Do not look any further! Dawn and Ralph are THE BEST! Not only were they very fun to work with, they are true professionals. From our first meeting, to planning the ceremony script, to the actual ceremony, they were an absolute joy to work with. They provided helpful guidance and insight we would have never thought of without them, and it truly took our wedding from great to exceptional. We wanted a ceremony that highlighted our love story, but remained light and engaging, and Dawn and Ralph exceeded these expectations. In fact, the feedback we keep receiving was "We LOVED your officiant (Ralph)!!!" Not only did our guests enjoy the ceremony, but we did as well. Ralph was the calming presence we needed at the alter, and ensured the day went on without a hitch. Could not have asked for anything better! Thank you both for helping make our day incredible!
There is absolutely a reason that Dawn has only 5 star reviews, she provides 5 star ceremonies. My husband and I loved working with Dawn. Somehow without knowing us outside of a few meetings she understood us and managed to capture our love perfectly. She truly was a joy to work with, and every meeting was filled with laughter. Dawn is a professional with many years of experience in the wedding industry and it shows. She even included a mention of our beloved dog Piper in our ceremony and it was perfect. Before meeting with Dawn I thought of the ceremony as something I just wanted to get over with, mostly because I was nervous and didn't know what I wanted. After meeting with Dawn to go over our script, my husband and I were both truly excited to experience our beautiful ceremony. Dawn highly recommends having a rehearsal the night before and we did. I completely agree that it was helpful and took some stress away from the day of. I highly recommend booking with Dawn!

Before finding their passion for wedding officiating, Dawn proudly served as Director of Events for Bon Appetit Management Company, overseeing the distinguished Carlson Towers’ Rotunda in Minnetonka, MN. She now spreads love to weddings and vow renewals as Flutterby’s Chief Social Butterfly, Officiant and Wedding Consultant. Dawn prides herself on building a trusting relationship with you and your partner before your special day.
Flutterby offers packages ranging from a simple ceremony to full service. Dawn will share great ceremony ideas, including information about obtaining your marriage license. She will ensure it is completed accurately and will send it in for you. Dawn will learn your preferences for your ceremony, from time restrictions to any spiritual or religious aspects you wish to include. She will create a unique ceremony script for you to look through to ensure it's just right.
Bonus! If you would like someone else to officiate your wedding and only need a ceremony script, we can help. Since writing is her specialty, Dawn provides the option of writing a personalized script for someone else to deliver.
Flutterby Celebrations & Ceremonies will manage your ceremony rehearsal and can also offer helpful advice to ensure your photographs turn out perfectly. Dawn will arrive early on your wedding day to oversee your ceremony preparation and guarantee the perfect ceremony for you and your partner.

Flutterby Celebrations & Ceremonies began in 2013 when I began wrapping up my career running an award-winning venue. The stars aligned and now I get to use my wedding expertise, organizational skills, writing and public speaking background to create incredible ceremonies. I would love to meet you! In my spare time, I love music, dining out, hiking, biking, and I volunteer for animal rescue.
