entire rental process was seamless, easy, and stress-free. I can't wait to work with them again!

Any questions?

As a wedding planner, I know that unexpected issues can happen, but what truly matters is how a company responds. We discovered that one of the tuxedos did not fit properly due to ...

incorrect measurements, and with a wedding event quickly approaching, time was of the essence. After reaching out to Friar Tux by email, their team responded promptly and had a replacement tuxedo shipped out the very same day. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to finding a solution immediately turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless experience. Not only did the tuxedos look great, but the level of customer service we received was exceptional. I truly appreciated their dedication to taking care of the client and ensuring everything was resolved quickly. I would gladly recommend Friar Tux to couples and fellow wedding professionals alike.

My son’s wedding is June 13th. All of our suits arrived as if someone crumpled the suits up into a ball, then shipped them! I’m just happy that my son bought his suit outright else...

where. I did not expect to have to iron and steam everyone’s Suit jacket, shirt and pants prior to the wedding! Customer service was nice and reshipped my order but the new order arrived just as bad as the first. For this reason alone I can NOT recommend Friar Tux and highly recommend going elsewhere!!

I'm a wedding planner in Orange County/Los Angeles, CA and Friar Tux is always my go-to suit shot for my clients. Not only are the suits great quality for rentals, but it's also so...

convenient to order with them, and my experience with the staff at multiple locations near me has been wonderful. They are always willing to help and make the process super smooth and seamless, which is exactly what I want for my clients' wedding days.

Main Point: Friar Tux is the best!!! Use them if you want excellent service and handsome looking groomsmen!!! Longer point: I had researched a few other places to rent/buy suits i...

n our area, but kept circling back to Friar Tux. My husband had 3 groomsmen in our wedding who lived out of state, so we needed to use a company that could accommodate them. When we first went into the South Coast Costa Mesa store it was so busy, but they got to us quickly and worked with us to find the aesthetic we were looking for. They were able to measure my husband right then and there, and place his order. Then, they created a plan for the groomsmen of exactly what they needed to rent and/or purchase so we could send that information to them. All the groomsmen had to do was send in their measurements and then pick up the order when they got to town. Our visit was efficient from start to end. (BTW I love the sign in/check out process). Also, I loved that I was able to add another shirt to the order because I was given the advice to have another shirt on hand in case the groom spilled, had an accident, etc. Friar Tux was so kind about it, and made sure we got it, even though I called them only two weeks before our wedding date. Overall, I love this place and would highly recommend to anyone. We are planning on returning in the New Year to purchase my husband his very first suit! Additional tip: For any brides/grooms reading this review, grooms and groomsmen must return their rentals within 24 hours or there is a fee. Make sure you plan for someone else to return the grooms suit the day after the wedding, especially if you’re planning on going on a honeymoon right away.

Friar Tux did such a great job with my wedding! Yajna was a huge help for my initial visit and then throughout the process, including helping coordinate with my groomsmen and other...

members of the wedding party. I also really appreciate Marissa, who was there the last two times I got fitted, who helped me a lot with helping choose the style and fit. I also really appreciate Friar Tux's selection, as I went with a less traditional burgundy tux, but they were still able to give me lots of options that fit well and made me feel great (I'm a big guy too, 6'5, 275 lbs). Even when I changed things at the last second, they were able to accommodate me and get me the updated pieces within a day. Such a great store and very affordable! Would definitely recommend Friar Tux to anyone.

not fit at first, they moved fast to get me a better size and made sure it got to me right away. When I was unsure about the style, they even sent a different suit to try which honestly took a lot of stress off my plate. nd took a chance on nearby Friar Tux. It was very unassuming from the outside but inside it was EXACTLY what we were looking for! Good service, human interaction, great selection, easy process, and FUN. We had a number of guests needing suits from out of town and Friar Tux helped them all. Such fast turnaround and amazing customer service. We ended up buying a full 3-piece suit, and having a few suit rentals, and everything was very affordable. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The experience I had with Friar Tux was nothing short of amazing. It was the day of a special event, I hadn't come in previously to be sized. I was helped immediately and although ...

the options in store were limited since it was such short notice. They did have a suit in stock, we were able to pair it with a shirt and tie. I was in the store for maybe 30 min total, and had a suit that was picked out. I was asked to come back in a few hours after the suit was tailored a little bit. In short it was a great experience and fast.

Friar Tux was used by my husband's friend at his wedding, my husband was a groomsman, and our experience with them during that time was fantastic. They were helpful and informativ...

e and the pricing was great. That experience was what made us decide to use them for our wedding as well. We had 9 people total renting suits (groom, best man, groomsmen, FOB, and FOG, ring bearers), because of the number of people in our groom my husband (groom) got his suit rental for free, which was really fantastic. Due to the large number in our group we also received a group rate for everyone else. They had sizing for a wide range of men and they even had suits to fit our nephews, small boys ages 4 and 2. It was so simple to rent from them. We went in once to give them the details of what we wanted everyone to be in and got the pricing for everyone and details of when the guys would need to be in by. Then we went in a second time for my husband to get fitted, a third time to do the final try on of the suit he would wear, and a fourth time to return the suit after the wedding. Each time they were friendly, helpful, full of information, and made us feel at ease that everything would go great while dealing with them. One of our groomsmen tried on his suit for the wedding two days before the wedding and realized it all didn't fit and they were able to take the pieces that didn't fit back and get him into the correct sizes in time!

Not to be outdone, the Huntington Beach location for our final fittings was phenomenal! Customer service was superior, and I will definitely be using Friar Tux for any formal events in the future. I may even go back to purchase the suit I wore, as I received numerous compliments on the color!! I was in 2 other weddings this year, and both went with Indochino. My experience with them was the complete opposite, and I don't even want to keep the suits I purchased. The only positive thing that came from this horrible excuse for a tailor, was that the experience prompted me to choose a rental for my own wedding, as opposed to buying new. This ultimately led me to Friar Tux, which ended up being the best decision.
