Our wedding day happened to fall during a hurricane, and we also experienced an unexpected loss the day before. To say things were overwhelming and didn’t go as planned would be an understatement. During such an emotional and difficult time, the team was absolutely incredible. They were understanding, accommodating, patient, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. They worked with me through all the unexpected challenges and helped make an incredibly stressful situation feel manageable.
When you’re planning one of the most important days of your life, you hope to find a venue that is beautiful and a team that knows what they’re doing. But what you really need is a team that shows up for you when things don’t go according to plan. That is exactly what they did for us. They treated us with so much kindness and compassion when we needed it most, and that is something I will never forget.
