Katina and her team at Forever in Bloom Events were absolutely amazing! We hired them nine months before our wedding, and Katina stayed in constant communication with us throughout the entire planning process. She was always quick to answer our questions and went above and beyond by helping us find local vendors who made our wedding even more special. Wedding planning can be stressful, but Katina took so much of that stress off my wife and me and made the entire experience so much easier. On the wedding day, she was incredible. She was on top of every detail, handled any unexpected situations seamlessly, and made sure everything ran smoothly so we could focus on enjoying our special day. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator. If you’re looking for someone who is organized, responsive, and genuinely cares about making your wedding perfect, I can’t recommend Katina and Forever in Bloom Events enough!

e was professional and organized and made sure I was clued in without having to make any decisions on the day of. She also made sure my family and friends weren’t working too hard and that they could relax and enjoy the day too. If she hadn’t come to our rehearsal I have no idea what we would have done but she effortlessly instructed everyone and lead the practice perfectly. I am so grateful that she was there to support me and communicate with all of my vendors. I can’t say enough how much I reccomend her to ANYONE but especially a type B bride who wants to have fun and is bad at executing details- this is your girl!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

She sent over templates, timelines, and paperwork right away so we could get the process moving. We cannot overstate how much of a joy she was to work with, both leading up to and on our wedding day. She brought a perfect balance of confidence and care, keeping our ceremony and timeline tight while checking in on us regularly to make sure we felt good about everything. She adapted to every curveball on the day of, helped with our personal preparations, and adjusted the timeline as needed.
