We had an exceptional experience with Wendy and Cristine from Flowing White Events for our day of coordination and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone else considerin...
g coordination or wedding planning services. Both of us are involved in project planning and event management, so we had been skeptical about whether there would be value in us hiring someone for the planning and day of coordination of our wedding. If this is you, I cannot emphasize enough what a wonderful choice it was to hire them. You will not regret it; don’t hesitate, just hire them.
The experience with them exceeded our expectations and their knowledge of what questions to ask in advance of our wedding to ensure we had every detail attended to was invaluable. From coming with us to do a walk-through of the venue, to several calls and a multitude of emails before the big day – they helped us ensure every detail was covered. Much of our décor was thrifted or DIY and when our brother-in law dropped off a suburban full of décor, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, they completely took over and ensured our vision was executed to beyond perfection and managed all the needs of every other vendor involved in the day.
Wendy and Cristine are incredible individuals who are kind, skilled, and supportive and as a team, they are even more exceptional. That ability to work well as a team was a vital component of what helped our wedding day go so well. One small example of this is that during set-up they realized someone had forgotten to pack the non-alcoholic options. One of them was able to pop out and pick up the needed supplies, while the other continued with set up. We never even knew it was an issue until after the wedding, due to their excellent planning and coordination.
The most vital moment where Wendy and Cristine came through for us was at the end of the night. 15 minutes before the end of the reception an old injury of mine (the bride) flared up, which led to me falling and breaking my ankle. This could have ruined our night, but thanks to Wendy and Cristine, it did not.
Nearly instantaneously, they got me into a chair, elevated my ankle on another chair, and had a bag of ice to put on my now grapefruit-sized ankle. I was demoralized to be on the sidelines, but thankfully Wendy and Cristine immediately activated their collective powers/expertise to problem solve how to help me enjoy the end of our reception and ensure that my husband and I could have an exit (as we had hoped) from the wedding in a meaningful way. Wendy moved the dance floor to surround me and Cristine worked with the venue staff to help ensure that a small, motorized cart could be brought over for us to get into the back of and ride out on (I was not going anywhere on that ankle – even hopping was excruciating). The photo from the end of the night, with me in the chair and all our loved ones surrounding us with the glow sticks Wendy and Cristine had also ensured were handed out for us, is now one of my favorite photos from the event. I hope that this review shows that Wendy and Cristine are not only a wonderful, skilled set of humans to work with, but they are masterful at preparing, executing, and pivoting to ensure that no matter what happens at your wedding, you will look back at it with memories of happiness and joy.
Cristine was an absolute dream to work with as our day-of coordinator! From the start, she was super responsive and always available to answer any questions leading up to the event...
. She offered incredible advice and pointed out important details we hadn't even thought of yet.
Our wedding day ran seamlessly thanks to everything Cristine and her team did behind the scenes. We didn't have to worry about a thing and truly got to just enjoy our day. She took care of so many thoughtful little touches - like seamlessly moving my bridal bouquet to the perfect spot once I was done using it—and made sure every decoration and seat arrangement looked immaculate.
If you are looking for someone who is organized, attentive, and will give you complete peace of mind on your wedding day, hire Cristine!
Cristine and Wendy were absolutely amazing! As a former planner myself, I know how difficult it can be to execute everything flawlessly on the day of—but they truly made it happen....
Their attention to detail, organization, and efficiency kept everything running smoothly and honestly kept me from becoming a bridezilla (which my now-husband appreciated!).
They worked so hard behind the scenes, and it really showed. Even when a few things didn’t go as planned—completely out of their control—they handled everything seamlessly so we could relax, be present, and enjoy every moment.
I highly recommend Cristine and Wendy for any wedding or event. You’ll be in great hands!
This is going to be a bit of a long review so the tl;dr is that we did not realize how important our day of coordinators would be and we feel so lucky that we chose Flowing White a...
nd had Wendy and Cristine to help us with our wedding! In hindsight, we think that our day of coordinator was our most important vendor, so we recommend taking your time choosing one to make sure that it’s a good fit, and also to think carefully about the amount of help you want.
We chose the "Better than Day of Coordination" package from Flowing White. The amount of help we received definitely went beyond what comparatively priced packages were with other DoCs in the Seattle area! We had several meetings with Wendy and Cristine prior to the month of our wedding. These meetings were incredibly helpful to make sure we were on track. I remember preparing for one of our meetings by making an agenda and a long list of questions, but that ended up being completely unnecessary, because Wendy and Cristine were incredibly organized and had thought of everything. Outside of these meetings, they responded to questions over email extremely quickly, and we found the giant checklist they provided via Aisle Planner to be so helpful. Neither my husband nor I had been in a wedding party or otherwise involved in wedding planning prior to planning our own wedding, so we had a lot to learn!
Everything went so smoothly the day of our wedding. We got to just enjoy the day and focus on getting married, and Wendy, Cristine, and Kaitlynn took care of everything. We had an uncharacteristically rainy wedding, even for Seattle. This led to a lot of last minute decisions, none of which we had to worry about. Wendy and Cristine were always reassuring and doing the little tweaks we were requesting to the setup before the start of the ceremony for us, even though they were looking a little overwhelmed with all the extra setting up due to the rain.
Also, since Flowing White has some rentals, we were able to do some rentals through them and have fewer things to try to fit in my car the day of.
Aside from keeping us on schedule and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the day, we also really appreciated that they set aside some champagne and snacks for us in our getting-ready room that we could enjoy after signing our marriage certificate — I can’t believe they thought to do that, with so much else going on. They even took photos and videos and uploaded them to our guest pix!
To everyone reading this – best of luck with your wedding planning! It can be overwhelming at the beginning but getting a day of coordinator is absolutely worth the cost!
We are so incredibly grateful for Cristine and Wendy from Flowing White for making our wedding day at Columbia Collective absolutely seamless. From the very beginning, their commun...
ication was exceptional. They were proactive in reaching out to our vendors ahead of time, introducing themselves, and clearly establishing themselves as the point of contact for any questions or concerns, which took a huge weight off our shoulders.
On the day itself, they were calm, organized, and completely on top of every detail. They handled our timeline, coordinated with vendors, and set up our decor beautifully. What really stood out was how attentive they were to us, checking in throughout the night to see if we needed anything, offering us food or drinks, and making sure we were truly able to enjoy our day.
Thanks to Cristine and Wendy, we didn’t have to worry about a thing and could just soak in the joy of the moment. We highly recommend Flowing White to any couple looking for thoughtful, professional, and genuinely caring day-of coordinators. They are amazing at what they do!

w while looking for a day-of coordinator, and she stood out to us as being very professional, organized, easy to work with, and was even the first person to email us after the show! In addition to keeping our vendors on the same page and providing us resources to keep ourselves on track, Cristine and Wendy helped us find answers to our questions, solutions to our problems, and kept us reassured throughout the most stressful phases of wedding planning. They were our biggest advocates of all the little details and minor decisions that made it truly feel like our wedding. On the day-of, they did an excellent job arranging our decorations, keeping us on-schedule, and quickly solving any problems that came up. Thank you Cristine and Wendy for helping make our wedding dreams come true and for being an absolute pleasure to work with. If we had to do it all over again, we would 100% choose you!
Lindsay was absolutely amazing as our day-of coordinator, going far beyond the stated services in our contract to provide advice and guidance about many of the different aspects of...
the planning process. When the weather was looking iffy on the week of the wedding, we knew that Lindsay had us covered and would take care of all the details that would potentially need to change.
Having Lindsay and Milan there on the day of was also a life-saver and allowed us to fully enjoy the day and not stress about setting up or tearing down decorations, making sure everyone was where they needed to be, and coordinating across vendors. Everything truly went to plan, and we have Lindsay to thank for it!

m wedding come to life. Lindsay is soooo kind, extremely professional and super responsive. She’s highly knowledgeable and I could always rely on her for excellent vendor recommendations and advice on how to do things. I keep getting compliments from friends and family on how beautiful and well executed our wedding was. She made the whole experience not only stress free but actually fun!
I am so thankful to Lindsay and the Flowing White Events team for helping me create the perfect wedding!!
When we began our wedding planning, we had no idea where to start so we explored a few wedding planning companies. We had no idea how important a wedding planner could be, but afte...
r the very first planning session with Lindsay it was clear how critical having a professional wedding planner is. If you are considering planning a wedding, not only will the wedding planner help you ensure that everything is coordinated and organized, but it will also save you money in the long run.
Lindsay was a rock throughout the entire process. A few key highlights that made our wedding experience amazing was her attention to detail with vendor selection, venue selection, contract review, timeline planning, vendor coordination, rehearsal execution, event management, and a million other little things along the way. Lindsay was one of the most important parts of our wedding planning process. She communicated exceptionally well, provided expert advice and was always available!
She helped us save more money than the service cost by recommending and helping to select low-cost vendors, offering online alternatives and ensuring that we didn’t over plan while still making our special day an amazing experience and memory for our entire family!
On the day of the wedding, she was there to make sure everything was set up correctly, ran smoothly, the timeline was followed, the vendors were in place and executing all of their responsibilities, helping our guests have a wonderful day and ensuring that our wedding experience was the best it could possibly be.
Be sure to call Flowing White Events and ask for Lindsay. Not only will you not regret it, but it will also be one of the best decisions you make for your wedding.

ndors the day of, and cued the DJ during the ceremony well. I did feel like I did the bulk of the planning and organizing in advance on my own, but they were like ninjas day of, making sure things went smoothly. Our Zoom meetings during the planning sessions were a little choppy, but everything turned out well in the end.
My husband and I have taken our time—wanting to be thoughtful of our experience—and we've decided that an 'average' review of 3 stars is the truth. Our wedding coordinator handled ...
the basics well enough—and although she spoke of delivering five star service, unfortunately, that wasn't the reality. From us needing to transport her, to several things promised that were left undelivered on the actual day of our wedding, we (including members of our wedding party) felt we left tending and taking care of her, rather than the other way around. Given the price tag and the enormity of meaning for such a special day, we would recommend looking elsewhere.
Cristine is great to work with! 10/10 recommend, tailored services to meet our needs!

orking coordinator. She was always available for any questions we had, always got back to us in a timely manner, and worked great with all our vendors. Our day was absolutely perfect and seamless thanks to Kat! Many of our guests commented on how great the day flowed and even our vendors applauded her and her company for how organized everything was.
Cristine and Wendy were INCREDIBLE. They went above and beyond in ensuring that our wedding was successful. My partner and I found them friendly, professional, respectful, and fun....
10/10 and can not recommend highly enough!

way up to the end of our wedding day, my now husband and I had a great sense of peace when it came to how everything would come together, completely trusting her. Trish is professional, energetic, communicative, detail oriented, efficient, and simply put -- overall fantastic at her job. She was incredibly helpful putting together our timeline, and communicating with vendors in the week's leading up to the wedding, so we didn't have to - this was so appreciated. She led a super efficient ceremony rehearsal and everything day-of went so smoothly, we had the best day ever, huge thanks to Trish!! I would recommend her to close friends, family, and anyone looking for a wedding coordinator.

n’t even considered- she has a great depth of knowledge in this space. Kat and her husband were so helpful during my day of coordination, everything was timely and no detail missed because of her. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any couple!

indsay was friendly, easy to talk to, and made us feel at ease. Whenever we had questions during the planning process, she expertly helped us find a solution, she checked in frequently to keep us on track with planning, and she was detailed in developing our event timeline. I also really appreciated that early on she took over coordinating “day of” related details with the rest of our vendors so there was a cohesive plan and point of contact. The day of our wedding was smooth and completely stress-free (for me) thanks to Lindsay’s coordination and leadership. I later found out that we had significant issues with our shuttle vendor, but Lindsay went above and beyond to correct the situation and keep things rolling. She and her assistant also shouldered a huge amount of the teardown/cleanup responsibilities so that our wedding party/family didn’t have to. I can’t recommend Lindsay enough!
We were really blessed with Kat as a day of coordinator but felt like she helped way beyond. Kat is super amazing: easy to reach, responds quickly, organized, answer questions, and...
keeps your spirits high. The best part she is nice to you but she can be tough on vendors when she needs to be. We were debating on wedding coordinator and we are 100% glad we went with Kat. Cannot say enough good things about Flowing White Events LLC!

ding would have been chaotic. She was so bubbly and professional during all our encounters, helped us plan our timeline to a T, and attended all our in-person meetings with our venue. Lindsay was spectacular and made our wedding day perfect. I would recommend her 10 times over. Wendy, her assistant for the day, was also amazing, she was in my bridal suite with me moments before it was time to exit and head to the aisle, she was a calming and kind presence as I headed out the door and too the aisle!
Without a doubt, hiring Kat was the best choice we made for our wedding day. We chose the "partial planning" package, and from the very first meeting with Kat we knew we were in go...
od hands. She is extremely organized, experienced, knowledgable, and reassuring throughout the entire planning process. She had an answer to every question I had, and she knew all the right questions to ask us (some things we would have never thought of but made a huge difference). Because of Kat, on our wedding day we got to truly sit back, relax, and enjoy our special day. She took care of EVERYTHING from setting up our tables with decorations and coordinator vendor arrivals and gratuities, and she helped make our day so incredibly special. Her and her assistant Milan did such a wonderful job and we can't thank them both enough. Trust me: hire Flowing White Events.

cus on getting ready and relax. I would recommend them to all my friends and family and even had some guest ask for contact information for their future weddings to hire Flowing White Events. I received many compliments on how helpful they were the day of. I cannot thank Trish and her team enough! I could have not done this day without them.

re for her and how amazing she is.
The communication from the moment we were hired Flowing White Events was on point and so helpful. She was always there to answer my questions, whether through email, text, or a phone call. Trish helped us find vendors. She was always so warm and kind.
I do events with work, and I knew I had a very specific vision for the day. Trish felt like an extension of my vision and put everything together more beautifully than I ever thought possible. I did not have one ounce of stress knowing she was leading the ship. I remember walking in and seeing the room for the first time and I thought to myself, all my Pinterest dreams have come true.
She was so encouraging in getting people on the dance floor, and getting my husband and I to do things we were nervous about. Never pushy, just so warm and helpful.
We received numerous compliments from our friends and family about how Trish brought the day together, and one of my bridesmaids that is getting married next year is even looking to hire her now!

em seemed as genuinely interested, incredibly organized, or excited as Kat did. Kat was amazing at every step of the way. Although my engagement was 2 years, the last 6 months of wedding planning was a breeze. The day of my wedding, Kat was ON TOP OF IT. She and her assistant Lindsey handled literally everything and more. Would 100% recommend to everyone and anyone in the PNW. Even though things went "wrong", no one would have known because of Kat and her professionalism and insane attention to detail.

Tiffany was amazing to work with through the whole process, we got day of coordination but she went way above and beyond and helped in so many ways and much before just one month out. The online portal you get through flowing white events is a lifesaver. Our wedding truly would not have been what it was without her!! The team on the day was perfect, great personalities along with great work! They knew what we needed before it was needed.

We decided to hire Kat as our day of coordinator about a month before our wedding. We weren’t sure we would need someone to play that role at first, but holy cow, we certainly did....
Her attention to our vision, desires, and needs was spot on the entire day. I don’t know what we would have done if she wasn’t directing us and everyone else behind the scenes. We are eternally grateful for the part that she and Chester played on our special day. My face hurt from smiling. Hire her. Being able to be present with your partner on the most important day of your lives together is worth the investment.

Our wedding wouldn't have been so special and fun without her. I fully recommend Flowing White to any PNW bride looking to get married soon.

g White are at higher level. I get to see "behind the curtain" and was witness to their utmost professionalism. Like a lot of modern weddings this one had many moving parts, three distinct areas, personalized moments and almost all of it happening outside. They kept everything flowing smoothly and aligning with the other vendors in a harmonious way. I also work in the corporate event space and was reminded of that level of proficiency. The quality timelines and floor-plans, use of iPads and walkie-talkies and general calm and clear communication is the standard that other planners and coordinators should aspire to.
Truly the best!! Our wedding day went off without an issue because we had Tiffany and a few wonderful assistants in tow supporting us. They went above and beyond to ensure not just...
bride and groom, but bridal party, family and guests were taken care of. It’s been a little over a month since the wedding and my mom and I are still raving about this business exceeding expectations.

We hired Flowing White Events for our pandemic style "minimony" on 12/20/20. When I hired I day-of coordinator, my mom, a master of organization, wasn't initially on-board. I think...
its a common mistake to think that day-of coordinators or wedding planners are "over the top." I believe though, that our investment in Kat at Flowing White Events was the best investment of our entire event. My mom agrees wholeheartedly.
When you are getting married, and hosting all these people, it is impossible to enjoy that experience and host and coordinate all said people, vendors, and photographers involved. Kat made it look easy, she has an incredible amount of experience, and was a voice of direction on what is arguably one of the most important days of our lives. Tough to please relatives? Kat handles it. Do you have a snippy vendor? Kat handles it. Unorganized bridal party? Not after Kat sweetly and assertively tells them where to go. This removes so much much stress from you, so you can focus on what matters: getting married! I would hire her and her company again with zero hesitation, and I'm recommending her to all my bridesmaids planning their weddings in2021/2022. Thank you so much.
I seriously could not have made a better choice when picking a wedding coordinator. I was unsure if I wanted/needed one and after reading reviews for Flowing White, I was convinced...
I needed them! Best decision ever. Brides, listen to me- you know this is the most stressful event you’ll ever have to plan on your entire life and I PROMISE you if you hire Flowing White, you will not be disappointed! You will be the happiest, most stress free bride on your wedding day. From last minute Covid craziness to every detail on the wedding day to calming my bride nerves, Tiffany was such a dream to work with. Her assistant Alejandro and partner Cat were also AMAZING! All 3 of them did so much to help my husband and I and we seriously couldn’t be happier. Now, stop reading this review and book them!!
I cannot say how amazing Tiffany was at helping plan our big day. We had so many ideas we wanted to do and she made all of them a reality. Very kind, punctual and on top of it all....
Our day went as smoothly as we hoped and she was there every step of the way. Would be honored to have her plan any and every future event for my husband and I! A+++ :)
We got married on July 13th at Craven Farm. Kat helped coordinate out wedding. I know people are iffy sometimes on whether to hire a coordinator for their wedding. Let me tell you,...
it is worth it! I am an organized person, but we were blown away from our initial meeting. There's so many details in the wedding that you don't even think about. She had all her papers ready, asked us questions and helped us along the way. Throughout the year, we emailed her lots of questions and she has always responded in a timely and professional manner. She suggested ways to decorate as well since we were stuck on some things. Everything went so smoothly on our wedding day. We didn't worry about anything and had the utmost trust in Kat. Her husband and Tiffany also helped throughout the day. We are so thankful for Kat and the crew for all of their help in order for us to enjoy one of the best day of our lives! Thank you Kat! Do yourself a favor and hire Kat and have the peace of mind on your wedding day.
