fox + fern events

and she exceeded every expectation. Meaghan was incredibly professional, organized, and on top of every detail throughout the entire planning process. Plus, she’s just an absolute delight to work with! She was able to really turn our ideas and dreams into a reality. Our wedding day went so smoothly thanks to her and the Fox + Fern team. Nick was amazing as well — he made sure we were always taken care of with food and bevs, and even went out of his way to drop off my bag at the after party. Our guests could not have been more complimentary of everything they helped us with — from the welcome bags to the late-night pretzels. It was truly full-service from start to finish, which allowed us to relax, take in the day, and enjoy every moment with our guests. This was hands down the best money we spent on the wedding. If you’re getting married in Northern Michigan, it’s an easy choice. 10/10 recommend Fox + Fern!

ade it so easy and seamless.     They literally thought of everything and held our hands the entire time. They are excellent project and time managers, and do everything with grace, ease, and a smile on their faces.  No request or message is too much!!    We recommend them with zero reservations......you would be lucky to have them plan your celebration.   They will exceed your expectations in every way.

on a wedding planner… Meaghan Kenny. Having now worked with Meaghan (and Fox and Fern team) for the last year as she flawlessly planned and executed our wedding weekend, it’s easily apparent why she engenders such respect and a strong reputation among so many people. She was hands down the best decision we made and truly our secret weapon — meticulous, crazily hard working, upbeat but laid back, hilarious, trustworthy judgment, a refreshing problem-solver, and was determined to give us a one-of-a-kind experience where we felt like we were her only client. Her competence gave us confidence that our wedding would be magical and it was. Part of her magic is that I can’t seem to think of anyone with whom she wouldn’t get along. A Type A perfectionist? Meaghan’s hyper-organized, has laser-fast responsiveness, and considers the details of the details. More of a chill bride? Meaghan has a calming (and unflappable) presence and decisiveness that makes the process as stress free as possible and guarantees you won’t sweat the small stuff. Been planning your wedding since you were five? Meaghan will orchestrate and find the best team/vendors to bring your vision to life. Have only big picture ideas or or unsure what you want? Meaghan’s process, taste, and creativity will somehow shape a day that feels like you and gives life to what you couldn’t articulate. Are you all of those things depending on the day? You need Meaghan. Our wedding was a logistical challenge requiring multiple vendors, yet Meaghan pulled it off without a beat and without any stress on our part. (I truly believe Fox & Fern could handle a space shuttle launch). She made us both feel other-worldly and look great to our guests, as we are continuing to field praise about the weekend, compliments on thoughtfulness of the touches, and questions like “how could you have done all this?.” While we’d love to take credit and pretend we're that awesome, it’s all Meaghan. If you’re considering Fox & Fern, it’s likely you wedding will be an investment. And there is *no one* better to be a better steward of that investment than Meaghan — she will decipher the essential from the peripheral and be a true partner whose judgement and counsel you will value. There is not one decision we made under her guidance that we regret. If we could, I would hire her to captain my daily life, a home remodel, or any other major milestone. We are so grateful we found her and know that our wedding would not have been possible without her. If you have a chance to hire her, run don’t walk.

ife and bends over backwards to make it happen. With input from Meaghan, we ended up choosing a fantastic, but challenging venue to host our wedding: the Elberta Life Saving Station. It was my perfect place, but we had to do everything from scratch--all we got was a smallish building and parkland on the waterfront. She tackled this project like it was something she did in her sleep--I appreciated the fact that this was a huge challenge, but she didn't even mention it until about mid way through the process: she had pulled every member of her team to work on it and all would be on site to pull this off (her team flexed into a larger number come event time). This was Fox & Fern's Super Bowl! From her contacts with local vendors (priceless), to her exquisite taste, to her constant focus on spending only where spending made sense/expense tracking, to her positive attitude and outgoing style, to her tenacity when we were told "no" to some of my crazy ideas to try to make them happen, we could not be more happy and thankful for her and her team's help. Fox and Fern was undoubtedly the best money we spent on our wedding. We literally could not have pulled off our wedding without them. To help people understand her attention to detail and expertise: I am a partner in an international law firm with perfection being the only permitted outcome for my clients. Meaghan matched my ridiculous perfection standards 100% and channeled her energy into making sure my wedding didn't become my full-time job. At the same time, she understood that I was going to be involved in absolutely all aspects of this process, reviewing and scrutinizing every aspect. Meaghan was able to lock arms with me and execute at an impossible level. Our guests came from around the world and all corners of the US. She helped every one of them feel appreciated and special and many commented that every detail was considered: even the details on the details had been thought through. Here are some spontaneous comments we overheard: "Is a celebrity getting married across the water? We've never seen anything like this before!" -- people walking down the street in Frankfort, MI, looking across to the ELSS. "Meaghan is mad at me because I got to you to take off your veil before she did. She said I'm supposed to be having fun and not worrying about anything!" -- my niece. "Your band makes it feel like we're at a private concert with dancing! This is the best we've ever heard! Where did you get them (the Crasherz Band)?" -- guest. "You have dancing, cakes for every table, Moomers, firepits, play houses, yard games, late night food trucks and living room setups. Is there anything you didn't think of?" -- sister of the groom. I could go on, but hopefully this encaptures the magic that Meaghan and her team can bring to the experience. And ultimately: we will be hiring Meaghan again. I have many family members who will be getting married in the next few years and she and her team will be doing all of them. There is no other choice! As Meaghan said: "I love working with you and your family: Who's next?" We love her right back.

planning expert. The planning process was so smooth and our wedding turned out better than we could have ever imagined. The Fox + Fern team helped everything go perfectly as planned and went above and beyond to make it happen. If you want the best of the best, book Meaghan & her team!

r the event. Every one of them was so complimentary about the venue, the food, the decor and all the fabulous details Meghan helped to execute. She worked tirelessly to help bring my daughter's visions for her big day to fruition. She assisted with the invitations, welcome bags, transportation shuttles....and the most incredible wedding and reception with gorgeous place settings and flowers and signature cocktails for all! "By far the most beautiful wedding I have ever attended!" was a frequent comment from our guests. We were all amazed at how perfect the evening went. They took care of every possible issue, so that the bride and groom could enjoy their day to the fullest. We appreciate you all so much...you helped give us such fabulous memories. Thank you for making my daughter's dream wedding come true!

eekend come true while we were able to be present in the moment to moment. Thank you Kelsey!!

her expert local knowledge and amazing vendor relationships, she seamlessly guided us through the planning process, keeping us on track with milestones and deadlines. At the time, I was working at a job with a hectic schedule and late hours. Meaghan was so accommodating in working with my schedule to find the best times to meet. Additionally, the Fox + Fern team's software tools were so helpful in viewing every little detail during the planning process, including the timeline, budget, vendors, RSVPs, table layouts, and more. Meaghan is such a superb communicator. Any worry of mine or creative idea that I wanted to run by her would be answered swiftly via email or text. It felt like communicating with a friend who completely understood our creative vision and pulled off the wedding weekend of my dreams–what can only be described as magical or, as my dad likes to say, "a little slice of heaven." Meaghan, her team, and the incredible vendors she assembled for our special day embody the best of northern Michigan—professional, energetic, detail-oriented, fun, INCREDIBLY organized, communicative, honest, hard-working, and salt of the earth. During the planning process, all of the decision-making can be overwhelming. At a certain point, you have to put your trust in your planner’s recommendations and take a leap of faith. I advise anyone considering hiring the Fox and Fern team to take that leap of faith. It will be so worth it! All of Meaghan’s recommendations exceeded our expectations. Guests from our wedding are still talking about our delicious cake and food, flowers, invitation suite/ day-of paper goods, venue, drinks, photographer, band, and hair/makeup. Multiple guests said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. My bridesmaids and our guests commented on what a happy and chill bride I was the entire weekend. I believe that is due to Meaghan and her team’s competence, planning abilities, and can-do attitude. Our wedding weekend had a variety of locations and a complex 3 days of events. I honestly cannot think of a single thing that went wrong. Our wedding weekend was executed flawlessly and all of our vendors could not have been more lovely and caring. Now that our wedding is over, I wish we could do it all over again. Seeing all of the details come together was so rewarding and beautiful. I can only imagine how rewarding it must have been for Meaghan–we would not have been able to do it without her!!

our guests said it was the best wedding they'd ever been to.

artner Meaghan, we knew it was the perfect match. They took time out of their schedule to meet with us while we were up north on vacation, which immediately showed how dedicated and accommodating they are. During that meeting, they walked through our mood board, ideas, and budget, and from the start, it felt like they truly understood our vision and cared about bringing it to life. One of the things we appreciated most was their awareness of our budget. They never pushed us toward anything unnecessary, but instead, they worked creatively to get the most out of every dollar. Kelsey and her team were some of the most personable people we’ve ever met. At the beginning, we met with Kelsey every two weeks, and later transitioned to monthly check-ins as things progressed. Each meeting was reassuring and productive, and her online tracking system was an absolute game-changer. It made what could’ve been a stressful process feel so much more manageable. Kelsey updated everything promptly after every meeting, so we always felt organized and in control. Her communication was exceptional—she was always available, always responsive to our messages and emails, and she reached out to vendors immediately to ensure we explored all the best options. Kelsey didn’t settle for the first choice but made sure every vendor and detail matched our vision. As we got closer to the wedding date, we met with her more frequently, and she was with us every step of the way—attending tastings and meetings, and offering her expertise whenever needed. She never overstepped, but over time, we genuinely wanted her to be part of everything because she became more than just our planner—she felt like a friend. Kelsey’s local knowledge and network of vendors were unmatched. She knew someone in every industry and had a remarkable eye for design. She helped us curate our mood board and even played a part in designing our invitations. Her ability to manipulate resources and manage every moving part so seamlessly was incredible. The wedding weekend itself was beyond perfect. Kelsey and her team went above and beyond—from coordinating the walkthrough and welcome party the day before to making the wedding day run flawlessly. My wife and I didn’t have to lift a finger or stress about anything. Despite our wedding having many moving parts, everything ran 100% smoothly. Looking back on the months of planning, my wife and I still say that working with Fox and Fern was by far the best money we spent. Their professionalism, communication, and service were beyond exceptional, and we truly believe they are the best in the business. If you’re looking for someone who will take your vision, respect your budget, and make the entire process stress-free and fun, Kelsey and her team are the ones you want. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

way. From the moment we met Meaghan amidst interviewing with several different planners, things just clicked. She brought the exact energy that we needed - creative, organized, can-do attitude, and, most importantly, was so pleasant. As someone who was dreading the stuffy, obsessive nature of wedding planning, Meaghan brought such a refreshing vibe. She made the process fun and engaging by getting to know us and our various family members, connecting us with such strong vendors across the board (I’m not kidding - every single suggestion was the most outstanding bar tender, photographer, caterer we could have dreamed of), and making the most creative suggestions to help our wedding weekend feel so special and personal. While many planners may seem to offer similar aspects, Meaghan is that person who will feel like a true friend throughout the process - seeing through those harder requests, working on every iteration of an invitation’s wording or floral design until it’s just right, and, ultimately, being your champion in an otherwise daunting process. She brought to life our vision of an unforgettable Northern Michigan wedding weekend, with events in multiple locations to showcase our favorite spots of the area. Our guests are still raving about how iconic every moment of the weekend was and how smoothly it ran - all thanks to Meaghan and her team. Ultimately, the Fox + Fern team embodies the gold standard of professional design and execution capabilities paired with a bubbly, approachable spirit that any couple would be lucky to have. We were able to truly cherish every moment of our wedding weekend - including all of those thoughtful, personal details- because of Meaghan and team’s exceptional abilities.

edding planning process easy and stress free. Meaghan and team are truly so knowledgable and make sure everything is taken care of no matter what. They valued our opinions and the experience we wanted for ourselves as well as our guests. They made our dream day come to life, and we cannot recommend them enough. Such a hardworking, kind and fun team!

created a manageable timeline and her network of proven vendors allowed us to cut through a dizzying array of options and focus only on an expertly curated few. Most importantly, she took the time to get to know us and our preferences, asked the right questions and completely nailed the brief. In addition to nailing the wedding, she went well above and beyond to rescue our welcome dinner. With our wedding weekend stretching over four days, we naively thought we could handle some of the surrounding days on our own. We realized we made a mistake when the caterer we hired for the welcome dinner failed to show. With over forty people to feed, our options were limited and we didn't know what we were going to do. Kelsey immediately sprang into action and within minutes, by leveraging her contacts, she informed us that we would have food delivered within the hour. This alone made her worth every penny and more and we are forever in her debt. In short, if you're getting married in Northern Michigan, give Kelsey a call. It's the first decision we made and it's the best decision we made. And please learn from our mistakes - let her handle the full weekend. Photos by Mae Stier Photography

n’t be better

hing beyond our expectations. From the beginning, she wanted to get to know our personalities and understand what was important to us, which allowed the wedding to be representation of who we are. She perfectly articulated our thoughts (and many DM'd inspo photos) into words and created an amazing mood board to help us visualize everything from the florals to the place settings. She went above and beyond, sending us linen samples, and even arranging a mock-up meeting to ensure every detail was just right. The entire experience felt so personalized and special. Her strong relationships in the industry connected us with amazing vendors who we wouldn’t have otherwise discovered, elevating everything from the food, drinks, music, hair and makeup, and photographer. Planning an out-of-state wedding could have been very stressful, but she made the process so much easier with her exceptional communication, professional direction, and guidance every step of the way. What truly set her apart was her warm and joyful presence, making the entire planning process not just smooth but genuinely enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone who will make your dream wedding a reality, and a friend along the way, Fox + Fern is the one to trust. I would do it 100x over.

gan wedding industry and a past client and she did not disappoint. Planning a wedding from California felt daunting, but Meaghan made it incredibly easy. She was knowledgeable, proactive, organized (and fast), had incredible ideas, and had strong connections with some amazing vendors. We felt heard and understood throughout the 2 years we worked with her and always felt that her ideas and recommendations put our best interests first. We recommend her to anyone and everyone who wants to make their wedding planning process as stress-free and fun as possible.

decided I would try to find the best planner i could hire and hope they could fill her mom’s shoes. Fox and Fern, and specifically Kelsey, more than filled her shoes. Kelsey and team worked tirelessly and professionally. You don’t have to do any more research, hire Fox and Fern. It will be fun, it will be perfect, it will be a fantastic value, and you will have the wedding of your dreams. M. Bieker

king with Kelsey through the entire process. We had lot's of design control but the Fox and Fern team has endless contacts that gave us so many great choices to help execute the design. Can't thank the Fox and Fern team enough for everything they did!

you're looking for a wedding planner, 100% go with Fox & Fern. If you're not looking for a wedding planner, rethink this decision. Everyone kept asking me how stressed I was leading up to the wedding and every time my answer was "not at all, I have the best planner!" My bridesmaids all said what a chill bride I was the day of the wedding and it is absolutely because I had Kelsey with me every step of the way. Thanks for making me the happiest, most chill bride! We love you F&F!

day. When I walked into the reception for the first time I couldn't believe how beautiful it all was, I had zero notes. I miss our monthly zooms already. 10/10 recommend.

visioning for our wedding and she made our vision come to life. She is very thorough and detail-oriented, she is creative, and just a pleasure to work with. Day off, I knew everything was going to be coordinated and did not have to worry about the details at all. They are worth their weight in gold!

ded to build a platform on a remote beach in front of our vacation home and had to construct the venue, decor etc all from scratch. The venue and place also brought with it lots of complex family dynamics and people traveling from all around the world with all sorts of questions and anxieties. Meaghan patiently handled it all with grace, skill and humor. I am a high maintenance client with ridiculous attention to detail and a desire to bring together all sorts of design, culinary and other elements. Rather than feeling like a pain in the ass, Meaghan jumped in and elevated our vision, made us feel heard and worked tirelessly to make the impossible, possible all while working within our budget and myriad of other constraints. Something else we appreciated was the flexibility and creativity Meaghan was able to leverage out of vendors she works with, all of whom were top notch. I imagine this is because she treats them with respect, is reliable not only to her clients, but also to her partners, and has many happy customers, from both a B2B and B2C perspective. I cannot count how many people shared with me that our wedding was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever attended. While this was nice to hear and a testament to Meaghan helping us realize our vision in a stunning setting, most importantly, we had a blast at our own wedding soaking up the beauty of it all and enjoying all the details, interactions and once-in-a-lifetime moments with all of our people and each other. Meaghan seems to genuinely lover her work (or is a pro at pretending she does) and, if I were to characterize her professional superpower, it would be expertly setting expectations (that, if met, any reasonable client would be happy with) and then going above and beyond to over-deliver on all metrics. Her services are worth every penny and she's a pro at pulling off the seemingly impossible, all from quiet unassuming Northern Michigan.

rporating our inputs and also providing different ideas that we hadn't thought about yet. I would highly recommend working with her and the Fox + Fern team!

lt the most incredible vendor team with their expertise and personal connections. No detail was missing and every piece needed was thought through, which was so important being at a private residence and not a venue. Kelsey's work in pulling together the design aspects to make our dreams come true was absolutely perfect. They took what we described and made it a reality, while adding in ideas I never knew existed, elevating our event. This was the most crucial part for me as a bride who is type A but not at all creatively inclined. Leading up to the event we were able to relax and enjoy the whole wedding weekend because we knew we were in good hands. The day was absolutely perfect and went unbelievably smoothly (to me and my husbands knowledge). They made the whole process feel exciting, and our wedding day was so magical.

beyond! Everything was perfect from good, to décor, to flowers and everything in between!! My mom and I would highly recommend 11/10!!! She made it all seem so easy and effortless!!

also had a venue coordinator included in our venue package. However, we had family members with high expectations for what the wedding should be like. Meaghan delivered on everything from the vendor recommendations to the wedding design. She immediately got my vision and so graciously accepted feedback from my sometimes blunt family members. On wedding day itself, she was a solid, reassuring rock. We had some unexpected events - my reception dress zipper broke and my wedding veil didn't have a comb and had to be sown onto my hair, but through it, Meaghan was such a calm presence and helped me manage my stress levels. We love that Meaghan had a partial planning package (which is what we opted for). We wanted to still be very involved in the planning but wanted the guidance of a planner. Having her take over the last month of communication was so helpful because by that point, I was so burnt out, didn't want to fill out more vendor surveys and had to also help coordinate plans with my family. I also highly suspect we get extra services from other vendors due to Meaghan's connections in the industry. 100% recommend hiring Meaghan if you, like me, have a high maintenance family, just want a spectacular wedding for yourself, or want to be as stress-free as possible on wedding day. We seriously would not have enjoyed our wedding weekend as thoroughly as we did without Meaghan's help!

She was an ally from Day 1, helping us choose the right vendors, and plan our dream wedding from nothing to the most beautiful wedding many of our guests had ever seen (their words, not ours!). Meaghan was a complete professional, always willing to go the extra mile for us. And on the day of the wedding, while we were enjoying all the fun, she was working behind the scenes to make sure every single thing was exactly perfect. Thanks to her and her wonderful team, everything was exactly perfect, and we did not have to worry about a thing! We would without a doubt recommend fox + fern to ANYONE looking for a full-service wedding planner. They are the best in the business.

n. And overall, even with their fees, believe we ended up *SAVING* money thanks to their support. I could not recommend Fox + Fern enough. Truly excellent people and experience.

he entire weekend exactly what we wanted. Throughout the planning process, she was able to strike the perfect balance between being an always-on sounding board while also letting us know when we were over-thinking something. She was open and honest about vendors and made it clear when she thought someone was worth paying more for and/or where we could skimp. She was/is a consummate professional who clearly has the respect of everyone in the industry in Northern Michigan. I honestly cannot recommend her more highly.

possibly imagined. We will never forget our wedding day and are so so thankful to have had all the support and creativity from Meaghan and team throughout our entire planning process. Meaghan made Wedding Planning fun, enjoyable, and exciting - not stressful!

r and Megan dealt with any issue that came up promptly. Our wedding day went great thanks to Kelsey and her team, and there were so many details that made their coordination far beyond anything I expected. They seem very well connected with all the vendors in the area which is a huge bonus. Everything was beautiful, which is to be expected if you’ve seen pictures of the weddings they’ve done, and we are forever appreciative for all the work they did helping us make our visions a reality!

d've imagined. Meaghan went above and beyond to make sure the day went smoothly and had the important touches that my husband and I wanted. I highly recommend fox + fern to any bride!

s by all the venues that we had been looking at and in our initial interview with Meaghan, we understood why. She is incredibly personable and so helpful with suggestions both for design and vendors. Throughout the year, we had several check ins and she was great at helping keep us on track. And the design of the wedding was exactly what we were going for; we wanted our wedding to have nods to Indian culture while embracing the Northern Michigan beach / lakeshore setting. It was definitely different from what Fox & Fern was used to but they hit it out of the park and it was such a beautiful wedding. Meaghan and the Fox & Fern team relieved so much stress from the wedding planning process and they were the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd reasons why our wedding day went off without a hitch. Highly recommend!

have for such a size, and everything came together perfectly. We had so many guests comment that this was the nicest wedding they have ever been to! We would highly recommend hiring this team for your event.

ur imagination. Her team is so special and I would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding in Northern Michigan (or anywhere). We will forever be grateful for everything Meaghan did for us and how special the entire planning experience was. If she’s available on your date, don’t think twice.

thorough, thoughtful, expert, and helpful professionals we've ever seen in action. They couldn't have been more responsive, every single vendor we spoke with sang their praises, and they insulated us from more of the stress and logistics than we ever could've imagined. Hands-down some of the best dollars we've ever spent, and so much fun along the way. Our wedding weekend really couldn't have turned out more perfectly. Just wish we could continue working with fox & fern on other events going forward.

g process and I trusted her 100%. We had a 3-day wedding weekend: rehearsal dinner/welcome party, wedding, and wedding brunch the day after, and they were on top of all the details! Fox + Fern are the real deal and I don't know what I would have done without them. Kelsey, I miss you!

ughout the process and during the wedding day. If you work with them, you won't regret it.

and I were stress free throughout the process . Meaghan expertly managed the process when we needed to change the venue with 3 months to go due to Covid . She was professional ,knowledgeable and fun to work with . She had my daughters vision first and foremost when helping us plan the event . I am STILL so appreciative of Meghan and her team - even as I write this 2 1/2 months later !!

r and coordinator. Meaghan has connections with and recommended the most amazing local vendors who were able to make our wedding day and reception even better than we could have imagined. Although the day flew by, we were able to enjoy all the little moments and visit with our guests because Meaghan and the F+F team were so organized and on top of everything. Not only is Meaghan well connected, but she is an amazing person and incredibly good at what she does, she guided us through the entire wedding planning process in the middle of a pandemic with ever changing restrictions. Meaghan even helped me to get a stain out of the back of my dress minutes before I walked down the aisle, there’s nothing she can’t do!

ally arrived it was PERFECT. Better than we could have ever imagined. If there were any issues or slip ups on our wedding day, I had no idea about them--she handled everything behind the scenes and went above and beyond what was expected. As the event was wrapping up, she even went so far as to drop off all of our stuff from the wedding at my parents house including all of the gifts, a giant picture we used as our guest book and a tub of Moomers ice cream she put in my parents freezer so we could have it after the event. She dropped that stuff off and came back in like 20 minutes and we didn't even know she left to go do that. I found out the next day! She is truly amazing. All of the things she did behind the scenes to make our day perfect and that allowed my husband and I to enjoy the day without a care in the world, I am forever grateful. If you're looking for a wedding planner in the Traverse City area, I cannot recommend Meaghan and her team at Fox and Fern Events enough. Her and her team are amazing to work with, they go above and beyond for their clients and they truly helped to make our wedding the best day of our lives.

r than their attention to detail was how well they listened. While F&F has impeccable taste, they didn't try to steer us to their preferences, but instead made our vision come to life. The result was beautiful, and better than what we had imagined. And they were such a pleasure to work with. As a result, we were able to focus on each other and our friends and family during the wedding day. Hire them!

to have them help us plan our wedding, we felt heard and understood. From putting together preliminary budget options based on our vision for the day, to suggesting vendors who fit within that budget, the up-front on-boarding and planning process was simple and their communication was excellent. We eventually were paired up with Kelsey, one of the team's lead planners, to guide us through the remainder of the planning process. We ran into a huge hiccup a few months into planning when our tent/rental vendor went out of business. Kelsey and F+F's owner, Meaghan, called us immediately to talk through what had happened and put a plan of action in place to get our deposit back and to book a new vendor within a few days. You always hear that most couples have something go awry during planning, and we thought that would be ours - ha! Enter COVID. We ultimately decided to postpone our celebration to the following year (this summer) and Kelsey helped us navigate that decision process and changing all of our vendor contracts. We can't imagine having been a couple planning a wedding and changing plans during COVID without Fox+Fern - this is why you hire professionals! Fast forward to the last few months leading up to our wedding celebration; Kelsey managed vendor communication which was extremely helpful - there is so much to keep straight and make sure everyone is on the same page! Day-of, she was checking in with us to make sure we knew what was going on when the weather decided to storm all morning and our tent couldn't be set up as early as planned. But the tent went up and they pulled everything together that afternoon and gave us a flawless evening. Once guests arrived and the party got started, it was smooth sailing - as far as we knew! We received so many compliments on how professional Kelsey, Meaghan and the rest of the Fox+Fern team was that day and how seamlessly the evening went, as well as many comments from guests that it was the best wedding they'd ever attended! If that isn't a ringing endorsement, I'm not sure what is! We are endlessly grateful to have had Kelsey and Fox+Fern on our team throughout the past few years as we planned and then re-planned our wedding celebration. They are the best in the biz and we will miss working with them! Thank you so much, Meaghan, Kelsey, Kendal and the rest of the Fox+Fern crew!!! Couldn't have done it without you!

g to help in any way they can, very resourceful (I swear they know everyone in the Northern MI wedding industry), very reliable, always reachable, and also just SUPER nice ladies. Truly the best investment we made in wedding planning!!!

She worked so hard to find vendors that fit our style and sensibilities, and she is unbelievably organized. On top of that, she is kind, caring, and funny -- she is a genuine pleasure to work with. It absolutely POURED the day of, and our rain plan was still gorgeous. Plus, all of my friends were amazed at how on top of things Meaghan and her crew were -- they quickly and efficiently handled every possible issue that arose, and you never saw them break a sweat. I would confidently and warmly recommend fox + fern to plan your event. I'm so happy we got to work with Meaghan, and so lucky that she was a part of our special day.
