Once the big day arrives, I will coordinate, emcee & entertain! You and your guests will be involved, and everyone will have an amazing time! I feature pro style DJ equipment, digital MP3 music, computers, and a professional DJ control center. In addition, I offer complimentary modern dance floor lighting, (featuring intelligent LED lighting and DJ booth uplighting), full emcee and wireless mic service, in-person consultations, and a wedding planning booklet to help with the planning process. I started DJ' ing as a kid with old fashion turntables and records about 30 years ago preforming at various dances, parties and events. I became a police officer 20 years ago but just couldn't give up my passion for DJ'ing , so I started up my own DJ company in 2010 and currently "patrol the streets by day and DJ by night" so to speak. Because I have a stable income source, I don't DJ just to make money , and its "not just a job to me". It's my passion! As a result, your event gets 110% of all my effort and attention because I love what I do and care that my clients are always satisfied

We had a 50 person micro-wedding and Tom transformed it into a big party. I wasn't sure how the dancing was going to turn out with such a small dance floor but not one person was sitting and all generations were dancing. He had an adaptable setup for our small space and this made things very flexible. Tom was a great MC getting the room excited for the evening and I felt confident that he was running the show and I could finally let loose. He played songs from our playlist and he also read the room and played a variety of other fun songs. No one left early. It was a blast! Highly recommend DJ Five-O.

He was very responsive during the whole planning process and we met to go over every detail of our reception. Their packet to outline each part of the reception that we completed beforehand was super helpful in that meeting. Everything was organized, but very easy to understand so we could spend the night not having to worry about anything! He also had experience working at our venue and with our photographer and videographer, which was an awesome plus.
My husband and I are pretty big nerds, so we wanted to include some specific song choices from video games (Final Fantasy, Sonic, Genshin, etc.), which Tom accommodated for right away. They went above and beyond to make sure that our vision and desires for the reception were realized, and we are so grateful for their services!
All of our guests complimented the various song choices and DJ'ing throughout the night, so we are extremely happy and delighted to have worked with him for our wedding. We all wished we had the venue longer so we could have been on the dancefloor more!

Five-O DJ did our ceremony music as well as cocktail hour and the full reception, and I honestly expected to pay a lot more considering how many services he provided! I wanted our cocktail and dinner hours to sound like a live mariachi band was there, and he made it happen. His commentary was fun and set a great tone for the reception. He kept everyone in the wedding party organized and on time for all of the events and speeches. We even received customized remixes of our entrance songs so that the timing of everything flowed beautifully!
We will definitely be hiring Five-O DJ again for future parties and events! I highly recommend.👌
