ena created a personalized itinerary. Selena checked in throughout the planning process, but we mostly talked to her assistant Stephanie. Stephanie was on top of everything and would frequently check in make sure the planning was smooth/if we wanted to make any changes. They were personable and easy to communicate with. First Class Travel even sent us a little care package before going on our honeymoon with a lei and important travel documents, which was a nice touch after planning our wedding! We would recommend First Class Travel and will be using them for future trips!

s we wanted to visit, what sites we wanted to see, and what tours we wanted and after getting our preliminary itinerary back, they were able to set everything up perfectly. In the planning stages, they answered emails quickly and were able to walk us through any questions/concerns. They also gave us a great list of restaurants in each city, of which we used frequently. When we did have an issue in Italy with a train schedule mishap, Selena was able to get us a refund quickly. Even though our honeymoon is over, we plan to use First Class Travel for future trips as they made the entire experience easy and stress-free. We absolutely recommend using them!

When we were frustrated with the communication at the resort (which is typical), they contacted them and arranged for us to have zoom meetings with the resort directly. thern Italy, to Rome and even further south to Sorrento, Capri, Amalfi and the beautiful island of Sicily. We stayed in beautiful and historic hotels and were provided guides and drivers at each location to help us make our way. The guides were informative and kind and we learned SO much from their stories. If it wasn’t for the guides, we wouldn’t have found so many hidden gems throughout our trip! We began our journey in Venice. This was probably the coolest city to start our trip! After landing at the airport and navigating to the exit, we had a guide meet us and we did not have to question where or what to do! We immediately hopped on a cute little water taxi and rode through the sea over to the main island and our surroundings were stunning! When we were dropped off, we roamed the gorgeous streets and alleys of the city, shopped, and of course ate amazing food. Our first morning waking up in Venice was directly out of a Disney movie! Our hotel was adjacent to a waterway where Gondolas would pass through and we woke up to the Gondoliers singing as they prepared for the day. I couldn’t believe it. Later that day, we had our Gondola ride which was so calming and romantic. We spent the rest of our time getting lost along the seaside piers, eating tons of gelato & cannolis, and experiencing the historic surroundings like St. Mark’s Square and the Basilica! Our favorite experience was a cooking class we attended in Sorrento with the one and only Chef Tony. We were paired with another couple on their honeymoon as well and together we made the most WONDERFUL homemade pasta, meatballs and tiramisu! It was a cultural experience we won’t soon forget and we’re grateful to be able to take home a traditional, homemade Italian meal with us. Our final experience was Palermo on the island of Sicily. It was quite possibly our favorite place aside from Venice. Our tour guide through Palermo was what really made this stop such a memorable one. She taught us so much about the Sicilian culture and the similarities and differences between mainland Italians. We never would have learned this sort of thing just touring the city ourselves. She was funny and entertaining and even came prepared (with a scarf) when I didn’t realize that I would need to have my shoulders covered for the tour of Monreale! Palermo was such a cool city to explore with so many different stores, foods (Arancini!) and historical events to learn about. We also walked through the gorgeous gardens and learned about the history of the four corners in the main square! It was pure fun. We couldn’t imagine going on this trip without Selena organizing and setting us up with such amazing tour guides. Our trip was educational, adventurous, magical and romantic. Of course, there are always minor things to quibble about when traveling but none of that is the fault of Selena or First Class Travel - mostly just miserable airport workers! Considering how little time we provided Selena and how quickly she was able to book everything, we couldn’t have been more impressed and thankful. We highly recommend Selena and First Class Travel. We most certainly will be using them to book in the future!
