If you're considering The Flagstaff House for your wedding, stop looking and book it.
We were married here in July 2026 with just under 100 guests, and I honestly cannot imagine a...
better venue for a wedding of that size. The setting is spectacular, but what truly sets the Flagstaff House apart is the experience. It never felt like we were simply renting a beautiful venue. It felt like we were being cared for by a team that genuinely wanted our wedding to be perfect.
The food and beverage experience was beyond anything we could have hoped for. So many weddings serve food because they have to. At the Flagstaff House, dinner is part of the event itself. The cuisine was exceptional, the presentation was beautiful, and the wine and cocktail service throughout the evening was exactly what you'd expect from one of Colorado's premier restaurants. Our guests are still talking about how incredible the meal was.
The planning process was just as impressive. Annie was an absolute joy to work with from our very first conversation all the way through the wedding night. She was organized, responsive, thoughtful, and had every detail planned down to the minute. Every vendor knew where they needed to be, every transition happened seamlessly, and we never once worried about what was happening behind the scenes because Annie had already thought of it.
One thing we didn't fully appreciate until after the wedding was how valuable it is to have your planner be part of the venue itself. Annie knows every room, every member of the staff, every timeline, and every logistical detail of the Flagstaff House. That continuity simply isn't something an outside planner can replicate. Having one person guide us from the initial planning meetings through the last moments of the reception made the entire process feel effortless.
The service throughout the evening was flawless. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely seemed invested in making sure our guests had an incredible experience. Plates appeared and disappeared seamlessly, drinks were never empty, and every interaction reflected the level of hospitality the Flagstaff House is known for.
In addition to taking care of our guests, the bride and groom (writing this) were taken exceptional care of. Whatever we needed, the staff was on it. They also were regularly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed from the first arrival pre ceremony to the end of the evening when we both just needed glasses of water. We'd especially like to recognize Wes, who took phenomenal care of us throughout the evening and even helped me clean up myself with a bloody nose while we shared our vows.
Looking back, the best way I can describe our wedding is this: it felt like a five-star fine dining experience that just happened to be our wedding. Every detail reflected the care, professionalism, and hospitality of the entire team.
We couldn't recommend The Flagstaff House more highly. If you're planning an intimate to medium-sized wedding—especially in the 75 to 100 guest range—I truly believe it's one of the best wedding venues in Colorado. We would choose it again without hesitation.
Luxury meets mountain! Annie and her team are professional, flexible and helpful when it comes to designing our dream wedding. We went with Flagstaff House because we knew the most...
important thing for us in our wedding was the food, and nothing beats the Flagstaff House as we had already been to them for one of our birthdays to celebrate. We also didn't want to worry a lot about the decorations and going with them meant the mountain views were the backdrop for our ceremony and dining experience. It was perfect, and everything felt elevated and relaxed. Our guests love it, and it was especially quite the experience for even the people who were from instate.
They are knowledgeable about weddings, and it shows up in details that they do like ensuring that when we sit down for food, the bride and groom have the cocktail hour appetizers sampler waiting for them at their table because in weddings it's rare the bride and groom actually get to participate in their own cocktail hour. Everything was great, and the whole day was perfect.
Would do it again!
Everything about The Flagstaff House is perfect for a wedding and reception. The views, the service and the food are A+ across the board. It's a gorgeous place for your ceremony ...
and guests to experience Colorado. The service, both in advance with planning and on the day of were timely and professional. And the food is ridiculously good and sure to be seared in your memory and the memories of your guests. Overall I'd say it is a wonderfully memorable experience. Having our wedding and reception there meant we could enjoy every moment of the day and know it would be just as we wanted.
The Flagstaff House was a dream wedding venue for us the whole way through. The director of events, Annie Floro, could not have been a better resource for us. When we had questions...
, she was so helpful and attentive in responding. She also put us in contact with our eventual day-of coordinator, and the two of them gave us a perfect, stress-free day. The entire Flagstaff House staff--from wait staff, to the bartenders, to the valet attendants--were amazing, very friendly, and so professional. The food and drinks were incredible, and we got so many compliments from our guests! And we are so appreciative that the Flagstaff House bartender and Annie worked together to create a signature drink that was a huge hit. We cannot recommend the Flagstaff House enough!
We decided to have our wedding with a relatively quick turnaround time (6 months)…and the Flagstaff House was nothing short of incredible getting everything squared away and prepar...
ed for our day!
Annie was beyond any event coordinator I’ve ever worked with. She is friendly, responsive, helpful, and exactly who we needed when going through this process.
The Flagstaff House is known for their remarkable food & drinks — and they absolutely did not disappoint for our wedding. The gluten free, dairy free cake was the talk of the after party! No one could believe it was GF/DF.
The views from the deck were exactly what we envisioned and the dining room was perfect for our small-ish wedding.
The only couple of issues we had were with bringing our own sound system in for the ceremony (would’ve been helpful to have a solid option there) & the air conditioning not really cutting it on the hot June day.
We truly cannot say enough incredible things about Flagstaff House Restaurant. From start to finish, our wedding experience was nothing short of exceptional.
Our guests literally ...
told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended — and the best food and wine they’ve ever had at a wedding. Multiple people said it felt like a Michelin-star dining experience paired with the most breathtaking setting imaginable. Every course was flawlessly executed, beautifully presented, and absolutely unforgettable.
The wine program deserves its own standing ovation. The pairings were thoughtful, elevated, and perfectly curated, and our guests are still talking about it months later.
Beyond the food and wine, the staff made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Every single person we interacted with was professional, warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. The service was impeccable — our guests were taken care of at every moment, and we as the couple felt completely supported and at ease.
Flagstaff House didn’t just host our wedding — they elevated it beyond anything we could have imagined. If you are considering this venue for a wedding or special event, know that you are choosing absolute excellence in every possible way. We would relive this day here a thousand times over.

t from the other options is their amazing staff. They worked with us every step of the way to make sure no detail was overlooked. We are beyond grateful and couldn't be happier to have had our special day there. Their recommended vendor list was also perfect!
Our daytime wedding ceremony at Flagstaff House was absolutely wonderful. I booked the venue without ever seeing it in person, and it ended up being the best decision I could have ...
made. Annie, the venue coordinator, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. I never felt the need to hire an outside wedding planner because the restaurant handled so much, including the food, cake, chairs, linens, table numbers, and overall venue setup.
Having both the ceremony and reception in one place made the day incredibly easy for our guests, and everything flowed perfectly from one moment to the next. The venue itself does not need much decor beyond simple flowers because the mountain backdrop is so stunning. On the day of the wedding, the space was beautiful, and our guests loved taking photos with the mountains as the backdrop.
I am so glad we chose a daytime ceremony because it created exactly the vibe I hoped for and allowed me to enjoy the entire day with family, friends, and my husband. I will also admit that it was a relief to get the most nerve-wracking part (walking down the aisle) done early in the day.
Flagstaff House helped us incorporate some special touches into our celebration, including having a live painter. Annie found the perfect spot for the painter during both the ceremony and the reception, and I truly appreciated how seamlessly the venue supported this unique element. Flagstaff House also happened to carry a special wine from a Canadian winery my husband and I had visited while dating, which was such a delightful surprise. We were able to include this wine in our cake cutting, making the moment even more meaningful.
Flagstaff House made our wedding truly special, and I am so grateful for the experience.
The Flagstaff House made the entire wedding planning process so easy & took away all the stress. They handled every detail perfectly, all I had to do what hire a harpist, florist &...
a photographer. The food was AMAZING, all our guests loved. The Flagstaff House was able to accommodate dietary restrictions so there was an option for everyone. The cake was also phenomenal & decorated beautifully with the flowers we provided. Every aspect of the event was planned perfectly & we knew we were in good hands with nothing to worry about on the day of our wedding. The value for what we got was amazing. I loved that the pricing structure was very clear so that we could plan the exact cost based on guest counts & alcohol provided. Annie, the event planner, made the entire experience enjoyable because we knew that she had everything under control.
Our wedding at Flagstaff House was absolutely unforgettable. The views alone feel like something out of a dream, but it was the service, the food, and the atmosphere that made the ...
night truly extraordinary. Every detail was handled with so much care, and our guests are still talking about the dinner and how magical the evening felt. If you want a wedding venue that delivers world-class experience with genuine Colorado beauty, Flagstaff House is it. We couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to start our lives together.
Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! From start to finish, the team at The Flagstaff House was incredibly professional...
, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our day unforgettable. The venue looked stunning, the coordination was seamless. Our guests raved about the excellent food and service. Our day of coordinator made sure we didn’t have a single thing to worry about. If you want an amazing wedding, definitely look no further than the Flagstaff House!!
Flagstaff House Restaurant was the perfect venue for our intimate wedding of 18 people. The setting was stunning, the atmosphere felt incredibly special, and the entire experience ...
exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding—every guest commented on how exceptional it was—and the team was wonderfully accommodating, especially for those with specific dietary needs. A huge part of what made our day so seamless was Annie Floro. From the moment we booked through the day of the wedding, she was amazing to work with. She answered every question promptly, provided completely transparent pricing, and ensured that every detail was handled with care. Thanks to her, our wedding day felt smooth, effortless, and absolutely stress-free.
I wholeheartedly recommend Flagstaff House as a wedding venue. It was everything we hoped for and more.

s truly so amazing, and since the day, we have been flooded with texts and calls from our guests, raving about the venue. Annie Floro is at the helm of their event planning, and she was just the sweetest, most considerate and well organized event planner I have ever worked with! I can’t recommend the Flagstaff House more.
Flagstaff House was incredible! They were such a great venue. Annie was our event planner, and she was perfect - professional, friendly, and so helpful helping everything run smoot...
hly day of. The venue itself was beautiful and did a great job helping us plan for any weather scenario. The food was INCREDIBLE - each of the dishes were delicious and the cake was just as beautiful as it was delicious. It ended up being a surprisingly budget friendly option as well - although the price for food is higher than most places, the fact that the restaurant provided everything needed for the lunch including custom menus, the cake, and all of the linens/chairs/tables/table numbers/etc. meant that the total price ended up being a great value.
Getting married at Flagstaff House was everything I dreamed of and more. My husband and I spent the whole year talking about how excited we were for our wedding food and it lived u...
p to our hype. Each bite of our lunch was extraordinary and our guests were raving about their meals too. Annie is an absolute gem and helped keep us organized through the planning process. She was extremely communicative and supported the flow of the day too. The best part is, Flagstaff House is surprisingly affordable when compared to other venues in the Boulder/metro area. If you're having any doubts, just go see the beautiful venue and views for yourself. We had about 40 guests and I think that fit the venue perfectly. If you want intimate, classy mountain vibes, this is the place for you!

lace—we were drawn to its breathtaking views, timeless elegance, and warm, welcoming atmosphere. But what truly made it unforgettable was the care, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail from the team, especially Annie.
Our wedding day felt deeply meaningful, relaxed, and truly us. The staff made everything seamless so we could be fully present with our loved ones. The food and wine were absolutely phenomenal, the setting was stunning, and every single detail was executed perfectly.
Annie was more than a venue coordinator—she was a calming presence and an essential part of the day. Her kindness and understanding, especially around some of our more personal family dynamics, meant the world to us. She went above and beyond in every way, and we are forever grateful.
If you’re looking for a venue that offers not just beauty but heart, grace, and excellence at every turn, look no further. We feel so lucky to have celebrated such an important moment in our lives at The Flagstaff House.
We knew from the moment of looking at the flagstaff house that it was probably going to be the venue. We walked up and there was a deer hanging out and it was our sign. Annie was b...
y the most helpful in helping set up our decor and keeping us on track. She even helped hand out food at the reception. The food, the atmosphere, the venue were all so great especially for us who flew all the way from PA and IL. I highly recommend this as a venue for weddings!
We truly could not imagine a better venue or a better team. People often describe wedding planning as overwhelming, chaotic, or stressful. We could not have had a more different ex...
perience! Annie was wonderful throughout the whole process and guided us through a wonderful, seamless wedding on the day. Her team was remarkable and somehow knew everyone's needs before we did and were right there to help. The venue was stunning- can't imagine a place that highlights the beauty of Boulder more and the food was superb- the quality was the same as the famous restaurant! We were lucky and had wonderful weather and therefore had our ceremony outside. However, the inside atrium is lovely and so we had no stress about what our wedding would be like if we had to do the ceremony inside instead. We wanted our wedding to look a bit non-traditional and Annie helped us actualize our vision throughout and also rolled with a few unexpected changes that came along the way. At Flagstaff house, you don't have to worry about exhausting decisions like "what napkins would you like" and "what plates would look good"- all that is figured out and elegant. However, because we got to bring our flowers and chose our DJ etc, the wedding really reflected who we are as a couple. Thanks so much to Flagstaff house and to Annie!

nning super easy and helped make sure everything was how we wanted it on our special day. Everyone who attended the wedding has said how much they loved the wedding. They said the view from the flagstaff house was awesome, the food was DELICIOUS and they loved that the wedding was during the day. Most of my guests had never been to a daytime wedding and everyone said they maybe actually prefer it from the evening ones. I couldn't have asked for a better day, it was perfect.

g us feel like our special day was just as important to them as it was to us. I had a tall order - I began planning my wedding just 2 and a half months before I had set the date, which was also my birthday, and over a holiday weekend.
Hosting a party of 45, we were amazed by the level of attention and detail the staff provided. They were not only helpful in the planning stages but also went above and beyond on the day itself. The atmosphere was beautiful, creating the perfect backdrop for our celebration. We did the whole package for a daytime wedding, the ceremony and reception and lunch. I was so happy to be blessed with perfect weather as well as wild turkeys and hawks around the venue.
Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the staff’s professionalism and genuine care truly made our day unforgettable. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the stunning views and exquisite service. The food was impressive, and the cake was delicious (I hear - I didn't get a piece! Busy bride!)
If you’re looking for a venue that combines elegance with a personal touch, Flagstaff House is the place! We are so grateful for their hard work in making our wedding day absolutely perfect.

e a beautiful Saturday morning ceremony and lunch reception. As an out of state couple, we were always extremely grateful and impressed by their communication and response times. Annie helped ensure our details were all buttoned up for the day of, leaving me the bride with a lot less stress on my shoulders! We had a total of 26 guests and not once did I feel it was too little to fill the space or too many people. Our view for the ceremony overlooked Boulder and was captivating for our guests. While we had a summer wedding, it never felt too hot and the staff were eager to provide shaded spots for the guests to sit during the ceremony. After we had our guests join us for a 3-course meal in the Glass atrium.
The 3-course meal Flagstaff provided for our guests was delicious and all we could have hoped for! It was fresh, hot, and had great portion sizes. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food for days after our wedding. While their were some neutral experiences, such as timing of service because everyone's plates are taken day of, it provided a moment for our guests to connect and grab a cocktail before lunch actually was in front of them. Concluding lunch our cake was provided and was absolutely outstanding.
Looking back at the day there wasn't much we would change. As an out of state couple, who has previously lived and worked in the event industry in Colorado, we felt comfortable planning our day but would recommend ( and wished we had ) a wedding planner to help smooth out some of the finer details with the vendors. That also being said, as a couple coming from out of state and in the event industry where we were anticipating anything to go wrong, and 99.8% of everything went right- that is incredible and all thanks to Annie and her team.
We believe the price and the location of this venue is incredible, but the staff and food take it to a whole new level! Thank you Flagstaff for everything.
Our daughter and fiance's plans changed and we only had two months to plan a wedding. They wanted Boulder, CO for their destination wedding and I thought there would be nothing wo...
nderful available at that short notice. We traveled to Boulder to check out several possible options and we quickly realized that NOTHING COMPARED to the style, service, exceptional foods, and overall elegance of the Flagstaff House. Although you generally have to book the Flagstaff House months in advance because of their popularity and reputation of outstanding food and service, we were looking at Monday wedding which is not as usual a wedding day in June. We were able to book the whole Flagstaff House for the day of our wedding and it was outstanding!
Both Sarah and Annie were excellent wedding coordinators and kept in touch with us via email or phone in the weeks before the wedding. They were very clear about all costs, menu and bar options, gave assistance in finding an outstanding florist, allowed us to bring our own music, worked with our photographer - every issue of a wedding was helped by their experience and professionalism. I had no fears or false expectations going into the wedding day which was fabulous!
On the actual wedding day, the service was outstanding! There were a lot of staff to assist in both the champagne and cocktails following the wedding, they were right on top in getting the new couple's wedding certificate signed, they moved the seating area to allow for formal wedding shots after the wedding, and the service at the formal dinner was unbelievable! All of our guests were just 'wowed' by the whole wedding at the Flagstaff and we were just delighted!
They especially liked the personalize printed menu and the option to choose from three different main course options. It was all top shelf wines and each meal was delicious! Even the palate cleansers were delightful and a wonderful surprise treat for our guests.
There were no surprises on our bill. We cannot believe that we were able to give our daughter such a fabulous wedding for such a reasonable cost at a top notch venue!
If you want a truly beautiful, scenic, easy to plan, fabulous setting for your wedding, the Flagstaff House is your best choice in Boulder.

in touch with and very responsive. On the actual wedding day, things ran so smoothly it was evident that they have hosted many weddings. The food was fantastic. My husband and I were a tad nervous about not having tasted the food beforehand, but there truly was no need to worry. Both us and our guests were raving about how delicious everything was afterwards. Our experience was such a positive one, I highly recommend choosing this venue for a wedding.

wedding. The entire staff provided such an elevated experience and I truly loved our daytime wedding at Flagstaff House. Our wedding of 40 people fit the space perfectly and our vendors and venue were truly exceptional. I’m so happy I read all the other exemplary reviews and proceeded with Flagstaff House as my venue. It couldn’t have been more perfect.

lives. As anyone can imagine, wedding planning can be stressful, but Flagstaff made our big day as carefree as possible. Every last bit of decor was perfectly placed, the food service, apps, drinks, servers, valets, hosts, bartenders were all on the top of their game.
Just having good service is nice, but the product we received was better than either of us could have hoped for. The food was incredible, we were blessed with incredible weather, and the view where we exchanged vows is unparalleled. I can't find enough good things to say about it.
Lastly, gotta say, really looking forward to celebrating upcoming anniversaries there. You guys are the absolute best.....and again THANK YOU ANNIE! YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR AND HOLD A SPECIAL PLACE IN OUR HEARTS!

L, unique, and our guests loved it. The food was incredibly and guests loved being able to select their entree from 3 options the day of (also much easier for us to not have to collect meal selection ahead of time). The venue was incredibly flexible with changes that came up in planning, and quickly responded to all questions during planning.
For couples looking for a unique and elegant venue, I cannot recommend Flagstaff House enough for a small/intimate wedding.
Choosing Flagstaff House as our wedding vendor for our ceremony/reception space made it easy for planning. They handle all ceremony chair rentals, and set up. All food and beverage is provided in house and included passed appetizers, a 3 course lunch (salad and bread, choice of entree, and delicious wedding cake), and a coffee/water station. We also opted for an open bar with beer, wine, and cocktail options for our guest. All beverages were beautifully prepared and the service was top notch!
We had a daytime wedding for 65 guests 5/6/23. We chose this venue because of the location ( thought Boulder would be a cool destination), the amazing food, the outdoor terrace and...
the ease of having the food/venue/ drinks all in one. The venue comes with a wedding coordinator named Annie. She was in constant communication during planning and acted as a liaison between my vendors. During the day of she helped to get us down the aisle and closely attended to our needs and wants including checking in with us on drinks and when we were ready to proceed with cutting the cake and dancing. To say our guests loved our wedding would be an understatement. We were told by several guests how blown away they were by the food and the views! We wish we could do our big day all over again :)
Thank you to Annie and the flagstaff house staff for making us feel like family.

se to make it breathtaking, and the food and drink were truly memorable. We are honored to have such care given to the meal we chose to share with our closest friends and family, and for every special touch you added to the day. About the only thing I ever dreamed about my own wedding was that I could have brunch food, and you made that a reality with such unique spins, our wedding feels one of a kind. The staff working our event was incredible and made us feel incredibly special. We opted to have our ceremony and reception in the morning for a truly private event, and then provided us time to throw an awesome afterparty around Boulder.
Flagstaff House exceeded our expectation in every way. Annie helped coordinate the event, and typically I have a lot of questions and she was very patient with me. We reserved the ...
private dining room for 18 people for just our closest family members. We went in thinking we would have just a 4 course meal, but they really went above and beyond (I don't want to spoil anything, you will just have to see for yourself!). Flagstaff House literally created an experience that neither me nor my family will forget, everyone was talking about it for days after. I am forever grateful of the help from Annie, the kitchen, and the staff. Aside from the memorable experience, the food was wonderful. Everyone in our family is very picky and we are all foodies. We have nothing negative to say about the food, we were highly impressed and there were a couple of new dishes we tried that we never knew about. Flagstaff House was the best option for us since we didn't want a traditional wedding reception with a dance floor, DJs, expensive florals, etc. but we still were able to have an intimate yet upscale experience. Thank you Flagstaff for such a wonderful day!

elay our 2020 wedding due to covid. They worked wonderfully with our wedding planner and other vendors, and helped our vision come to life. We loved having our cocktail reception out on the sun decks, moved into the main dining room for a delicious dinner, and then out onto another indoor/outdoor area for cake a dancing. The service was outstanding, and everything was seamless.

nd all the windows in the room make it so lovely with a beautiful view over Boulder.
Their event-coordinator, Annie, was absolutely amazing to work with. She met with us multiple times before the event to see the event space, go through the menu, and even test out the placement of a TV I was bringing to show a video during the event. She was always quick to respond to my emails or jump on a call with me to answer questions. The Flagstaff House was also very accommodating, working with us when we had to reschedule the originally-planned date.
During the event, we were beyond impressed with the level of service we received and the food was truly amazing - probably one of the best meals I've ever had. Everyone kept talking about how nice the Flagstaff house was and how great the food was. It was a hit! I would recommend The Flagstaff House to anyone for a wedding or any sort of formal event!
The pricing was very reasonable in my opinion as well - mostly consumption-based with a small event planning fee (2%) with only a $500 event space fee. Otherwise, everything else was consumption-based with no minimum spend. I chose a four-course meal that included a wedding cake made in-house as the dessert course, which was so convenient. I only had to put $300 down to reserve the date - of course all of these numbers are just for the private room space and terrace alone (not the whole restaurant), but it was perfect for elopement-style weddings like ours!
I can't wait to go back to the Flagstaff House for our anniversary. :)
After having to replan our wedding *three* times due to COVID-19, we finally landed on Flagstaff House Restaurant for our intimate 30 person wedding. We made a huge mistake by not ...
going with Flagstaff House for our first two plans but are so grateful we ended up having our wedding here!
There are no words to accurately capture the perfection of Flagstaff House. From the initial meeting, to our final walk through, to answering hundreds of emails from me, to executing our day without a glitch, Annie and the entire Flagstaff House team went above and beyond. Our guests continue to rant and rave about the unbelievable service, attention to detail, and exquisite food served at our wedding. Annie really listened to our vision and alleviated any stresses that came up.
If you are looking to have an unforgettable wedding, at a breath-taking and flexible venue, with the most amazing food and staff - Flagstaff House is for you!!
...Plus...then you can go back for Anniversary dinners :)

stunning location with an incredible, food-lover's-dream menu and top-notch service. The event coordinator, Annie, was so helpful and responsive. Everything turned out perfectly and our family said it was one of the most beautiful dinners they had been to, especially with the view of Boulder from that high up! It is on the expensive side, but is well-worth it!
Aside from being beyond gorgeous, the staff is overwhelmingly accommodating and friendly. The food is worth more than five stars, and there is not a place with better service. All ...
