She was also so sweet and responsive, which was really relieving with all the other chaos surrounding planning a wedding goes. She delivered the flowers exactly when she said she would and they were so fresh and gorgeous. We had called a handful of florists on quotes and availability, and she was the only one that was not only reasonably price, but was also the only that practically said "let me send you some ideas based on what you're looking for" and actually delivered. I'd recommend Judy every single day, her flowers are perfect and will look lovely for any event.

We met with her about 7 months or so before the wedding and showed her all of our inspiration photos and worked out our list for flowers. We had a set budget too so she was very helpful in making recommendations on where it would make sense to make some cuts and where flowers weren’t as necessary. Throughout the next few months she was always very helpful and responsive over email to work out any other details or questions that came up. Everything came out absolutely perfect and beautiful!

She was extremely responsive via email (which, when you’re planning long-distance is so, so helpful) and knew all of the right questions to ask to create our perfect vision. She worked within our budget and was very detail oriented and professional. She was flexible when I decided on changes as I developed my vision for the wedding, and she was very sweet and easy to work with. When I saw our flowers on the wedding day I was completely thrilled. They turned out better than I had even imagined in my head, and they created the perfect vision for our wedding party and our reception tables. I couldn’t be happier with Judy’s services. I wasn’t originally planning on getting my bouquet preserved but I knew as soon as I saw it that I HAD to have it as a keepsake forever. Judy is so talented and professional; I couldn’t have asked for a better florist for our wedding.

Judy even stayed later so that I could take my family photos in front of the Chuppah, which she had to quickly dismantle for the reception set up. e had many pictures of examples to help make choosing easier. We had changes to the number of corsages and she was very accommodating and easy to reach via email. She dropped off personal flowers to the hotel and provided an option to pick up rented pieces at the end of the day so she made it easy for us to enjoy our special day. my wedding too (9/4/2015). Judy is great to work with- she's friendly, responsive, professional, and very creative. I had a broad idea of what I wanted for my bouquets and she sent multiple suggestions with pictures to help narrow down my choice. A couple weeks before my wedding, I wanted to add centerpieces so Judy worked with me to find flowers that fit in my budget and looked beautiful. I really enjoyed working with Judy and will recommend her to all of my friends/ family getting married in the future.

ndors I realized I have underbudgeted for the florist not realizing how much wedding flowers would cost! We met with Judy and she was wonderful to work with! She was very friendly and professional. I knew my favorite flowers were cala lilies and orchids (of course I would like some of the more expensive flowers) but we told Judy what our budget was and she had some great ideas and worked with us so that I could get the flowers I wanted and and stay on budget. After the initial appointment she e-mailed a quote with not 1 but 3 different options which we discussed )for bouquets, corsages, etc.) so that my fiance and I could compare and mix/match different ideas to allow us to stay on budget. No other florist I went to was this helpful- most would give me a quote but would not specifiy costs for each item so I still would not know how to bring the price down. Judy definately helped us get what we wanted and stay on budget! The day of the wedding I was a little anxious because she was also doing 10 (fairly involved) centerpieces for us and out venue only allowed vendors 1 hour to set-up. Judy was able to finish everything even with the tight timeline and everything looked fantastic! All the flowers were georgous and she even had extra buotonnieres/flower petals for baskets, etc. in case we needed them! I would definitely recommend Flowers by Judy!

t I did want. Judy was extremely patient and did a few mock-ups for me for use at a bridal show. She really helped me visualize and select what I wanted for the bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, and centerpieces. I wanted daisies and white roses, and was not sure what else. Judy Overman (the owner) pulled together beautiful displays that were elegant and very appropriate for the theme of my wedding. She was very cooperative with us and our budget, helping us to cut costs wherever possible without sacfricing quality. Anyone in the Baltimore / Howard County, Maryland area should consider Flowers By Judy for their event!

was also very realistic on what you did and did not need, which was very much appreciated. She helped create the perfect color/flower combination based on my colors/vision and budget. I appreciated her insight and honesty. I chose not to have floral centerpieces and Judy was happy to work with me to create a non-floral centerpiece, which turned out to be perfect for my winter wedding. My bouquet looked amazing (as did all my girls bouquets). She even made a spare boutonniere which was very nice. I'm so glad I chose Judy to be my wedding florist. . Judy's prices are very reasonable. She was always prompt to respond to my emails and if anything wasn't clear from the pictures I sent her, she would email back to clarify. She always sent the receipt of payment as soon as it was received and would email me as well to notify me that she received it. I would absolutely hire her again!
