ely knowledgeable about fitness, body systems and nutrition. Jaclyn makes resistance training something I look forward to each week. Flux Fitness, Jaclyn (I call her Coach), is the reason why I have lost pounds and gained muscle, flexibility, and energy! I had a different trainer once that was very militaristic...
and impersonal. Jaclyn is serious with her constant encouragement and attention to detail, "Don't give up! You got this! Great form!" After every 30 min session I leave feeling so proud of myself, I can't believe I did all that! The studio and equipment are so cool with lots of options to provide a wide variety of butt-kicking capabilities! As with all workouts, if you are not willing to put in the work, then the trainer is limited in doing the job to help you. Put in the effort and you will see! She makes it fun and I cannot believe I'm saying that I look forward to working out. Wow!
