Fleur De Lis catering is a wedding catering business serving the New Orleans, LA area. Owned and run by US army veteran Hector Laines, this Green-Certified company has been in operation since 2006 and prides itself on creating amazing cuisine from the finest local produce. Operating out of a 5000-square-foot kitchen in uptown New Orleans and with a 28-foot mobile kitchen available for deployment to your location, Fleur de Lis has the resources and experience to help make your wedding day live long in your memory, no matter the size. Owner Hector Laines has been deeply involved in the New Orleans hotel and catering industry for over 30 years. He believes in hard work, and always strives to exceed expectations. His background and experience have given him a wealth of knowledge that he is happy to share with clients when creating their own events. The kitchen is overseen by executive chef, and New Orleans native, Benjamin Wicks. Ben is a culinary arts graduate of Delgado Community College, and boasts years of experience, both as a restaurant owner and head chef. He and his team have created an extensive menu at Fleur de Lis that is bursting with southern flavor and style. The team promises to deliver a uniquely personalized service to you and your guests. Each menu is tailored to your exact requirements and every dish will leave you wanting more. Allergy-free options are also available and the team prides itself on its ability to meet any challenge. Each package also includes a cake cutting service and a ceremony attendant to help make your day as streamlined as possible. From your wedding dinner to a late evening feast or second day barbeque, the dedicated team at Fleur de Lis will work with you to make your big day a truly unforgettable culinary experience.

We were all extremely happy with how things turned out, and most of our guests said this was the best wedding we've been to. Our intention was to not have a traditional seated dinner, but have a night of partying and celebration. So food was passed at the beginning during cocktail hour, and then Hector and Fleur de Lis helped accommodate our more unorthodox request of having the party be a bit more free flowing and open. Very much recommend.

And of course the food was fabulous - fresh seafood for the passed appetizers! The guests were raving about the food. o great and absolutely go above and beyond to provide you with the best and professional service. The occasion was my son’s rehearsal dinner in New Orleans which served around 100 people. Of course I had overlooked some pretty important details . ( I forgot to preference silverware type and water glasses which they did discuss with me but I overlooked) Lol instead of me being charged a $300 delivery fee they handled with such ease. They picked them up!It was A huge weekend in Nola (st. Patrick day) and deliveries were almost impossible.
