Ladies, I know you all understand this better than most men do, but the flowers on your wedding day are what ultimately bring your entire vision to life.
Working with Kristen was ...
a freakin' DREAM.
I am that classic Type A, overthinking, highly specific, overly organized, obsessed-with-every-tiny-detail bride who had a very specific vision and genuinely had nightmares that it wouldn't translate the way I'd imagined on the big day.
But my GOD, Kristen DELIVERED.
She took my vision, said, "Oh yeah? Watch this," and transformed everything I had dreamed of into something even more incredible than I could have imagined!!!
We had a hurricane hit on our wedding day, which meant moving everything from outside to inside. I was an emotional mess, but when I walked into the grand room, my jaw hit the freakin' FLOOR.
The florals were EVERYTHING I wanted and more. The colors captured exactly what I had spent nearly two years envisioning. Every single detail was perfection, from the florals and bud vases to the taper candles, arbor, and urns. And my bouquet? Something truly out of this world. I told Kristen what I wanted, and somehow, she made it even better than I could have imagined.
I genuinely have no words, although I'm clearly trying my hardest to articulate how I felt that day and how I STILL feel every time I think about it.
Do yourself a favor and call Kristen for your wedding. Do it. Just DO IT!!!!!!!!
I'm a wedding planner in Charlotte and have worked with a ton of fabulous florists over the years, so I can say with 100% confidence that Kristen is, by far, the BEST.
Kristen, and your phenomenal team, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the hard work, time, and love you poured into my wedding. Thank you for being patient with me every time I spiraled, for understanding exactly what I wanted (even when I probably overexplained it a hundred times), and for giving me the wedding of my absolute dreams.
I love you all SO much!!! ❤️
When seeking a reputable florist for my wedding, I knew I needed someone who could see my vision entirely and bring it to life. Flora Soul was recommended to me, and after seeing t...
heir portfolio, I knew instantly I had to work with them. It was an easy decision to make!
From my initial consultation meeting to my wedding day, Flora Soul exceeded my expectations beyond measure. It’s evident that they care about their clients, their vision, and their satisfaction! Flora Soul was truly one of my favorite vendors from my wedding.
Korinne is absolute delight to work with. She is professional, kind, personable, and compassionate. She answered every question and comment I had in a timely and detailed manner. She truly eased my mind during my planning process, as I knew I had someone great at their job that had my back! I loved working with Korinne. She is a treasure and an excellent asset to the Flora Soul team!
Kristen is a true master of her craft. Her eye for detail and design is unparalleled, and truly shines through her work. When I showed Kristen my ideas for my wedding florals, she knew exactly what I was trying to accomplish and offered great advice and ideas. She took my ideas and elevated it to the next level. When I got concerned about my budget and considered changing certain parts of the proposal, she took the time to rework my proposal to truly give me everything I wanted within the same budget. I’ll never forget that – it meant the world to me that she would do that. It amazed me how she was able to rework the proposal within the same budget and give me my initial vision and more. It was truly a testament to her expertise and her compassion.
Seeing her excited about my vision not only comforted me knowing I picked the best florist but made me even more excited for my wedding day!
I really wanted my wedding to be filled with bright summer florals. In fact, I centered my whole theme around it! I wanted my guests to arrive at my wedding and feel a sense of romance and happiness through incredible floral design. Florals can add a lot to the ambience of a wedding. Flora Soul achieved this and MORE. I absolutely loved my wedding florals. I think I stared at them all night! It felt like a dream. My guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the florals looked – in fact, even a week later, they are still talking about it!
It’s clear that the Flora Soul team is passionate about their jobs and their clients. It’s more than a career for them! Flora Soul is a florist you can trust to see your vision and bring it to life. From customer service, to design, to event set up – know that you’re choosing the best of the best!
Kristen and her team are the BEST!! She is so kind and amazing to work with. Throughout the wedding planning process she listened to our wishes and truly understood our vision for ...
the day (maybe even more than we did ourselves). She made our floral dreams come true with all the most beautiful spring colors and blooms. We had some rain on our wedding day and had to pivot to an inside ceremony. Kristen and her team were able to not only change the ceremony floral plan but were also able to make the indoor ceremony even more beautiful than our original vision. My bouquet brought me to tears and I really could not have imagined more beautiful wedding florals.

al times in the past and knew that she was incredibly talented. I never expected she would be able to completely transform my venue and give me these amazing florals. The flowers were the number one thing that all of our guests talked about at our wedding. Jeff even made us custom candles for our centerpieces that had hints of blue that matched my grandmothers wedding suit. They are all incredibly kind and thoughtful people that make absolute magic with flowers and anything else that you could dream of. You can completely trust that they will see your vision and make it a reality!
Kristen and her team were AMAZING! So creative, professional, and really top notch all around! I really loved all the detail she took in putting together a proposal based on my vis...
ion board and she had plenty of great suggestions that we were able to go over. I never once worried about my florals. On my wedding day I was simply BLOWN AWAY by what she put together. Hire her - you won't regret it!
Kristen is exceptional at what she does. She has an eye for design (for more than just floral!) that is innovative, thoughtful and versatile. I came to Kristen with a color palette...
and a couple of inspiration photos, and the execution was beyond anything that I could have thought of myself. Two or three days before our wedding we all pretty much knew that it was going to rain, meaning we would have to move the outdoor ceremony indoors. Kristen prepared not one, not two, but three back-up plans because she is a master adaptor. Put your trust in Kristen and the Vintage Soul team and they'll more than deliver.
Our wedding flowers were beautiful and Kristen did a great job! In my initial consultation, we not only talked about flowers, but Kristen gave me several other décor ideas and reco...

r team were on top of things (literally on top of the arbor lol) and their work was absolutely BREATHTAKING! I can not describe how thankful we are for her and her team. ALL of our guests (even single 20-something year old guys) said that her work was "beautiful." If you're looking for a professional, responsive, high-quality florist look no further than Vintage Soul!!!! The flowers are gorgeous, highest of quality, and elegant all at the same time. For any bride/groom looking for wedding floral in the Charlotte area - this is your team!

. The effort and care she puts into her work is noticeable and the flowers she works with are some of the most stunning, colorful and healthy blooms I've ever seen. If you are not exploring Vintage Soul, you are missing out.
You can stop looking for your florist now, Vintage Soul Floral Design is it! Kristen is the sweetest person and willing to work with your budget to find the best floral design for ...
your dream wedding.
Kristen took the time to make what I can only describe as a Pinterest board-level proposal. The amount of time and detail put into the proposal really sealed the deal for us. Kristen made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole process!
The flowers were STUNNING. The team put together the most gorgeous staircase and arbor I have ever seen. Kristen made sure we were aware of any last-minute detail changes and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it!
We can't thank the Vintage Soul Floral Design team enough for helping make our wedding dreams come true!

first phone call with me and made sure that she had all my ideas down. She got a proposal together that detailed out everything. She was very helpful when it came to payment issues my father was having and with all the changes I made before the big day. She was professional and courteous. My flowers were STUNNING. My dream bouquet for sure. I got so many compliments on the bouquets, aisle arrangements, and the arrangement that was attached to the cross for the ceremony. My table centerpieces were exactly what I wanted. She did such an amazing job on the flowers. I can not recommend her enough. If you’re unsure about her work, just go look and her Instagram! She is incredible!!

brings an A-List team to help her knock your vision out of the park on day-of. I had so many guests comment on the flowers being the most beautiful they'd ever seen at a wedding; and my bouquet was better than I could have ever even dreamed. We were able to do a large "floral runway" install on a staircase, and it was truly jaw-dropping. No job is too big for her! From her communication to her execution - I couldn't say enough great things about Kristen. She is simply amazing and I am forever thankful she made my wedding day feel and look like a fairytale :)
Kristen and her team took our vision and made it into a dreamy reality. At our first meeting, I told Kristen that I'm not a very colorful person and love lighting. She took that an...
d came up with ideas that exactly matched what I envisioned. I absolutely loved her creativity and enthusiasm during that meeting, it made us even more excited. When it came to budget, she was very respectful and worked well with us to make sure we stayed within that range. It was really appreciated since we know how expensive weddings can be.
Our wedding ended up having candles galore, all in different colors (black, clear, and gold) which was stunning, especially at night. The floral arrangements were gorgeous, having pops of black, white, and greenery all around. The decor she was able to provide, like our unique photo background and seating arrangement written on a grand mirror, were mouth dropping. Most people say that people don't remember the details at weddings like decor and florals, but its one of the first things people talk about when they talk about our wedding. My favorite compliment was one friend said that even her fiance thought the florals and candles looked amazing. Cannot thank Kristen for making our ceremony and reception look exactly the way we wanted.
I cannot express enough how Kristen at Vintage Soul Floral Design took my idea and ran with it all the way through to the finish line.
I had been meeting with florists for about a...
month and could not find the right fit - they were not professional, they were not responsive, they were not seeing my vision, they were not a good value, etc. I was exhausted and defeated when I called Kristen. We scheduled a zoom chat and spoke for almost TWO HOURS. We just immediately clicked as vendor and client. She understood my "orange grove" wedding theme and took it all the way to its limit! She was even able to understand my desire for a unique wedding backdrop and was able to sketch something for me on the spot.
When you hire Kristen, you're getting so much more than flowers. You are able to get someone who absolutely loves what they do and loves using their creative mind to exceed your expectations!
I'll just let the pictures speak for themselves, but Vintage Soul Floral Design is absolutely one of the best florists in this area. Kristin's creative mind, accommodating nature and kind personality will make not only your wedding beautiful but your planning experience enjoyable.

to COVID without missing a beat, making the process as smooth and easy as we could have imagined in tough circumstances. She provided her expertise, artistry, and guidance throughout, helping to make our dream wedding come to life and always helping to maximize our budget. We were speechless when we actually saw the venue on the wedding day, as our vision for our wedding was brought to life more beautifully than we could have imagined. We would recommend Vintage Soul to anyone who is looking for a florist to help create their vision or simply bring it to life.

We are so thankful we found this gem during the vendor search process of wedding planning. Kristen made an extra boutonnière on the spot for our ring bearer which was so very kind of her to do! It meant a lot that we could trust her. We will certainly be recommending Vintage Soul to everyone when they’re looking for a wonderful florist.
Thank you Kristen for being such a joy to work with!

tured our vision by creating breathtaking arrangements and accents for my daughter’s special day. Her arrangements stayed fresh and bright in the July garden wedding in North Carolina. Her suggestions for repurposing some of the arrangements for the reception helped us save on the flower budget. She was kind and patient and her team worked with excellence.

I found Vintage Soul Floral through The Knot. Kristen was great to work with and she was able to accommodate my vision with my proposed budget. This meant a lot to me because the ...
first proposal was out of my price range. However, she was able to still make me SO happy within my budget. I was absolutely in LOVE with my bridal bouquet. She did such an amazing job putting my bold colors together to make my vision become reality. I highly recommend her and her hardworking team.

’t look right without floral décor. Kristen entered the planning process early on, suggesting we create a Pinterest board to give her a good idea of the look we were going for. We knew from Kristen’s portfolio that she was talented. What really wow’d my mother and me was Kristen’s interest in helping us realize our vision, her very wide range of suggestions (she knows so much more about weddings than just flowers), her attention to details and her immense enthusiasm in making the wedding match our dreams. At her suggestion, we stopped thinking in terms of covering up some of the industrial elements, and instead embraced them and intertwined lovely and compatible floral elements. She fully embraced our desire to incorporate succulents liberally in every aspect from bouquets, to hair ornaments, to cake topper and centerpieces, expertly softening the look with her signature roses in the softest pastels (you’ve got to see her “blown roses”). I highly recommend her services!
Kristen is the sweetest florist I've met through the planning. She went through every single detail of my requests exceeding my expectations. I asked for a simple but yet classy/ro...
mantic decor and didn't give her a dreamy budget for it, and even though she made it happen just as I dreamed. When she met me at my hotel to deliver the bouquet and told me she decided to add a extra touch I got even more excited and counting the seconds to see the venue and the result was SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL. Her touch made the decor even more special. She really cares for her customers and delivers more than we ask/pay for.

kind, and extremely flexible. I wanted to limit my floral budget and have a fairly simple look, and she worked with me to discuss what might work best to keep us within budget, but still deliver on the look i was going for. I can't say enough about how great she is to work with - even for those who may not know much about flowers.
If you're anything like me and don't know the difference between a tulip and a daffodil, Kristen is your girl. Hands down, not only did she listen to me ramble for an hour sharing ...
Pinterest board pictures, but her quote BLEW ME AWAY. The amount of time she takes in her quotes to include visuals so I knew where her mind was at based on what I wanted helped me out so much! She worked within my budget and didn't sell me a $20 stem when there was a comparable for cheaper because I'm not a flower girl - I didn't need the top notch stem, but oh if you are she can definitely get you those top notch stems! Now let's get to the execution on the wedding day - FLAWLESS - I was blown away by the work she put into her flowers and arrangements. I can't think of anyone better that you need to be your florist on your wedding day!

ome to life. Fun fact: right before the ceremony started, my now husband, dad and best man realized they had forgotten their boutonnières! In less than 30 minutes, she put together three boutonnières right on time for the ceremony. You honestly can't go wrong with VSFD and Kristen!
I am SO happy I found Kristen to be the florist for our wedding. Leading up to the wedding I was impressed by how attentive she was, so patient with me as I made various requests, ...
changed my mind about things, etc. It never felt like she was doing anything just to get paid, or to try to get more money out of me; she truly wanted to make sure that everything was how I wanted it to be AND that it would fit within my budget. The day of the wedding, I was so amazed at how everything she made turned out. She took our request to add in some feathers into the boutonnieres and ran with it, adding in little surprise touches here and there to the bouquets, altar and table decor, and the end result was gorgeous, so unique, and I was blown away! You will not be sorry to go with Vintage Soul Floral Design!
I have a feeling I will not be able to come up with words to explain how absolutely amazing Kristin and her work is, but I am going to try. Let me start by saying she is so incredi...
bly patient and kind. When I was planning my wedding the flowers were going to be one of the most important parts of my vision. I shared with Kristin my vision which started out with a few specific flower requests and it quickly grew to many specific unique requests. I completely relied on her artist abilities to blend theses individual flowers and feature displays into my complete vision. She lovingly joked that my bouquet was going to have all of the things! And it truly did...but she somehow made it blend seamlessly and gave me the unique look I wanted! Being a destination wedding she made sure I was completely comfortable by having several phone meetings with me and she was always just an email or text away if I needed her. Her proposals are the most throughout and beautiful thing you could imagine. She creates a story of what your wedding will look like through swatches, flower clips, and inspiration pictures. Her knowledge base is so impressive! My only regret is that I didn’t get the chance to meet her on my wedding day! She was basically a wedding flower fairy who delivered my wildest dreams! As a bride I cannot tell you how happy you will be that you have Kristen as your florist because she makes the entire process smooth and seamless leaving you with no room to stress or worry. She goes above and beyond without question! I am still in awe of what she created for me and I can not recommend her enough!

ctober due to a hurricane. Obviously, it was an incredibly stressful and upsetting time for my husband and I as we worked to reschedule and replay our entire wedding. Kristen was the BEST through this process. She was totally understanding of us having to postpone and reworked her own schedule so that she could still do the flowers for our new date. Not only that, but she made us a bunch of fabulous arrangements and personally brought them to our house when we were really upset right after the postponement. That girl is a true friend and a beautiful person. My highest recommendation goes to Kristen.
So amazing! Our flowers were beautiful and even better then we could have imagined.

utside gazebo where we had most of our flowers remained unaffected. She made sure that they were really on there and lasted through the rain for pictures as well. I even had family members take them home after the reception because they were so beautiful. Our centerpieces were an eclectic mix of vases and family pieces and she tied them all together with her artistic vision to create a cohesive look. My girls all loved their bouquets and the boutonnieres were just right for the men. Not too feminine. My hair piece was a comb that she attached flowers to and it never once came out. She also managed to put together a throw bouquet at the last minute when it had slipped my mind. Her abilities to put something together so quickly and beautifully was not only impressive but also showed how much she cares about her client. Out of all the things to worry about on a wedding day I never once had to worry with her. She knew exactly what we wanted and delivered spectacularly. I cannot recommend her enough and I hope others get to have an unforgettable experience like I did.
