am is absolutely phenomenal and true professionals. They created an incredible craft cocktail experience for our 150 guests, and everyone is still talking about how amazing the drinks and mocktails were. The team was warm, professional, and made the entire process from planning the menu to the last call feel effortless. menu that felt very us. Our tasting with Josue was an awesome event in itself. We sampled over ten different cocktails, curated to our preferences, each one showcasing the bold infusions, flavors, and surprises that define their craft-first approach.
On the wedding day, that attention to detail came to life. Our signature drinks were a crowd favorite, and our guests still cannot stop talking about it, particularly the bride's signature drink, which was a cucumber vodka with mint oil garnish. The groom's custom black sesame bourbon highball added a sophisticated edge as well. As for the team: they weren’t just pouring drinks—they were engaging, personable, and added a performative spark that made every round feel special. Flair Project didn’t just serve cocktails; they helped create one of the most memorable parts of our celebration.
This is a long overdue review after our august 2024 wedding in Santa Barbara. From the first meeting we had the best experience working with Ivo and Flair Project. Ivo was professi...
onal, organized and clearly passionate about what he does. We met with multiple bartending services and Flair Project was clearly the best of the bunch. Ivo helped advise us on our custom cocktails, answered any questions we had, and worked seamlessly with our planner. One of the highlights of wedding planning was our cocktail tasting with D- we were blown away by their knowledge, the cocktail presentation, and how well they guided us through the process of narrowing down to our final cocktail choices. On wedding day our guests raved about the cocktails, and we still dream about our green chartreuse cocktail! Hire Flair Project for your next event-- you won't regret it!
We came to Flair Project at a time of great need while planning our wedding. Our initial bar service was unserviceable just a few weeks leading up to the big day and we had to find...
another with little time to spare. This ended up being a blessing in disguise as Ivo and the team exceeded any expectations we had! They were quick with communication prior to the event and carried through all their promises on the day of. Many guests commented about how good the drinks were. Beyond their ability to make a drink, the bartenders were fun and efficient - there was never a line for our wedding of ~120 people, many of which are the type to frequent the bar throughout a night. Highly recommend!

e we got engaged, they provided incredible guidance in the lead-up to the wedding with quantities and glassware and every possible question we had, and their team day-of was a hit. We received numerous compliments both about the drinks themselves and the politeness and speed of the people serving them. We cannot recommend Flair Project enough.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flair Project to anyone--they're phenomenal. I sourced my own cocktails for the wedding, which were complex and included niche ingredients and pre-...
making special syrups, etc. George was unphased by the challenge and the Flair team successfully pulled off these cocktails for our 170-person wedding. No waiting in long lines at the bar, cocktails ready when guests arrived, and they can make anything you want beyond the specialty drinks. I'm still getting comments from friends and family on how much they loved both the drinks and the bartenders. Worth every penny, just book them!
Would highly recommend partnering with Ivo and the Flair Project team for any upcoming event needs. For our wedding, Flair was both the easiest bartending vendor to work with & th...
e most reasonably priced. Beyond that, we appreciated Flair's strong service - willing to bring complimentary champagne to celebrate at our ceremony location before also serving drinks at our reception venue. And at our reception, Flair's bartender Wyatt provided amazing service to our guests and even went above and beyond to help dinner service to make our night as smooth as possible.
If you haven't hired the Flair Project for your wedding or special event- stop everything you're doing and hire them!
