"Making the World a Beautiful Place… One Wedding at a Time"
When f&b's founder, Jessica Samsing, began working part time for a flower shop as an undergraduate student, she never imagined she'd found her calling. Flash forward seven years, a Bachelor's Degree, and a full time career as an administrative professional. Jessica's baby sister was getting married. As a wedding gift, she volunteered to design and arrange her wedding flowers. Despite the stresses surrounding the rest of the wedding, Jessica reveled in the quiet bliss of designing her sister's wedding flowers and bringing those designs to life. When she placed the lovingly prepared bouquet in her sister's hands, she knew she was hooked. Fleurish & Bloom was born shortly thereafter.
From the founder, Jessica Samsing: "To me, bringing someone joy on the most special day of their life is both a privilege and a blessing. From initial contact to executing the vision for the big day, I believe each of my soon-to-be-married couples deserves to be treated with the same love and attention that I poured into my sister's wedding. To this day, my favorite part of the floral design process is watching a bride's face light up at the sight of her bouquet, each given with a single wish: that her marriage continues to flourish and bloom in the most spectacular ways."

Jessica from Fleurish and Bloom was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. She had previously done my sister’s wedding in 2023, and the fact that she remembered so many in...
timate details from that day meant so much to us—and was a huge reason we chose her. That level of care and thoughtfulness is truly rare.
She was also incredibly flexible and worked with our budget without ever making us feel limited. Somehow, she took our ideas and elevated them beyond anything we could have imagined. The flowers were beyond my wildest dreams—every arrangement was stunning and perfectly brought our vision to life.
Jessica is not only unbelievably talented, but also so kind, attentive, and passionate about what she does. We feel so lucky to have had her be part of our day!

oposal that perfectly captured my vision. She was so personable and genuinely excited about my florals and the overall aesthetic of my vision, which made planning even more special.
She worked closely with me to stay within budget while still achieving the exact look I was dreaming of by providing me alternative options to meet my budget but also not sacrifice the look I wanted to achieve. Her attention to detail and the quality of her work were absolutely stunning. The florals were not only beautiful but thoughtfully arranged. She also helped me repurpose arrangements from the ceremony to the reception, which created a cohesive look and maximized value. Don't miss out on Jesscia's pristine work, knowledge and delighful creativity for your wedding florals!
I can't say enough good things about Jessica and Fleurish & Bloom! Throughout the entire planning process she was organized, detailed, communicative, and super knowledgeable about ...
how to bring my floral vision to life. She was flexible with changes I wanted to make and had great ideas for how to incorporate all of the colors and flowers I wanted to include in my bouquets AND helped me get the most out of my floral budget.
On my wedding day she greeted me with my GORGEOUS bouquet and her kind, calm demeanor. The florals at my ceremony site were exactly as we discussed, if not better, and she even made sure to add a few extra flower to the signs, which made everything look very cohesive. She repurposed all the ceremony flowers to my reception space without compromising quality, and again did a fantastic job executing my vision for our table flowers and candles.
I have had SO many people remark on how stunning the florals were, and I have to completely agree. I couldn't have imagined better!

oughout the entire process.
The bouquets she created for me and my bridesmaids were absolutely stunning, and they perfectly captured the style and vibe we were hoping for. On the day of the wedding, she even built a gorgeous flower arch onsite just hours before the ceremony—it was breathtaking and one of our favorite décor elements.
What really stood out was how budget-conscious she was. Whenever we had new ideas or last-minute requests, she always found thoughtful ways to make them happen without adding unnecessary cost.
We truly appreciated her care, talent, and dedication, and we can’t recommend her highly enough!

her talent and expertise. She was dedicated and determined to make our vision a reality. Spoiler alert - it turned out better than we could have imagined!! Seriously, they were perfect. The cherry on top was how much she cared about us as a couple. Even going as far as sending a personalized text the morning of the wedding with her well wishes and expressing her excitement to be a part of it. Her communication and commitment to her clients does not go unnoticed. She is the best, you will not be disappointed!!
Jessica and her team did the florals for our wedding, and they were AMAZING! She was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. I reached out to many florists, and she was ...
patient and intentional, taking my mumbled jumbled ideas and putting together something magical for our big day. No idea was too big or small. We had several one-on-one meetings, and she put together an inspirational slide deck. That’s when I truly started to see all the pieces coming together! She worked within my budget and let me know beforehand if there would be any additional costs based on what I wanted. It was also nice because I could handle all my floral rentals through her (things like vases and candles) without needing to contact additional vendors. On the actual wedding day, Jessica and her team were incredibly kind, keeping me at ease. I trusted her to get creative and make decisions when I didn't have an exact plan for something. Cannot recommend f&b enough!

on. She sent me a customized mood board afterwards with examples of what everything would look like. This really helped everything come to life.
She was soooo flexible and really wanted to work with me and my budget which was so nice to experience from a vendor. The wedding world can be a cash grab these days but Jessica was truly honest and wanted us to work. She really went above and beyond and even was able to use faux things that I already had from Ling's Moment and incorporated them with the fresh florals to keep the cost down to my budget. She was so understanding and made me feel very confident in her abilities. I really did trust everything she was going to do and it paid off. Everything at my wedding was so beautiful. She did such a wonderful job of making my vision come to life. Not to mention, she lived a few hours away and still met me half way to exchange some things prior to the event. I highly recommend using her and supporting her well earned business. I wish Jessica all the success!

s very reasonable and she was very flexible to ensure that we kept with our budget. She was always willing to jump on a call and was responsive whenever we had questions. We can not recommend Jessica/Fleurish and Bloom enough!
From the first meeting with Jessica, I knew that I had made the right decision to work with her for our florals. I shared my Pinterest board with her and chatted with her about our...
(relatively) limited floral budget. I told Jessica that I wanted to use seasonal flowers and mostly greenery with a pop of color - I wanted my bouquet and the floral decor to look like I had done a *really* good job at picking everything myself and throwing it together into a "natural" looking arrangement. Jessica could see my vision even better than I did! She made me feel more like a friend than a client, and she did more than I had imagined. Jessica was flexible, and she helped us to reuse centerpieces from the rehearsal dinner to the wedding reception, and our ceremony garland was re-purposed for the head table (she actually stayed through the ceremony to do this!). She was willing to work with us every step of the way, and her presence on our wedding day was a lovely addition of positivity and joy. Jessica is talented, knowledgeable, organized, professional, and super sweet and kind to top it all off. Our flowers were absolutely stunning and perfect. I would recommend her to anyone and am so glad our paths crossed!
Jessica was absolutely fantastic. She was recommend to us by a local florist, and I couldn't be happier with her or her work. Not only was her work stunning (and truly exemplified ...
what I had hoped for) but she was such a pleasure to work with. The flowers were bright, beautiful, locally sourced and perfect. She was beyond helpful and incredibly kind. I couldn't recommend a better florist.

te to meet and talk flowers... she was just as sweet as I thought which for me played a big role in booking my vendors. I wanted to book with people that I could see myself being friends with. We had a very small budget for flowers but Jessica went above and betound what I had ever envisioned my flowers to look like. I wish I could post pictures of our sweetheart table and my bouquet because they were to die for. I don't know how to made it come together with out budget but she rocked it. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jess and her business. She is wonderful, her flowers are amazing and I feel like she was the cherry ontop of my wedding with the flowers. Thank you!!!
I found Jessica at a bridal show that was held at a my venue (Two Rivers Country Club), and completely fell in love with her aesthetic. Jessica did an AMAZING job with our florals ...
this past weekend - all of our guests were raving about the arrangements! She was so easy to communicate with and very organized and professional leading up to the big day. I was SO happy to be able to support Jessica in starting her own business, and she really pulled out all of the stops on my wedding day. She will go out of her way to make your day as special as possible, and at an extremely affordable price!! You won't regret it!
