About this vendor
Forever Flowers Kansas City is a company that provides wooden alternatives to fresh wedding florals, based in Kansas City, MO. These beautiful blooms can last as long as your love, enabling you to remember your special day for years to come. From classic round bouquets to cascading centerpieces, this company will custom-create your dream florals for lasting results.
Company founder and lead creative Amelie Nolen has enjoyed the arts from a young age. Her family would take her to museums, exhibitions, and plays, where she developed an appreciation for all things creative. She began to sculpt and paint at 10-years-old but didn’t discover her love of creating forever floral art until 2016. Since then, Amelie has been crafting stunning wedding arrangements and home decor that mimics the beauty and texture of real flowers, without the short life span.
Forever Flowers Kansas City makes their flowers from Sola wood, which is derived from tapioca plants. These florals are lightweight and offer a foam feel, with woodgrain sometimes visible. Each arrangement can be sculpted to the desired shape, color, theme, and size. With this service, you can be sure that your wedding flowers will be exactly as you have imagined them. Amelie is happy for couples to be as involved in the design as they wish to be, and sends picture updates throughout the process to facilitate peace of mind. Your chosen creations will last long after your special day, allowing you to keep a physical memento of your celebration close at hand.

They were a huge hit at my wedding and my bridesmaids loved that they got to keep them. Even after a over a year, I still have my flowers displayed in my house! I've even knocked them over a couple times and they aren't as fragile as they seem 🤫

Also, wood flowers are such a huge talking piece at weddings! No one can believe their wooden. So delicate and lightweight. Also, I absolutely love supporting local artists and I was thrilled to work with Amelie over someone who would have to ship these delicate flowers across states. Pricing was very reasonable. I would say cheaper if not comparable to real flowers, but no worries about them not looking great day of.
