but Abby and brooke constantly reassured us and they did not disappoint! I highly recommend booking this company for your coordination or wedding planning needs the stress we would have felt without them would have been horrible!! Thank you so much Abby and Brooke you guys are absolutely amazing souls!

rooke, the owner, we had a miscommunication about floral like our sweetheart table, guest tables but she made an accommodation and figured that situation out which we were grateful for. I only gave 4 stars because I think I expected them to be a little more hands on with our day than they were. There were times it seems as though they went missing and we were not on the same page about a few things but nevertheless, our day turned out nice.

he vision for your big day to life so you can sit back and relax until your celebration rolls around!

rk with and crafted the most beautiful save the dates and invitations as well as other paper goods and signage. Mia Snow was our coordinator and I cannot say enough amazing things about her in the small space they give us to write reviews. She was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, detail oriented and just an all around fun girlie! Dani was her assistant weekend of and I cannot say anything but amazing things about her as well. She was mainly working with me while Mia was with the guys and they were so prepared, helpful, and were ready to jump in at any moment to assist. Even with things I am sure were not a part of the contract (like getting us Mcdonalds)- they put my husband and I first to ensure we were having fun, happy, and enjoying our day. They set up everything so I barely had to lift a finger all day! All of our other vendors were very complimentary on their professionalism and communication. They were so much fun to have there and we were so thrilled with our experience. Forevermore made my wedding dreams come true and even though I was in Chicago and they are predomanently in Ohio- everything went so smooth and seamless thanks to them! WE LOVE YOU GUYS!!

g day she hoped for without having the stress.

rehearsal. They also helped behind the scenes in making sure vendors were on time and cleaning up. The backdrop was lovely and we got so many compliments on it.

as I need for months before my wedding. They were never impatient with me or made me feel pressured on anything. Their true, core desire is to make your wedding as perfect as possible. My wedding day flowed without any hiccups because of the hard work of these women. I was so nervous before the ceremony and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to calm my nerves. They became my friends and treated me with so much love and kindness that I felt like royalty the whole day! I am indecisive and changed my mind on a few things all the way up to the morning of the wedding and none of that phased them. They just made the whole day so magical. I kept telling them that they were my fairy godmothers because that’s truly how it felt with the way they made everything so lovely. They worked long hours to ensure that everything was beautiful and ready for me! I can not recommend them enough! I can’t imagine my day without them. I would never even consider hiring another company for my wedding. I HIGHLY recommend you book with Forevermore Weddings for your day! I can promise you without any doubt, you won’t be disappointed!!

ur wedding! Great experience with Forevermore.

r we worked with Hannah for the finer details and setting the timeline. She was the point person for talking to other vendors and making sure everything ran smoothly in preparation, along with setting up at the venue the day of the wedding, staying all day there until the night ended just in case we needed anything. They worked with my uncertainty of vision/what I wanted and helped me find the perfect plan for the day. Our timeline worked well and there was plenty of time for me to relax on the big day, keeping my stress level down. They took over conversations with other vendors and helped me manage my own stress level during the time leading up to our big day. I had Sherri for my day of on-site/by my side support and she was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, making sure we all knew how much time we had, ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. The day ended up being rainy, changing our plans and Forevermore was able to produce my outside vision indoors, and even followed me around with an umbrella to avoid getting super soaked! I’m grateful for the support my husband and I received during this process. Everything was perfect.

needed. Everything turned out BEAUTIFUL. Couldn't have asked for more

dding day. We ended our contract with said Coordinator in September 2022 and, after research and a recommendation from a family member in the wedding industry, hired Forevermore Weddings to take their place. To say I was relieved at the difference between coordinators is a HUGE understatement. From the very beginning you can tell that Brooke knows what she's doing. During our set-up call, she went over everything in detail and my fiancé and I felt extremely confident with our decision. It was everything we needed and none of the "fluff" other coordinators try to throw in that you don't really need. We were finally matched with Hannah as our official Day of Coordinator and we honestly could not ask for anyone better! We had an in-depth phone call with Hannah around 3 months before our wedding and we went over the bigger details so she could start drafting our timeline. She was very quick to send it back to us along with the other things we'd need to prepare so that she could perfect the timeline for our big day. She put a lot of thought into everything and made sure it was exactly what we wanted. The day of our wedding we had Sherri and Hannah helping us. They executed everything FLAWLESSLY based on my very vague descriptions and surpassed my expectations a million times. Both ladies made sure we were sticking to our timeline as closely as possible and that my groom and I were both taken care of all day. We could not ask for a better team. We are so incredibly grateful that we had them with us and will recommend them to everyone we can!

tination wedding for everybody involved- including Brooke- and for us as well, as we were living in Tampa, Florida, at the time. I won’t go into details, but we started off with Riley as our wedding planner with this company, but to put it very mildly, she was not a good fit for us. Brooke was the owner of the company, and graciously took over when we decided to part ways with Riley. Brooke was always very positive, cheerful, and gracious. Even if I was having “a moment,” she still responded with Grace and Patience. For that, we are very thankful. The reason why I offer four stars instead of five is, truth be told, I think I am too type A/OCD/naturally Organized to have a wedding planner- haha. In fact, many of my friends said that I should become a wedding planner myself! :-) if you are a bit more relaxed and easygoing, you’ll find Brooke a wonderful fit and leader! When I would ask her specifically for items, she was very communicative and addressed my questions and concerns. I think, all in all, it was hard on ALL of us switching wedding planners in the middle of the process, while it was also a destination wedding for all of us AND we didn’t live in the same city as one another. That being said, Brooke was communicative/responsive, and I could tell she tried very hard, and that really shined through on “game day!” :) I appreciate what she did- along with her staff member, Mia, to make our wedding day a beautiful, memorable fairy tale!!

re so thankful to have had their help in planning, decorating, organizing the most special day. We highly recommend their services!

e changes and it made me anxious and maybe made me a bridezilla haha buy you guys rock! Mia and Sherry- we couldn't thank you enough for all the things that you did the day of the wedding. It was a last minute change for you guys as my wedding coordinator but you guys didnt fail us. You guys went beyond and above. Everything went so smooth as planned. Mia and Sherry you guys were amazing! Thank you for handling everything. Mia thank you for assisting the photographer making sure everything were ok with my dress and other stuff. You both did a fantastic job and i want you to know that we appreciate everything. Brooke weren't wrong to trust both of you. Thank you for making me feel or making all of us feel that you got us that day. You guys are awesome!

levels of services for wedding coordinators. To be honest, my wedding planning was a bit stressful considering I had many vendors to organize. Once I meet my main wedding coordinator, Hannah, it felt like a weight came off my shoulder. Hannah helped me contact vendors, organize the ceremony and reception, and figure out a functional layout of the venue. Leading up to the wedding day she sent out a final timeline and layout to all vendors and made sure there was clear communication between the vendors. On the day of the wedding she helped organized the chaos and assisted in setting up the reception venue. There was also a wedding assistant, Alyssa, that stayed with me and the bridal party to make sure the hair and makeup, photographer, and videographer services were going smoothly and on time. Once we got to the venue both Hannah and Alyssa helped up organize the wedding party entrance, cut the cake, and corral the guests to where they needed to be. At the end of the night, they packed up all the decor we brought ourselves so it was easy to grab and go back to the hotel. They also gave out all the tip money to all the vendors. They truly helped us have a smooth, beautiful, and seamless wedding. My husband and I both truly are so grateful for all the things they did for us and our wedding!

e. Brooke and Mia provided a 'To do' list each month and then once we were 3 months out Mia became my contact person and we coordinated everything - I loved the What Would You Do questionnaire. I was 100% relaxed and present for our wedding day because I knew Mia and Brooke from Forevermore had it handled!

ions and gave Hannah and her assistant free reign with little direction, and they made everything look beautiful. The tables were set up perfectly, our guest book and gift table turned out more gorgeous than I could have imagined, and the florals were outstanding. Thank you ladies for everything you do! We couldn't have done it without you.

fantastic job putting together the timeline (it was so detailed and made the day of go very smoothly). Alyssa was calm, cool, and collected the day of the wedding and made the day very stress free for us. Since I live out of state almost everything was done via email. All three were great about replying to me as quick as possible and keeping me updated as the day got closer.

g job from start to finish. Bailey helped me with everything I needed and both coordinators had kept everything on schedule. There is no way I would have been able to do that and it gave me more time to spend with guests. My wedding was magi al. Thank you much for this day and congratulations, Brooke on your new baby.

e for their clients, highly recommended

e company is no longer what it used to be. I do believe that my bad experience was due to Brook (The owner) no longer being as aware or involved with each wedding. She recently had a baby and most likely is pre occupied with family life which sucks for the client when you pay for a superior service and get left with the worst experience of your life. When you pay for a coordinator there are things that are expected and to start mine called off on my wedding day and sent anyone she could find last minute. The owner (Brook) said “there was a lead sent who worked for us last year and is only used now if we ever ran into an emergency and this is who Hannah sent.” So Brook the owner not only had no idea Hanna did not show up she also was not the one to send the lead and the lead no longer works for them as a coordinator. The day of my wedding Hanna did not even let me know she was not going to be showing up but instead sent a person who I had for one never even spoke to and had no clue on my wedding. I also texted Hanna and asked for the contact info to be able to contact this lead but she never responded with that information. I came to find out who the lead was a week after the wedding when I emailed Brook. The day of my wedding she was of zero help to me and nowhere around when needed. During my ceremony we actually had to stop in the middle and call out looking for the coordinator because they as Brook said “overlooked” my unity candles and since nor the coordinator or assistant were anywhere to be found my maid of honor had to go look for them. They were supposed to assist with my dress change, my bouquet toss, pictures, cake cutting among other things and they helped with none of these things. The final timeline was provided to everyone a day before the wedding which makes no sense seeing as I had provided all information repeatedly to Hanna in order to be able to have the final timeline ahead of time. They were supposed to contact me 3 months before the wedding for my initial consultation and this was done only 2 months before. This shows that everything was behind from the start. The whole timeline that Hanna created was a complete disregard to the lead sent. I could continue on all the things they did wrong but I would never end. To top all of this off once I contacted the owner (Brook) since in her contract it states If for some reason your assigned coordinator or Forevermore can no longer attend your event then we will reimburse you 100% other than the deposit if we cannot find you a replacement.”  My assigned coordinator was not there and the person sent was not a qualified replacement. Brook responded to my initial email stating she had spoken to the ladies that night and proceeded to say she was going to provide a refund. A MONTH passed by and I heard nothing so I decided to contact her to check on the refund and to my surprise she responded stating “I do not feel any refund is acceptable”. Literally the only work they do is put together a timeline with a template which you can just use an online template and do this yourself, plus you won’t have to worry about them delivering it a day before your wedding which makes it useless since no vendor of yours will have time to adequately review it. Save yourself the headache, money and stress!

uld be done + the day of she took care of literally everything. She decorated my whole venue from top to bottom, she made sure the ceremony went smoothly, she was running back and forth non stop making sure it was smooth and easy. Toward the end she packed up every single one of my belongings and put them in the corner of my venue for us to leave. We didn't have to worry about anything. I literally cannot say anything but positive words regarding, Hannah! She rocked it. I feel like we became besties throughout the process and it was such a pleasure to work with her. Can't say good enough things about Forevermore!

questions. Her other coordinators that helped me day of the wedding were amazing as well. Mia and Sherry were fantastic. I highly suggest forevermore weddings for all your planning needs.

sured me that everything was handled. Our wedding was a true fairytale, magical and amazing to say the least. There is no way we could have done it without their help and we are so thankful to have hired them. They are truly incredible and our entire family appreciated how well they coordinated the greatest day of our lives. We will never forget how amazing they were to all of us. Their dedication to our happiness is something we will remember forever. Thank you Forevermore from the bottom of our hearts!!!

Brooke, and Sherry went above and beyond and stood by my side throughout the entire process virtually and in person. I cannot give them enough praise and could not have done this wedding without them.

not thank her enough for everything that she did for us. I will forever be grateful for Mia on my wedding day. She deserves all of the recognition for pulling the day off. I received so many compliments that our wedding was the nicest wedding. And I truly believe it was not the venue to thank - but my wedding planner! Thank you Mia for everything!

ect and they love what they do and are great at what they do . Handled any situation perfectly. . Sweetest people I have ever worked with and I highly reccomend !!

ssistants Mia rolled and ensured we had the best coordination possible. Everything was smooth. And while I'm always a stress ball forevermore made the entire process so much easier

on my own (or even know to do so). Mackenzie and Maddie kept us on schedule all night, made sure my husband and I were taken care of and kept track of all of my belongings. I got so many compliments on them all night! I would highly recommend Forevermore to anyone and everyone looking for help planning or coordinating their big day! Thank you guys so much!

after my wedding that were the best. I truly don’t know how the day would have gone smoothly if it wasn’t for them. Highly recommend!!

found Brooke's confidence during our initial interview was well deserved. We were matched with Riley Roe - literal godsend. She is the most organized, prompt and helpful individual we had the pleasure of working with. Our wedding went perfectly and on schedule! Whenever our family asked if I was nervous the day of wedding, I responded negatively because Riley had us completely covered. If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, hire one. If you're looking for a wedding planning company, hire Forevermore. You won't regret it!

on fire (every one is fine no injuries lol) and they were quick to help and fix her dress. I highly recommend forevermore!

f wedding planning! My timeline was fast, my vision was specific, and there were all kinds of challenges that popped up along the way with other vendors, and wedding party members having scheduling conflicts. But Mia, Julia , and Brooke took care of every detail! They are extremely professional, kind, patient, and talented, and seriously the best decision I made when planning my wedding. Ten out of ten highly recommend booking this team! Thank you Forevermore for helping me have the wedding I always dreamed of! Y'all are the best!

he wedding day! My husband got sick the day of the wedding and on top of making sure the ceremony and reception ran smoothly, Kenzie made sure he always had water/ginger-ale the entire night. I cannot say enough about how much they helped during the entire process! I gave Kenzie creative freedom when it came to the flowers on our arbor, cake and decor and it was absolutely stunning! I would 100% recommend their services to anyone!

ith me, I believe was more than any other wedding planners would have done. She would talk to me during the day, nights and weekends if I was stressed out and needed an opinion in regards to the wedding. Not only that but she also became a friend! I got to know Brooke on a personal level and she did with me as well! She is kind, down to earth and works so hard to make sure that you feel like you're the only bride she is working with (I don't know how she does it). I know at times I was annoying but she continually told me how much she loved what she is doing and this is what I pay her to do! Thank you Brooke! Hannah and Kenzie worked with me leading up to the wedding and the day of. Hannah worked with me on all the planning the 2 months prior on my timeline, decor and everything! She also was available to me anytime I needed her and never made me feel like I was bugging her. She set up my reception space EXACTLY like how I envisioned it. Thank you Hannah! Kenzie was with the bridal party the entire day, coordinating us and making sure anything we needed was handled. If there were any issues, I never knew about it. She was upbeat, thorough, organized and allowed me to just relax and enjoy my day! Thank you Kenzie!

e entire process. They go above and beyond for your special day by making it seamless, memorable, and completely stress free. I couldn't be more pleased to recommend Forevermore Weddings LLC!

the night to make sure everything ran very smoothy. They were a big help and made my night less stressful and I was able to focus more on the music. They were always busy setting up and cleaning up which allowed the bride, groom and their guests to not worry about anything but having fun. Communication prior to the wedding was great as well. Cameron responded very quickly and was very detailed. I know they did much more behind the scenes leading up to and during the big day which is why the wedding was perfect. I highly recommend them!!

nly have great things to say about them!

ding making sure she had all of the information and making sure everything was organized. The day of the wedding, Cameron and Hannah made sure I had everything I needed, they did whatever needed to be done. From getting me Bobby pins, fixing my dress for me, fluffing my dress, GETTING MY FOOD FOR ME, putting everything in place. They made sure absolutely EVERYTHING was perfect and went above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend those girls enough. Anyone would be lucky to get those sweet and hardworking girls on their big day! ❤️

ck to answer questions and always available when I needed her! The packages are extremely reasonable and with some extras you can add on as well. I have been telling every bride I know about them! You will not regret booking them!

beautiful the day/decorations were. Riley was there with us every step of the way, and by our sides the entire wedding day to ensure everything ran smoothly - there are moments I don't know what I would have done without her. They were constantly in communication with myself which eased so much stress! I cannot explain how perfect my day was, thanks to them!

recommended multiple items that we ended up using for the wedding. I had so many ideas that Brooke made into a reality. Cameron and Maddie were absolutely amazing! In the face of an extremely difficult situation (a change in reception venue 48 hours prior to the wedding), they communicated with all the vendors and made sure that the set up and breakdown of the reception went smoothly. They were with us for the entire wedding day ensuring that everything went well and we stayed relatively on time! If you are a bride that needs help with creating an ambience and with the day-of tasks, Forevermore weddings is an ideal choice!

e from the start to the end of my wedding. The day ran incredibly smooth and if there were any issues I had no idea what they were. Cameron was my lead coordinator and who I mainly kept in contact with. She was absolutely amazing! Easy to get ahold of and professional. I highly recommend Forevermore Weddings for anyone planning a wedding!
