th communication and were so personable. They helped us plan out our timeline of the day which was a HUGE stress reliever for us. They also listened to our vision and brought it to life on our wedding day! We could not have asked for a better experience with them. They’ll forever hold a place in our hearts for making our day everything we could dream of and more!

f communication every step of the way. You will have your wedding photos to look back on for the rest of your life, so making an investment in a top notch photographer is worth every penny. We definitely had a great experience with Found Light Studios- highly recommend!
Good to work with - was the vendor I was most excited about
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Found Light Studios! I found them by accident, and my husband and I are beyond grateful for the stunning photos that capture our engageme...
nt and our wedding day perfectly! Found Light Studios is different from all the other photography studios because they truly care about you as a person as opposed to just being a client. From the very first meeting I had with them, they listened to me about my vision for my wedding photography and asked me questions to gain a deeper understanding of my vision so they could execute it. For our engagement photo shoot, they helped my husband and I choose a place that was special to us and then provided us with our photographer’s contact info before the shoot. On the day of our engagement photos, our photographer contacted us to confirm our time and location, and checked in to make sure we arrived safely. At the photo shoot, our photographer made us feel so comfortable by getting to know who we were as people and as a couple. The photographer was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They provided suggestions for poses if my husband and I were stuck, but they also photographed us candidly. After the engagement photo shoot, Alain (the owner of the studio) met with my husband and I multiple times so we could create and solidify our wedding timeline, establish and solidify all the kind of photos we wished to have (family portraits, bridesmaids and groomsmen portraits), and check in on us so we would not get too overwhelmed with the process. My husband and I were equally heard, and Alain accommodated all of our requests. Everything you need to complete is virtual, so you don’t need to worry about losing any paperwork or forms. Alain was extremely accommodating with schedules and conducting virtual meetings since my husband was out of state. The day of the wedding, Alain and James were a well oiled machine. They arrived early and stayed with my husband and I all day. Alain and James took charge and captured some of the most beautiful photos I have ever seen. They helped everyone stick to our wedding timeline while also assisting us in having fun and enjoying the best day of our lives. They took my husband and I’s suggestions for photo locations at our reception the day of, and were creative and thoughtful when my mom gave me some other ideas for wedding photos. My biggest worry was that I would not have enough photos of my wedding day and that all my small moments that occurred in the midst of all the big moments would not be captured, but Alain and James beautifully captured every single moment of my husband and I’s wedding day! Found Light Studios is devoted to ensuring all your dreams and wishes are achieved, and they are by far the best photography company to hire for any occasion or event.

re our vision aligned for our photoshoot. My fiancé and I got to work with David for our engagement photoshoot, and he gave us pose suggestions throughout the process, which made it so much fun! David is truly talented, and knows how to “find the light!” Our photos turned out amazing, and we couldn’t have imagined working with anyone else!

Beyond his talent, Alain’s friendly and affable demeanor made our experience truly enjoyable. He knew how to keep everyone relaxed in front of the camera, which led to authentic smiles and candid shots that perfectly captured the joy of the day. We couldn’t be happier with our wedding photos, and we wholeheartedly recommend Alain to any couple looking for a knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and incredibly personable photographer.

James was our engagement shoot photographer and immediately we felt at ease and connected with him. He did a good job having us pose in ways that didn’t make us feel awkward, and scoped out scenery and led us through our shoot.
During our final planning session, they helped me find an alternate photo location as the one I booked needed a permit and I couldn’t get it in time. They took the stress off me and for that I’m so grateful!
On our day, we had James and David. Both were amazing and we got along so well. David helped wrangle our groomsmen and James worked with the bridesmaids and it was perfect! We are so happy.
You won’t regret booking with them! So so happy with our decision!
We had a great experience with Found Light Studios for our wedding, and I would highlight two main features: exceptional quality of the final product, and a personalized experience...
.
When we started looking for a wedding photographer, we began with very large studios in the Chicago area, and quickly realized that attentiveness or the customer experience are not a priority. One horror story: we set up a meeting with a large studio, scheduled it, confirmed the date and time via email, showed up on Zoom and then they ghosted us (we didn't even get the "sorry we missed you!" email the next day, or ever). This was a good indicator that we needed to go with a studio that has a personalized touch and actually cares about us.
From the beginning, Found Light Studios did a great job of making time for us and really demonstrating that they cared about our wedding in the same way that we did. You only get one shot at the big day, so it boosted our confidence to work with a team that put the effort in to see us as couple, and not the 500th event of the season.
Another huge plus is that we got to work with our photographer, James, on an engagement shoot, which went a long way to warming things up and getting us comfortable for our wedding day. Even more importantly, when we got the engagement photos back, we were stunned at how beautiful they were. This really built our confidence that we were working with an awesome group of professionals that know their craft.
I'm happy to report that we just recently got our finalized photos back from the wedding and they were even better than the engagement photos-- truly high quality work that captured beautiful moments throughout our day. It's always a good feeling to be excited about your photos, but it's an even better feeling to show them to your friends and family over the holidays, and they're just as excited as you. ( :

This company will listen to the style of photographs you in vision for your wedding and truly make it a stress free day for you and everyone else.

James was our lead photographer for the wedding day, with Alain as second, and both did such a phenomenal job. My husband and I felt so at ease with them, and the photos turned out absolutely stunning. They captured so many small moments that we're so grateful to have on photo. The whole team worked so hard to make sure they captured what we were looking for and throughout the process Alain checked in to see how we were doing. I cannot recommend them enough if you want a truly supportive photographer who will listen to you and make sure you're taken care of.

We appreciated their eagerness to "think outside the box" in terms of style and shoot location to ensure our photos were unique and meaningful to us.
We were especially grateful for their efficiency when taking family photos. They handled our group with ease and kindness...and got them to the cocktail reception in no time!
Thank you, thank you, thank you for capturing our day!
Alain was great to work with! He captured our wedding expertly, was very personable, and made the whole photography experience a breeze.

and easy to work with. We found him to be extremely personable and friendly, and every time we met with him, it felt like we were meeting with a friend who was helping us prepare and plan for our wedding. Alain was very committed to not just being our photographer but partnering with us to make sure we felt good about our day overall, with great advice and recommendations well beyond the photography. I felt like he valued us as people and wanted to deliver for us because he liked us and not just because we were paying him. On top of Alain's friendly attitude and helpfulness, he's also very good at what he does. My husband and I are not the most comfortable in front of a camera and Alain was great at guiding us through our engagement shoot and wedding photos, suggesting poses and adjustments to make for better shots. During our wedding day, Alain and David blended in to capture the day and candid guest moments while prioritizing the types of shots we wanted the most. We were so happy with the photos from our engagement shoot and can't wait to see the wedding photos!

Alain shot our 'pandemic' wedding this past June and we were so happy with the photos! We planned a last minute wedding , in 11 days due to change in plans. Alain not only helpe...
d us in the days leading up to the wedding , but he was amazing that day too! He found the perfect spots to take photos and saw details and view points only a true artist could, but he also listened to our ideas and suggestions too. He made us feel very comfortable and was even humorous at times which I think added a level of comfort and ease on a day that would otherwise bring some nerves. Highly recommend!
Great experience having Alain shoot the photos for our wedding. Professional, creative, talented and fun. What more could you want on your wedding day?

We are so happy with the results as the photos are simply stunning. Great memories of the best day of our lives. Thank you Found Light Studios. 💕
Alain Milotti of Found Light Studios is fantastic! My husband and I were able to marry in May in the midst of the pandemic, and Alain was a major part of the success of the wedding...
. Having previously planned for 150 people, Alain adapted with us, provided helpful suggestions, and ended up taking beautiful, intimate pictures of seven attendees (including the bride and groom) at our wedding and lunch reception afterwards. We and our guests were quite impressed with Alain’s professionalism, camerawork, and how he was able to bring out everyone’s “best side” without unnatural posing or staging. That he is highly skilled and loves what he does shone through in the stunning photos that captured the joy and tenderness of the occasion. We would not hesitate to hire Alain/Found Light Studios again!
Found Light and Alain are amazing photographers and we had the pleasure of having them join our wedding day. They are not only talented in their work but honest, creative and humor...
ous! Of the many photographers my husband and I spoke with when interviewing photographers, Alain was the only one to ask about our personality and history in order to better represent us in photos. AJ, our second photographer, was just as talented and captured the same style we discussed with Alain. One of the best vendors we chose! ❤️❤️
Choosing Found Light and Alain was the best and easiest part of wedding planning for us! I placed a lot of emphasis on photography for our wedding, knowing the photographer's style...
would be how we remember our day forever. I wanted warm, bright, candid, photos with an edgy urban feel all at the same time. Alain and his partner Sonce delivered beyond our expectations, and to say I'm obsessed with our pictures is an understatement!
We decided to have Alain shoot our engagement pics first, which was the perfect warm up for my camera-shy husband. He got comfortable in front of the camera and more importantly familiar with Alain, which I now know translates into how natural you look in pictures.
On wedding day, we had so much fun with Alain and Sonce...it didn't feel like we had "photographers following us around all day", but more like friends capturing all the special moments and making us laugh the whole way through. Alain is an expert with natural lighting, and our pictures with the sun setting over our venue, family, and friends are some of my favorites. I was extra thankful to receive a healthy dose of previews shortly after the wedding, which were beautifully edited. The full package was delivered professionally and very well organized for sharing, downloading, and printing. I highly recommend Found Light Studios and the talented Alain for your special day!

took! They make you feel at ease in front of the camera and it was truly like working with friends, which made it easy to just have fun with everything all day. We could not be happier with everything and highly recommend Found Light Studios 😊
We cannot say enough about Alain and his team (Laura and AJ) at Found Light. We are absolutely thrilled with our photos – maybe “obsessed” is a better term! Alain is truly talent...
ed and has a special eye for composing photos. His ability to create unique and natural poses with any sort of background is truly remarkable. My husband and I tend to look awkward when photographed together, but none of Alain’s photos looked cheesy or posed. We love that he was able to capture so many sweet moments without making them look forced. He is so easy-going and reassuring, and it put us both at ease. What could’ve been a stressful day was a ton of fun for us.
From start to finish, Alain made everything so easy. He presented us with all our options and guided us through the process. We also loved that he wasn’t pushy – we could tell that his goal was truly to make our day special and memorable. Since our wedding was in November and the weather could be hit or miss, we had no idea where we should go for photos. We met with Alain and Laura, and they had great suggestions for both the timeline and locations. We followed their recommendations and could not have been happier!! They suggested places we would never have thought of on our own, so we were grateful for their expertise.
On the day of our wedding, I had planned to have us take a taxi to the various locations, but it ended up being so cold out that we weren’t too keen on the idea of waiting for a taxi as we went from place to place. Alain worked with the hotel behind the scenes and arranged for a black car to drive us (for no more than it would’ve cost us to get multiple cabs!) He made it SO easy – all we had to do was show up, and everything else was taken care of! Alain and AJ did this set of photos together, and they were incredible as a team. We get so many compliments on the creativity and uniqueness of these photos!
We also LOVE the photos from our ceremony and reception. They captured so many special moments and candid smiles. There were moments caught on camera that we didn’t even know had happened, so it has been a ton of fun looking through the photos and re-creating the night.
I would highly recommend Alain and his team at Found Light, and will definitely use them again myself in the future for any other big life events!
We would definitely recommend Found light studios for your wedding day! Alain was professional, personal and did a wonderful job capturing all the important aspects of our wedding ...
day. The price was also reasonable and we received a beautiful album with way more pictures than we expected that were all laid out beautifully. Alain does a great job making you feel comfortable and it feels like one of your good friends is taking your pictures. We would definitely recommend Alain and AJ if you are looking for a photographer for your wedding day!
Choosing a wedding photographer is a really important decision; they're responsible for memorializing the biggest day of your lives. We're so lucky to have made the right - dare I ...
say best - decision in working with Found Light for ours. Alain and AJ are pros and the results speak for themselves.
There are a couple of key factors that really differentiate great photographers from the rest of the pack. Of course the quality of their work matters, but so does the photographer's ability to manage every situation. That includes taking control when needed, providing confident recommendations with respect to location, ability to adapt on the fly, and the sense to understand and accommodate different personalities. None of these things are easy, and the Found Light team nails them all.
We especially appreciated the care with which both Alain and AJ approached our vision for the day. They captured every detail we wanted and more. They both picked up on on our personalities, and in the end that's what made the difference.
I can't recommend Found Light enough. In a word, these guys are awesome. Book them now if you have the opportunity.
Selecting our photographer was at the top of my list of importance for decisions regarding our wedding day. Aside from the dress, it was the one thing that mattered the most to me...
. After all the time, money, and stress that goes into planning and executing your big day, the pictures (and memories) are really all that you have left once it's over. Alain was nothing but amazing, he exceeded any and all expectations that were initially set. After thorough research, we selected him a year prior to our wedding day and he was in constant communication through the big day and even after. He gave us suggestions when needed, returned email/calls/texts/ promptly, met in person a handful of times at our request, and created a package to customize our needs. Alain has the natural talent combined with the professionalism and down to earth personality that is hard to find. My husband and I felt completely comfortable around both him and his assistant for the engagement photos and the 10 hour wedding day. Alain went out of his way to ensure that he fully understood exactly what we were looking for in terms of a final product. He knew the kinds of poses I preferred and the ones I did not want to waste time on. He also really helped with creating our day of timeline and made his best attempt to stay on target, this ensured all photo opportunities would be fulfilled. Our photos are sheer perfection, it is an understatement to say that I am obsessed with them. Alain truly captured so many great candid moments from our wedding, even the moments I was not able to see first hand. I only have positive words to share about both Alain and the photos he is able to create, he truly has a unique gift!

Words cannot express how lucky we feel that we stumbled upon Found Light Studios on our wedding photographer search. From the minute we met Alain Milotti, we knew he was the right...
photographer for us. Not only did we love his photography style (he really does know how to find the light!), but we loved his passion for his work, and his love for capturing special moments for his clients. Alain and I were constantly in contact, whether that was me sending him screen shots of poses I liked (or that I didn't like!), or to ask his personal opinion on something. Alain was always open to meeting whenever I'd like. He was there for our walk through at the venue, which made me even more confident during the process. The day of the wedding, Alain and his assistant, AJ, couldn't have been more sweet, caring, professional, and FUN!!! He was with us for 10 hours, and I couldn't have been happier with his professionalism and his photos. He literally captured so many special moments. The album that we received (included in our package), is the most beautiful thing. All of our family and friends who have seen in commented on how beautiful and unique it was. We will always have a special fondness for Found Light Studios, and we cant thank them enough for capturing the most special day of our lives :)

uests had with Alain and his assistant AJ, and the beautiful images they took. We wanted our photos to have a candid feel, and Alain honored this while still coordinating shots with key members of our families. Alain struck the perfect balance between making recommendations that only a seasoned pro can, and deferring to our vision for the day. He truly captured the joy of the day, and added to it! We had so much fun with him. On top of it all, Found Light Studios is very fairly priced. We would absolutely hire Alain and team again to photograph important moments or occasions.

tojournalistic style of photography, capturing real emotions and using natural light as much as possible. From our initial discussions to the final product, working with Found Light was a seamless process, and I couldn't be happier with the end products. Alain is also funny, easygoing and our personality styles truly meshed, which helped us be even more comfortable working with him and his team.
Alain and his team truly captured the fun of our wedding day from start to finish -- and when I look back on the day, I don't even remember them being there during the ceremony and reception (a true sign of professionalism!). They were able to capture every moment without getting in the way of the day's events.
Our wedding photos are something we'll truly cherish forever, and Alain and team really delivered on what I was looking for -- showcasing our relationship in an authentic way and using natural, bright light to bring the best out of everyone. Highly recommend working with this team!
I don't even know where to begin... let's start with, if you're on the search for your wedding photographer, your search ends here. Working with Alain at Found Light Studios was no...
thing short of amazing; I've obviously never had a wedding photographer before and I couldn't have asked or hoped for a better experience. From the start, we met with Alain and knew that he would be our perfect photographer. He got to really know us so that we would feel as comfortable as possible on our Big Day. I was very nervous since I've never really had my picture taken before, but I could not have felt more comfortable. He is extremely professional and is wonderful at his art, but at the same time, he is so personable and easy to be friends with, making the entire experience that much more excellent. I hear of people who meet their wedding photographer on their actual wedding day... I CANNOT imagine that! It was very special how important it was to Alain to really get to know us, so that he could be the best photographer for us. On Wedding Day, our photographers arrived on time and we were excited to see them, knowing that great photos would be taken and we were already friendly and comfortable.... although my wedding was only a month ago, we've already received the photos and they are absolutely stunning. People keep asking me which ones are my favorite, and to narrow down my "favorite" to even 100 would be impossible. So many beautiful moments were captured from our special day, I could not be more thankful and happy that we chose Found Light Studios. Alain & AJ were absolutely perfect, and I could not recommend them enough. I am so happy with how our photos turned out and how the experience went the entire time. Photos will be the vital part in keeping our wedding memories alive throughout our years together, and I can't wait for the day many, many years down the line when we're old grandparents and our family can sit together enjoying the beautiful, perfectly precious moments that were captured. I can guarantee that choosing Found Light Studios for your wedding will be one of the best decisions you make; looking back, our photos were one of the biggest investments and MOST IMPORTANT parts of our wedding. Cannot say one bad/negative thing about them.
Thank you Alain, for being the best :)
