The food from Frisco's was delicious. They adapted to our needs and set up the buffet right before cocktail hour started and didn't have a problem waiting until our contact person ...
arrived. They also made pick up easy for us. The only downside (and this was partially our fault) was that we had many changes both to the head count and the menu and in the end we received food items from our first menu and not from the updated menu. When they sent me the final quote I did not catch the error because I only looked it over very briefly. Our printed menus were wrong and didn't reflect the food that was served but our guests did not mind.
Eric and his brother Bruce run this company and are absolutely FANTASTIC! They work with any budget, they will meet with you as much as you need to. I had the Classic Italian menu ...
at my wedding on April 21, 2012 and the food was excellent, the service was excellent.. they poured the champagne, tended the bar, served, the food, and cut the cake. They were amazing. I couldn't imagine having another caterer for my wedding. I would recommend them to anyone!!!
