Founders Hall was the perfect venue for our wedding and fit our vision of a modern city wedding. It was so memorable for our guest, from the beautiful ceiling, the large amount of...
space, and the tall trees inside. We worked with Abby throughout the process and she was amazing. She was very responsive, and helpful! We also loved how pretty much everything was included with this venue so we didn't have to use many outside vendors! Highly recommend this venue if you are looking for something unique and beautiful! The food was delicious too!
We were so pleased with our experience with Founders Hall and Aria. Jenny made everything so smooth and stress free with the planning and the day of staff was professional and prom...
pt and accommodating. I felt we got a great value for our money and the venue was perfect for what we wanted. We used Arias linens and tables and chairs and it really helped make things less stressful with rentals etc! The items were in excellent condition and looked beautiful. I would recommend Founders/Aria to anyone. Their staff was absolutely fantastic and we all had a wonderful time!
Our daughter's wedding at Founder's Hall was pretty much perfect. Jenny and Mariah were wonderful throughout the process. They were extremely responsive and so patient working with...
me as an out of town MOB. The venue itself is stunning. It provides an urban feel but is still warm and inviting. The atrium ceiling is gorgeous. Cannot say enough about this venue and the people we worked with. I'd say it was a good value but the minimum expenditure for food/beverage is pretty high so you need to have at least 150 at your reception.
Working with Jenny at Founders hall was great. She was able to accommodate our busy schedule and meet us after work hours in order to have our meetings leading up to the big day. T...
he catering staff was super attentive to our needs and the needs of our guest, and although the vegetarian option was inedible, the chef at Aria was able to fix the option so the vegetarian's were not left without food. The setup and break down of the draping at founders all was done by their professional staff, and it's basically like they were unseen. The main negative about using Founders Hall as our venue were the added costs associated with the venue that were not clearly described to us when we contracted with them. Make sure to ask lots of questions prior to signing your contract!
We found Founders Halls for the Herring-McNabb wedding using The Knot venue concierge. The venue had the modern appeal I was looking for and it was a great choice! I worked with Je...
nny throughout the planning process and she was amazing. The flexibility she showed to my husband and I was invaluable since we live in D.C. The food for the wedding was delicious and the staff was very attentive. We also worked with Mariah since Jenny was far along in her pregnancy, and Mariah did an amazing job the day of. My mother told me a table was about to collapse and the staff quickly caught everything...I didn't even know about this until the wedding was over! I was also feeling sick due to my nerves and Mariah gave me some tums to soothe my stomach...she was just really sweet the entire evening. Thank you Aria and Founders Hall for your hard work!
Founders Hall is an amazing deal for Uptown Charlotte! Picking a wedding venue was difficult for my husband and I because we had such a big wedding (about 300 guests). Founders Hal...
l was the perfect space because it could actually fit us, was well within our budget, and really, was all-inclusive. Renting out the space comes with tables, linens, silverware, cushioned chivari chairs, a baby grand piano, overhead colored- lighting, and much more. Aria Tuscan Grill is the preferred vendor as you must spend $10K with them before bringing in external vendors, but that was easy to do with our guest size. The actual rental fee was about 1/4 that of anything you'll be able to find in Uptown Charlotte -
super super reasonable. The space itself was gorgeous and really, didn't need much to decorate it! The wedding planner associated with Founders Hall/Aria, Jenny, is amazing to work with - she's very responsive and really has so much knowledge about the wedding industry. We had the perfect wedding day!
Aria and Founders Hall were so great to work with! Jenny Ross is amazing! The staff including Moriah were wonderful! They were so helpful when we had to shuffle some plans around....
They accommodated us and were so sweet about the unfortunate circumstances that had nothing to do with Founders Hall or Aria. The food is excellent and service impeccable! :)
For a rehearsal dinner of 50-60 guests, the 2nd floor area of Aria is a great pick. The staff was engaged, timely, polite, and flexible. We could not have asked for more!
This a beautiful place for a wedding reception with a lot of space. An ideal location for those who want to give their guests a taste of Uptown Charlotte. After the reception many ...
guests went across the street to the EpiCenter to continue the party! There was a lot of confusion when setting up tasting times and finalizing out the invoice for food and beverages took more iterations than what one would expect.
