I had the best experience with Flawless Finish! From the beginning, it was very clear what to expect in terms of price and timeline (trial, day of, etc). As someone who loves to know details, I found the trial prep sheet extremely helpful and it made me feel excited and ready for the trial. The trial itself was a lot of fun and calmed any nerves I had about how I would look on my wedding day - I left feeling so confident! Now most importantly the wedding day! I had 13 bridesmaids and a flower girl, so needless to say we were a group who needed a lot of coordination and time management. The Flawless Finish team (Marisa, Ro, Joy, and Danielle) came right on time and kept things moving all morning. We even finished up a bit early! My friends and family loved how friendly and talkative they were - they just seemed like part of the group! If you value organization, communication, and being able to feel relaxed on your wedding day, look no further! Flawless Finish really started my day off perfectly!

They seamlessly coordinated getting six people ready with time to spare, working with ages ranging from 19 to 68. Tiffany took the time to understand everyone’s skin type before applying makeup and even asked to see each person’s dress to ensure the makeup perfectly complemented the gown. Marisa asked everyone about the look they were going for and offered expert suggestions on styles that enhanced the overall appearance. Our hair and makeup lasted all day without any need for touch-ups, and we received countless compliments throughout the event. I crave control I know that it can be a little overwhelming for some. Melissa takes the time to answer every question and replies back almost immediately. That was important to me because when you don't hear back from a vendor within a reasonable time frame - panic can set in! The week prior to the wedding I received a PDF prep sheet with useful DOs and DON'Ts, along with day-of information that was helpful to see. I shared the prep with my bridal party and they agreed it was so helpful. Again, Melissa was communicative and all-inclusive! The morning of the wedding my team (2 Hair and 2 Makeup Artists) arrived early to set everything up. They do ask that you have everything ready prior, but I can see why - it makes all the difference with how quickly they can get started. They said it multiple times - their job is to keep things relaxes while getting everyone's hair & makeup done - and they did just that. Tiffany, Marisa, Joy & Danielle were AMAZING! We saved a bunch of pictures from IG and they executed our looks PERFECTLY. They didn't just work their magic with hair/makeup - they talked, joked and made us all feel like girlfriends who had known each other for a while. It was a GREAT way to start my wedding day - and honestly, the most relaxed. I am so happy I did my research and decided on Flawless!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Like any bridal beauty company/salon, bridal trials are a completely separate service from the wedding day and we spend as much, if not more, time - getting to know the client, discussing any hair/skin concerns and most importantly, understanding the look they want to achieve for their big day. We are always happy to accommodate trials for whoever would like them, but they require using hair/makeup products, as well as the time and expertise of our Artists - making it a paid service. Bridal trials, with any professional company, are either offered a la carte, or built into the total cost - but are always a paid service.
