They were both very professional and patient. Very attentive and communicated very well with us while planning and during the wedding.
Unfortunately our experience with Manny & Maggi wasn't the best. Maggi was very kind and pleasant to work during the day of our wedding. At some point during the day it became appa...
rent we were about 15 minutes behind schedule and the decision was made to nix all bridal portraits of me, without my approval. Things were so hectic and I couldn't keep up with what was happening and it wasn't until we were leaving our reception I realized I had no photos by myself. As a bride, I feel at least 1-2 pictures by yourself in your wedding dress are so important, and I was so disappointed that they didn't discuss this with me as I may have chosen to make shot list cuts in other places.
Once we did receive the photos back, almost a month later than promised, all photos were extremely bright, in the sense that my now husbands head was blending in with the walls behind him. You couldn't see the detail in my dress, it was just white. We asked them to fix the lighting, it appears it may have been a filter/overlay on all the photos as they fixed it quickly and then the photos looked like we expected, at least more normal.
Lastly, we were promised 30 edited photos from photos we favorited on their site. We marked our favorites within days of receiving the updated photos and we are now 6 months removed from the wedding and never received them. We stopped bothering at this point.
I will say, our engagement pictures with Manny came out spectacular. Would recommend for an engagement shoot, but do not trust them with the photos for your most important day as you may be disappointed.
