We are so happy with our decision to move forward with Fork & Flair for catering for our wedding! We had the pleasure to work with MJ and he was so attentive and helpful. The food was also SO delicious and we received so many compliments! The F&F team can really make anything happen! We were able to do a fun single serve charcuterie cones that were such a HIT! I can't recommend F&F enough!!

This team absolutely blew all of our hopes and expectations out of the water!! Here are a few reasons why 🫶🏼
From the very beginning, they brought an incredible level of professionalism, organization, and expertise—but what truly set them apart was their energy. Every single person showed up with enthusiasm, positivity, and a genuine passion for making the day special.
Planning a wedding at a private residence comes with countless moving pieces, and they handled every detail with confidence, grace, and a smile. They anticipated needs before we even had to ask, communicated seamlessly, and made the entire process feel effortless.
The service team was so communicative and professional -- they butler passed hors d'oeuvres, completed a full plated service, and handled our dessert portion of the evening.... all flawlessly... at the end of the evening I went back into our house where they had all of the setup stationed and said out loud "WOW, you are leaving this kitchen CLEANER than it started!!" ...I couldn't believe my eyes! Everyone was SO wonderful.
As someone who works in this industry every day, I know firsthand how much effort goes into creating a flawless event. Exceptional service can be hard to find, and this team delivered it at every turn. As a client, I was beyond impressed. As a sister, I was incredibly grateful. 🙏🏼

Their personable team aims to go above and beyond to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.
With their customers always in mind, Fork & Flair Catering has developed a range of mouth-watering dishes. After saying “I do,” you and your partner can share hot and chilled hors d’oeuvres with loved ones at your cocktail hour. Selections include chicken satay, mac and cheese bites, watermelon feta mint skewers, shrimp lollipops with lemon, and more. For the main meal, menu options such as prime rib, sauteed scallops, and wild mushroom ravioli are available. To ensure that you’re happy with your menu for the big day, they welcome you to meet with them for a complimentary tasting session.
In addition to catering, Fork & Flair Catering is happy to offer to-be-weds rental services. For as seamless a planning experience as possible, they have curated a collection of top-notch event items. For those hosting rustic-chic celebrations, farm chairs, wooden tables, and log-style benches are available. A number of folding chairs in various designs can be provided for ceremonies, followed by eye-catching Chiavari chairs for receptions. Tables, as well as linens, tents, bars, custom china, flatware, and more, can also be supplied.

MJ went above and beyond in helping us navigate tastings and meal options, taking detailed notes, and ensuring every element of our allergy list was flawlessly accommodated. His level of care and commitment gave us total peace of mind, and it was clear from the start how much pride he takes in making sure every guest feels safe, included, and well-fed.
The food itself was absolutely phenomenal! There were so many delicious options during our tasting that we truly had a hard time deciding on the final menu. Our guests are still raving about the meal, from the passed hors d'oeuvres to the perfectly cooked entrées to the late-night snack of smash’tinis, everything was delicious, and beautifully presented. We’ve even had people who couldn’t attend the wedding say that they heard how incredible the food was the entire evening!
But beyond the food, what stood out most was the service. MJ and his team were kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We felt completely taken care of, and that allowed us to just relax and enjoy the day. We truly can’t thank MJ and Fork & Flair enough for helping to make our wedding so memorable and meaningful!

personalize our menu. Deciding to go with Fork & Flair was not a difficult decision at all, but narrowing down our menu was because of how fantastic everything tasted. We also had tons of options we could choose from for our late night snack too and while brainstorming Fork & Flair really could’ve made whatever late night snack we wanted. Devin and the entire Fork & Flair team was very easy to work with and very responsive. Even with frequent adjustments to our menu and questions their team was very flexible, quick to adjust our quote, and let us make changes quite close to the actual wedding date. I also was really grateful for how serious the Fork & Flair team was with our guests with allergies. The last thing you want to be worried about on your wedding day is one of your guests having a serious allergic reaction due to a mistake in the kitchen or in serving. Devin made sure to specify which dishes contained which allergens and included my requests for keeping certain entrees separate and served on separate trays in instructions to the servers. Our guests also raved about the food at our wedding and had nothing but good things to say about their meals. After being to so many weddings and people commenting on lackluster or dry food, I wanted to be sure that wasn’t the case at our wedding and was thrilled to get that confirmation directly from our guests! Lastly, while price isn’t everything, it is super important in sticking to a budget and I felt like the Fork & Flair was extremely competitive from a pricing standpoint while not having to compromise on quality or needing to do buffet rather than plated service.

Devin was extremely accommodating as we changed our minds and even needed to add an extra meal during the final days before the wedding. At the wedding itself, the guests had only good things to say about the food, and noted how it felt like the appetizers never seemed to run out. I personally felt like the staff was the nicest group of people we could have asked for...always checking in with us as the bride and groom and working closely with our coordinator to time things just right. I also found the prices to be extremely reasonable amongst the other vendors we sampled/secured quotes from; especially considering how good the food was. Highly recommend F&F!!

With ~260 guests, our wedding was quite large. Devin and the rest of the catering team at Fork & Flair did an excellent job at making sure we stayed on time, dinner service was on-track, and we couldn't have been happier with it all.
One of the nicest touches was how they thought to leave appetizers, which were passed during cocktail hour, at my husband and my plate before dinner started, knowing that we wouldn't have had time to eat. We enjoyed this because we didn't miss out on this aspect of our day, plus the small gesture just showed how much they were thinking of every little thing to make our day perfect.

She was flexible in offering numerous linen and table setting options and was patient with us when we couldn't make up our minds (our invoice must have gone through at least a trillion revisions, but it didn't seem to bother Devin)! The day of couldn't have gone any smoother. Fork and Flair staff were all very professional and helped us with cuing speeches and other events that revolved around food/service. The passed appetizers we chose were the pork skewers with mango, mac and cheese bites, sausage stuffed mushrooms, and the phyllo cup with strawberry. All were fantastic. Then for dinner, we went with braised beef roast with red wine demi and mashed potatoes, artichoke stuffed chicken with mushroom risotto (both had seasoned veggies), and then a vegetarian option of gnocchi in pesto cream sauce. All meals came out hot and timely. Numerous guests said it was some of the best food they've ever had at a wedding and complimented that there was something for everyone on the menu. Extra shout out to the braised beef roast for the entree and mushroom risotto for a starch. Incredibly tasty. great and everyone talked about how good it all was. They even left a plate with the passed appetizers by our dinner places so we could try them, even though we were too busy to eat during the cocktail hour.
Unfortunately, even with very clearly labeled packaging, the woman (not Devin) in charge of our service on the day incorrectly handled and cut our Challah bread for the Jewish blessing, requiring my mom to have to fix this instead of enjoying time with our guests. Service was also very slow for the dinner plates to come out. It tasted delicious, but took much longer than the timing that we were told to expect. One of their servers agreed with us and told us it usually goes much better with Devin and that this took much longer than it should.
However, the next week the woman who messed up the bread emailed us to apologize, but told us we were wrong about the timing and it all went smoothly and had no idea what we were talking about. It put a bit of damper on an otherwise very wonderful experience.

appetizer, they were SO good! I was happy with how quickly they were able to get the food served to all of the guests, so no one was waiting too long to eat. We also got bartenders through them and were happy with them as well. I definitely recommend Fork and Flair.
